Add a stress bar to improve semirealism behavior. Otherwise the game will be a dino pubg. Low stress improves growth rate, night vision, hearing and scent range while high stress should decrease movement speed, stamina and hunger. To the point you get malnutrition and faint for X to XX seconds.
-Herbs /\ increase stress near carnivores and unfriendly herb species. / decrease far from carns, near of friendly species and group members. Nesting, 2 calling and other playful possibilities decrease it even faster.
-Carns /\ increase near any carns out of your group or not socially compatible. / decrease while hunting, eating and near of group members and socially compatible dinos. Nesting, 2 calling and other playful possibilities decrease it even faster.

I came up with a couple ideas to buff the troodon because it looks pretty weak:
When you smell you are able to see the invenomated dino(ID for short), how about the ID gets different colours depending on the stage of venom: 1st = blue, 2nd = yellow and 3rd = red in order to make it more clear what stage they're on.
Maybe each stage has a different debuff, the 1st stage makes the ID temporarily slower so that the troodons have a chance against faster prey like dryos and gallis, 2nd = some higher bleed and dmg and maybe reduce stamina over time. 3rd stage could just be the same as it is now but do a lot more damage, almost like a finisher to a now exhausted and wounded prey where all of the troodons suddenly jump in for the kill.
I noticed that the first 2 stages in the stress test does like no damage so I came up with an idea, maybe the effectiveness and damage of the venom during the first 2 stages is dependant on the size of the ID(like IRL). Small tier(Beipi/Ava)= 70% HP Mid-tier(Tenos/Carnos) = 30-50% HP Sub-apex(Sucho) = 20% HP Apex(Rex/Trike)= 10% HP
(obvious exception to creatures with venom resistance like Minmi)
the damage for the small tiers is quite a lot but they all have their own way of avoiding troodons in the first place(burrows, water etc)
I've seen videos of a single teno being able to tank all 3 stages without even losing 5% of it's health which kinda makes the troodon pretty damn weak.
This would make troodon strong but I think it would be balanced with their low health, overall risk and the fact that it all would rely on the first 2 pounces hitting.
I know that troodon isn't even out in public stress tests yet, but from what I've seen in troodon hunt videos, it does look like a worse omni and I very much like this little dino and want it to not suck.
I LOVE how troodon is set up in terms of the group mechanic, having one almost "scout" potential prey and envenomate to 3 stages before the rest jump in. It'll likely result in group dynamics where the most skilled are sent forward first to let the others have a better shot, and it means a higher level of skill is required overall for the one scout rather than Omni able to rely on it's buddies the entire hunt. Odds are from group to group, everyone will be sent forward first at some point and have to go alone.
However, as much as I love the 3 stage envenomation, I can't help but worry that it won't be clearly communicated enough in-game. If even one other person pounces too early, it could seriously mess up a hunt. Communication can be a struggle already without a third party application like Discord, so coordinated Troodon groups may be few and far between. The best thing I can suggest is an actual explanation of venom somewhere in the game, because I personally don't want to see this unique group mechanic go or make Troodon never reach it's potential.
Maybe instead of deinos being completely silent when they talk underwater, make it so there are bubbles appearing or something?

Mega-bumping this. It'd be a new unique way of nesting, a nest that looks different from other dinos in the game rn. We don't want repeat nests, they're boring. Troodon, ceratosaurus, and galli should also have their own unique nests, even if that means small changes, like a smaller, differently-shaped mud nest for troodon or something.
Maybe each dino/creature could have a sort of description of how mechanics work when you select it in the main menu. Like, if you select deino, it tells you what it does, how to play as it, tips, etc. Same for troodon, cerato, galli, and whatever else is needed. Growth times would be cool too
Scent Improvement for Bodies
Been thinking for a bit it'd be neat if there was an "auto-detect" mechanic for smelling dead bodies if they're in close proximity without having to stop and smell.
It wouldn't show exact location, but just put a little wispy flicker near where the scent compass is supposed to be to emulate "catching a whiff of blood" that would only last for a few seconds and then fade, and then you would have to stop and give a proper sniff to locate it. Presently, if you're moving around the map a lot and running, you can almost literally run right on top of a dead body and miss it.
The wisp would appear larger or smaller depending on how many bodies are nearby, so if there's a whole field of bodies, you'd get a large, bright flicker, whereas if you just have a single corpse, you'd get a small, faint flicker.
If the body has been reduced to bones already, then you won't get the red flicker.
This mechanic would be strongest with carnivores, particularly "roaming carnivores" like Omni, Carno, Troodon, or roaming scavengers like Ptera and Cerato. Scavengers would have the longest detection range, followed by small hunters like Troodon and Omni, with Carno, Spino, Deino, or Apexes having the shortest auto-detection range to balance things out so smaller dinos have a decent chance of getting some food first before they're bullied off a body.
To a lesser extent, some herbivores could also have this ability, primarily SMALL herbies that are near the bottom of the food chain, like Hypsi and Dryo, so if there are a lot of bodies and carnivores around, they can skedaddle to safety quickly, whereas dinos that should be less worried about their safety like stego won't detect anything unless they're almost standing right on top of a body already.
The ability should only trigger once when a body comes into loading/render range.
would be cool to be able to see which dinos you have and how grown they are on servers from the server menu
Might be interesting to add a special type of bone break specifically for combat: Jaw break. Like it has a rare chance of happening while an herbivore kicks or tail slams a carnivore.
Where perhaps when you get it, your bite force will go down while your jaw is broken. Could add more challenge to hunts.
I’ve posted on this before, but after seeing videos of gallis bleeding out carnos, I think it’s ludicrous. And I’m not saying this as if I’m a carno main (cause I’m not), but rather that I think galli shouldn’t be taking Omnis role as a bleeder. Like seriously is galli gameplay about evasion or offense now? Basically, I just think it should only be competent offensively against other small tiers, not full on carnos or ceratos
make a simple plain map like Dev_Test map from Legacy and make a gamemode deathmatch where players can spawn in as fully grown dinos. it will be very easy to test dinos and strategies. also will be really fun time killing each other since most players on survival dont like to fight for some reason. making Deathmatch servers will let players who want to just fight or train a place to do so without getting yelled or cursed at by other roleplayers who want to play on official.
Smaller creatures should be more resistant to the slowing effects of mud/mud pools.
plz make a deathmatch map, and sandbox gamemode that we can play as a dino at any age without needing admin and no needing food or give us settings to enable that stuff like other games
It would be nice for a small, like 0.005% chance of spawning in with different skin mutations when you hatch from a egg. These mutations could include either just looks or maybe even challenges real life creatures would face with a mutation. However for this game I feel just color would work for now.
The way it works is that when you hatch from an egg you have a chance of spawning in with a different color mutation, this chance being increased if one of the parents already has a mutation, but not by alot. The different mutations could be: Albinism (Pure White with red eyes), Melanism (Pure Black with yellow eyes), Erythrism (More Red / Orangish colors), Axanthism (More Blueish colors), Piebald (Splotches of white along normal colors) and so on. This could spawn on EVERY dino, even those without these colors normally in their customization, some of these mutations will help survival while others will challenge it. While it maybe hard to stay alive as a baby, seeing one as an adult is a testament to that persons skill or the ability of their pack to keep them alive. I put some photos of real life mutations of deer to help with visulization.

Add polygamous dinosaurs, realistically, not all Dino’s would be monogamous, I feel more social dinosaurs such as teno and galli, should be polygamous, so not everything’s just has one mate, because in an actual ecosystem, a lot of animals would have multiple mates. Or even dinosaurs such a triceratops, where there could be bull fights, and limit the amount of males in a group, polygamous dinosaurs would work really well for certain Dino’s, not all of course, but some
Give dryo more colors. You got things like Carno and utah that have no shortage of neon colors but dryo has 10 shades of blue for a male detail and that’s it
Also give teno more colors
Fish corpse and skeleton disposal teams for aquatic Carcasses would be pretty nice.
Make beipi's claw attack rmb, and his bite lmb, whether he's in the water or not. There is absolutely no reason for them to swap when he enters the water, it will only confuse new and old players. The attack keys should stay the same on land and in water.

Crocs need a stamina debuff, or at least on land
They should not be able to sprint down land animals as easily as they do
i was thinking when weather is added it would be cool if the lightning either did burn damage or it did size % and each size has a different chance of getting hit and the % of getting hit changes by where you are like say if you where on a mountain you would have a higher % chance of getting hit (note all % chance for each size dino is for plain biomes like centre), say if you were a anything the size of a human or smaller have 1% chance of getting hit but it would have a 50% chance of 1 shoting you and i not 5/6 of health, for ceratosaurus size dinos it could be a 3% chance but 40% chance of 1 shotting and if not 3/4 health taken, the allo size dinos would have a 6% chance with no chance of 1 shot 2/3 health taken, and t-rex like creature 9% chance of getting hit with no chance of 1 shot and 1/2 health taken also maybe there could be different sized lightning bolts with a dif % of spawning like for every 10 small lightning bolts theres 10% chance of 1 large lighning bolt. Also for the biomes % chance of lightning hitting (note damage stays the same), mountains with no foliage have highest % chance, mountains with foliage 2nd, plains 3rd, beach 4th, lakes 5th, rivers 6th, swamps 7th, forest 8th, rainforest 9th
Ya'll need to disable to tail swings and the kicks on a tento when they camp the mud pits, I could maybe.....maybe work with the tento. But the fact that a can damage a player, meanwhile a carno can't bite back when it does this. Make a serious disadvantage. I see herbi players camp inside these things, but when a carnivor player does this. They can't preform any attacks. If this is going to be allowed, they the tail swings should be less lethal including the kicks on a tento. These balance fixtures better start being worked on. or I'm just all about quitting this game. Theres been plenty of time and money threw into this game to work on balancing out the dinos. But nothing has happened but as of delaying the inevitable. It isn't about skill issue, it's about a broken problem that has occured since legacy time and has yet to be fixed. We complain about carno head butts being exploited. But that hasn't been fixed. The utah jump ability was working just great, until now when utahs are thrown off, they risk there entire stamina being chomped off. At the end of the day, you own this game and that's fine. But unless there is improvement made. And soon, people are going to seek out other competitors who're giving the people what they ask for and listen. I wish you the best. But please for the love of all that is mighty. Listen to your people and do something soon.
if everything bigger and faster than cera can run it down, cera's bite affect should be more effective the bigger the opponent is
Add some sort of status page to show how much of an update is left and how many more bugs/things need to be addressed before release. I'm not asking for you to give us eta's, but just a status of an update so we can see how little or how much progress you have.
I was thinking- WHAT IF… they added a feature that your Dinosaur could sleep (the screen somewhat darkens, you don’t log out) and you have to be laying there for a few minutes of time, so that way your stamina paw becomes “reinforced” as if an extra percentage of stamina becomes added to it from sleep that you’ll need to burn through before it chips into your main stamina paw storage. Thoughts?
I want "no gender" to be an option. Some people don't identify as "male" or "female". I think it's excludes other groups.

Carno's charge has a rly broken hitbox, we all know that. So after its fixed, you should implement on the charge that will only deal dmg when it knocks down the prey/victim, because there is a lot of times (excluding when is hitbox problems of hitting 2 meters away) where carnos just spam the charge and hits on the tail and do that over and over again. Most of the fights that I watch on youtube where carno is one of the fighters, they spam the charge and most of the times hits the tails and kills the enemy like that. Like come on, that doesnt make sense. And im excluding the fact that he can reach top speed in the first second that starts running and can already activate the charge.
This dinosaur has rly muscular legs to help him run at incredible speeds, but he has almost 1,8 tons of weight, it should take at least 2-3 secs to reach top speed and only then it should be able to activate the charge and I know that you are going to think(because of the thing that each dino should have unique mechanics):"But galli already has that thing of acceleration when starts running". It doesnt matter, acceleration on the first secs of running should be common in almost or even all dinosaurs to be honest (and of course each dinosaur should have different seconds to reach top speed), because there is no animal that can reach its top speed by simply start running. Not even a cheetah that is the fastest land animal on the planet can reach its top speed right when it starts running.
I rly think that before you take hasty conclusions on this opinion you should think this through.
Is there any way to help S.A players to fix some ping issues that we may have on non-official servers?
I wont ask for help to official bc we have the S.A servers (allways empty, low player population)
But if you can do something with the S.A region related to non-official servers because f.e I can't practice fights with the dinosaurs, the people i can fight against is like 30-60 ms and im always around 100-150, and im so delayed, i can't evade pachy stuns wich is normally the most annoying thing because I see the pachy hitting my tail and getting myself stunned nor I can't play pachy with good performance as well, because when I try to stun something it seems that the ping makes the hit connect to the tail, wich will not apply the stun to the opponent and not interact as intended.
Also not for me i've seen some other players having issues with this, because it's making some weird interactions in the game, i just put an example that happen to me.
I think that the ping is something that may be taken into account too, it's not a thing that you can't delete magically, but it's something that you can try to fix for all the players have a better performance. ?
It would be awesome if developers explored a system of high and low tides
With this, you could create a map where there are two islands and a crossing connecting these islands, however, to pass the crossing you would have to wait for the tide to go down.

This is just from me watching the people who do get to play 6.5, I haven't gotten to play it myself, but I still have feedback I want to give on Troodon's venom.
Instead of resetting the venom counter by pouncing again too early, Troodon's venom should just only take from whoever pounced first. If a Troodon pounces and starts stage 1, other pounces should not reset this timer, they should just go ignored entirely.
The current system for venom is just stupid. To put it constructively, it requires far too much coordination, and does not seem like it flows well, doesn't seem very realistic. You pounce once to start a timer, when the timer is finished the Troodon will chirp, and you do this exact same thing a second time, and nobody else can pounce during either of these timers or else it resets the clock entirely, and only after those two first pounces do you get to actually rack up damage. This is pretty unintuitive, and ofc not how getting injected with venom would work at all IRL.
I can understand if it was designed this way to try and encourage skilled coordinated play and to deter people from just dogpiling and injecting way too much venom for a target to counteract or fend off, but I think this system needs some revision. The simple change of phase 1 and phase 2 not being reset by extra pounces would at least be decent enough in ensuring the Troodon have to wait before their venom can actually deal damage, giving the target opportunities and time to fight back before Stage 3
Buff Raptors 
I have this idea where dinos have different sizes of their body parts / different mutations and co.
For example a tenonto. Some tenontos could have more spiky legs than others or have a shorter tail. (Tenonto is just an example), not every dino should look the same and adding that kind of stuff you can make dinos more unique.
For example a tenonto with spiky legs nests.. it could give it to it offspring.
(Its the devs choice if they decide that you can choose the things you want in the character creating menu or if its randomly.)
Thought: instead of different creatures for the Pteranodon to hunt for different dietry requirements, change it so that the pteranodon must go to different river loations where different fish would be eg; catfish, trout, salmon; and each fish would full a diet instead of a chicken or turtle

I think adding a way for us to see what dinos we have on servers would be a nice touch. Sometimes im not on a server for weeks depending on how full it is and its always a shame when i log on and i have forgotten i have a dino on there already when i was planning to play something diff. Ive started writing down what i have on each server but it would be so nice to look on the server list and see what i have already!
Just replying to this one, but knowing that was actually a thing for a certain amount of time when deino and ptera were just added makes it even worse. Like, why has it been removed ?
new strain idea(for adding horror) Type-C chromatophore, ability to camouflage, smaller, faster, slightly stronger attack, some of them could have some way of marking prey they have attacked, weaker defense
the hunting strategy would be surprise attacks, if they run, dissapear to reapear during the night, not leaving a safe place once they'be been marked

So I have been thinking about the Dinosaur Roster in The Isle Evrima, and I thought "maybe they should also get a buff/nerf to make the game perfect, quote on quote", so here's the list i would buff/nerf/change to dinosaurs, and it counts the upcoming ones:
Omni = nerf its speed, but make the pounce drain less stamina, to make it more rewarding
Tenonto= perfect as it is
Dryo = fix its hitboxes so that the tail-riding omni won't work, aside of that, we know what we need
Hypsi = 💀
Stego = perfect as it is
Carno = make its charge more useful for ambushes, and make its bleeding status not a cancer
Petra = fine as it is, but make tree clinbing more entertaining
Deino = make it so that grabbing herbis can go over Stegos, but not up to theiri's / sauropods sizes (exept magy, magy)
Pachy = absolutely perfect as it is
Troodon = delete it
Cerato = perfect addition
Beipi = buff its claw attacks to make it more dangerous, but perfect addition
Galli = nerf its kick to make it more of a hit and run attack instead of OP attack. Make it so that you can eat a herbivore, but it'll cause you a debuff (like eating a dryo would make you slower, even if you use the 2-call buff)

I have been playing The Isle Evrima for a while now, have some ideas that could make the game more immersive experience
- Deinosuchus mothers should have to carry their hatchlings in their mouths to the water or else the hatchlings will die
- There should be little bugs that the Deinosuchus babies can eat in the water
- More water plant life and some bigger AI for Deinosuchuses to eat, because some places where I think it's a nice place to nest no players go there because it's not a hotspot on the map
Now I will stop talking about Deinosuchus and get to other features that will make the game more enjoyable for everyone
- Geysers, Thundersorms, Rain, Auroras, and Lightning were all in Legacy but maybe except for Auroras. It would make the game more enjoyable more atmospheric
- A queue that works properly when you join a server in Evrima
The camera lock needs to be changed a bit with faster reaction to be able to escape because the animation is so slow between eating and head swiveling when the camera corrects to normal it doesn’t give enough time to try to make an escape . I love the eat drink lock but we need faster reaction from the animation to escape.
Add back BP rock/mountain it was actually iconic
Hypsi (Dryo/Galli) Sparring
I know this sounds stupid, but hear me out. Hypsi doesn't have a lot going for it right now in terms of things to do besides die. So why not let it spar other hypsis? They could battle much like chickens do, in a flurry of kicks and feathers. It's not important, but I think it would be a fun little thing to see come to Hypsi and maybe even Dryo/Galli too? Yes I know none of the species have wings in order to keep themselves balanced when jumping off the ground to kick one another, but Galli can already kick everything. I know not every herbivore needs a spar mechanic, but this would work a little different and would be cool to have.

Perhaps implement a carnivore that specializes on hunting & eating other carnivores.
Like, they actually receive less nutrition & hunger when they try to eat from an herbivore corpse.
After all sometimes super predators come about that hunt other predators primarily, it happens very rarely though.

Something that could be really cool, (hear me out) is if there are multiple eggs available in the spawn menu, if you could click a button labeled "random" and it would just pick one for you, that way if people can't decide what to be, the game could pick you a random egg.

Been watching some of the new Galli gameplay, I had a thought where after taking your finger off of the movement button, instead of stopping immediately and losing all momentum, the galli actually slides forward and keeps it's momentum after it reaches a certain sprinting speed, similar to the Giga walk slide in legacy?
Too promote more active dinos: 1) a growth buff for dinos that are moving around as well as a slower drain of diets. 2) a dino grows slower if afk and not moving and diet drains a lil faster. This would promote more dinos out and moving. Rather than the afk grow. Just a thought. cheers all
Dino kill switch button in a server where you already have a dino but need/want to kill your dino to be a different species, etc. Ex. Getting stuck and not being able to get unstuck. Instead of slowly waiting for a slow death, immediate death will occur with the press of the button. To avoid players from pressing this when they’re being chased or are in a fight, a 30 second cooldown can be implemented when the dino stays still before the instant death occurs similar to safelog.
give us the ability to open threads in the feedback channels so we can give feedback to the feedback and add follow-up suggestions
Add play behavior in hatchlings.
Have it work like Courting. Where one sibling presses a button to initiate play and the other sibling presses a button to accept. Have a cute animation that follows. (Mock charges in Pachy & Carno. Play fighting with raptors, prancing with Teno’s ect.)
And have these play behaviors give a permanent small stat boost for the rest of their life. The stat that gets boosted depends on the species. (A max perhaps being a 5% stat boost to one or two stats.)
And they lose the ability to play once they reach Juvie. This can help incentivize people to nest more, especially the slower growing larger dinosaurs as they’ll have more time to play.
Bumping the suggestion
Add an ability to see your dinosaur’s family tree in the character screen. Shows how many kids they have, their parents/grandparents, siblings, etc. Gives a chance to look back on a Dino’s heritage and gives nesting a bit of flare. There can be an option to take a look at each dino in a lineage and see their skins pass on because that would be pretty cool.
To incentivize nesting further there can be a general growth buff for those who have been nested in and even a temporary stat buff for parents (something similar to diets)
Change Beipiaosaurus nest to the same as the pteranadon like shown in the beipi's concept art.
That sky is majestic. The sun, clouds, colors, looks great on 6.5. Cant wait for the weather implementation.
When we eventually get caves it would be nice if you added the danger caves have.
1. Under water currents that can drag you, hurt you, and in some cases keep you under long enough to kill you.
2. Silt: perhaps if your exploring a cave with water as a Beipi, or another species and you get a bit too rowdy, then you'd kick up silt, thus loosing vision in that area completely until the silt settles back down.
3. In underwater caves add small sections that aren't under water as some underwater caves have this.
4. Have caves with waterfalls in them, they exist I've been to many myself, and they are absolutely gorgeous to see and It would be pretty neat to see it in game.
5. Considering we have modern AI right now, in caves you could add bats.
6. Most caves can get disorienting, especially if it's not a simple small cave. For disorienting caves add small sections that go no where, or turns and twists that make it hard to keep track of how to get out of that cave.
7. If you wanted to get fancy you could add another deadly factor: gass. Here's and example of one cave in real life with this exact danger.

The cave is formed in travertine, a type of stone formed by deposits from streams and mineral springs. Hydrogen sulfide gas, which gives the cave its rotten-egg smell, can be deadly at high concentrations."
8. Add some caves that have tunnels that lead to the ocean, certain caves definitely have this, especially cenotes.
In conclusion if your even going to add caves, especially on Gateway, or even change some things up on Spiro, give it the horror aspect it deserves. Caves aren't something to just joke around about, they can be terrifying labyrinths. : )

For social creatures (Troodon, Utah, Pachy) add a buff to being the leader of the pack, this way it will encourage pachys to headbutt each other for leader and for utahs and troodons to fight for alpha like other animals do in the wild.
I would suggest not making alt-attacks free stam-wise. It encourages spamming and so detracts from the difficulty of the survival experience, if that's what the game is supposed to reflect. And if it would cost stam, I think we should be able to perform them while sprinting. It makes stamina more precious, and makes a player more cautious.
I want to be able to have my pronouns hovering above my dinosaur's head, kind of like a nametag - but for every player to see. This way, people can avoid misgenddering in chats. And even players that aren't your species, could at least be aware of your identity.

I'm honestly not enjoying the fact the Cerato "auto-chuffs" when near a corpse. That not only gets annoying, but also gives your position away to other nearby danger. One would like to be a little more stealthy/sneaky.

Give Maiasaura two Alt attacks.
Alt attack 1: Body ram (Alt + LMB).
This attack doesn’t serve much to damage a opponent but would be great in knocking them over or to stun them. Note that the opponent would have to be bellow or at maias weight for it to work.
Alt attack 2: Kick (Alt + RMB).
Much like Gallis Alt attack, it kicks at the direction your facing. Unlike body ram, it does the opposite. Good at dealing damage to the opponent but with less stun effect.

Please give back omni their miss pounce back, I can see why Troodon doesn't have it but why Omni? Omni Is larger and heavier, missing such a large jump would affect it, Omni's shouldn't be able to just spam pouncing, with every animal there should be a punishment to missing their attack.

Bumping my request. Switch Beipi nesting from mound nest (similar to deino) to ptera style nesting (collecting sticks and then sitting on eggs), if you haven't yet done so.
Give certain dinos size differences that depend on gender. They don’t need to be huge differences, just slight changes in size overall. Like, for example, a female para being like 90% the height of a male para. These changes are purely visual, with no effect on gameplay at all

For humans, instead of having a normal chat, what about a optional voice chat where dinos can hear you? Because humans dont have calls, so they barley make an remarkeable noise and i think it would add a more horror ambience for them, knowing that other things can also hear them up.

Better Pouncing
Raptor prey restraint is a method used my dromaeosaurs to keep balanced while on prey animals, it consists of 2 modes, balancing and attacking, while balancing the raptor will use its tail and arms to flap and sway to maintain balance, and when it has properly stabilized will begin to attack
so, Like saurian, there will be a meter on the bottom of the screen, displaying which way your dinosaur is leaning and or is about to fall off, to counteract this you could hold shift to properly grip yourself to your prey until you have returned to the center
Bucking would increase how fast or what direction the meter will move
Better Pinning
when a creature is pinned or subdued I feel there should be a way to pile on as pack hunting creatures such as Omni
for example if you have pounced something you can pin, other creatures in your pack would be able to press G and begin tearing the pinned creature apart
this would also work into eating prey alive, creatures like dilo would be able to use this but I also think it would do cerato some good as the butcher of the isle
If we get the ability to carry babies with Austroraptor, can other dinos get this ability too, such as deino and beipi?
Please remove Dryo from being stuck in eating animation after it stops eating. It's fine for stego, but Dryo is literally a one shot for every other dino in the roster except Hypsi and Ptera. There's no reason for it to get stuck in eating animation even after the player has stopped holding E.

Humans in the future should be able to see glowing eyes when they shine their flashlight on a creature during the night, or even they’re always shining from the humans POV as it would really help the horror element the isle is going for plus it looks awesome

As I've seen ceratosaurus is supposed to be essentially the bully that takes your lunch money as also the garbage disposal, and I expected it to essentially be on equal terms with carno. (A fight more based on skill) but what I've seen is carno can essentially facetank a cerato, which I find odd, should ceratosaurs be able to get their rears handed to them? Absolutely but it should at least be a situation of skill
maybe a qol for custom controls for different dinos? cause i usually bind the attacks attacks i use most to left and right click but some dinos i dont i have to constantly change back which is pretty annoying
Adding onto this, there should be more incentive for players to nest such as a small stat buff like slowed matabolism or increased scent range for parents keeping hatchlings alive until they're juveniles.
omg there seriously needs to be more balance within the dinos that youve ACTUALLY released. With all the "bug fixes" there should be ALOT more going for this game. Very disappointing i look forward to evrima more than i do Ark 2 or anything. So many people want this game to happen but nothing is happening..

Can it be made so that low percent diets and greyed out diets get priority when eating over already full and active diets, i'm always losing my diet because for some reason when eating the priority is to fill up a 99% diet thats active already, instead of a diet that's almost empty or one that I am trying to fill up. It's super annoying sometimes
Carno charge needs to be reverted. There is no reason they should be able to spam charge over, and over again with little to no wind up required. Especially since Cerato isn't looking like it'll be much competition for Carno, changes to Carnos balance would help.
It would be nice if server owners could edit things like growtimes, day/nightcycles or ai spawnrate in private servers so everyone can play the game how they want.
I would love to see a small glider/flier like owl in the isle (not an ai). maybe it could be microraptor? if you made beipiosaurus semi aquatic then why not make microraptor nocturnal glider? if it would be implemented i would love to see it with a prehistoric planet mononykus design (image below)

Idea for large sauropod growth times
As a way to make sauropods fun and challenging at the same time for players. I've come up with an idea for sauropod growth rates (btw magy cama plateo are excluded. This is for the big big bois only.)
Brachi/brontosaurus growth: brachiosaurus is a titanically large sauropod so its growth times should mimic that. However I believe that if you can maintain all 3 different diets you deserve a reward. Hence the times I have here.
No diet: 16 hours+
1 diet: 12 hours
2 diet: 10 hours
3 diet: 8.5 hours
reasoning for 3 diets being so short
Brachiosaurus is a very slow herbivore due to its large size. If a brachi can somehow throughout its growth get all 3 diets and maintain them. They deserve a reward.
Special idea "Growth spurt and stagnation": for the large sauropods most people won't be able to get 3 diets as a whole. So during the time between juvenile and adolescence they are vulnerable. Hence in between that time, they grow their fastest getting to around the size and weight of camarasaurus before slowing down.
About 4.5 out of the 10 hours of two diets being juvie to Cama size. The rest of the time being the long road to adulthood.
Reasoning: this not only makes it somewhat easier for sauropods to defend themselves as they grow. But also mimics real life. As sauropods had massive growth spurts in their youth before slowing down later. This can also be balanced or countered with an increased food drain during the time period.
conclusion
I believe that these growth systems could be incredibly beneficial for players who wish to play as these behemoths by making them skill based on surviving as such giants. And being rewarded for surviving and even thriving. Please make sure to give constructive criticism in #general-feedback-discussion

the state of evrima atm is so bad, i just spent half an hour running away from a speed hacking overaggressive pachy with a gang of carnos and a steg this is on official servers, mix packing and hacking issues need to be addressed part of the reason you got rid of global is because it ruined immersion but nothing ruins your immersion more than not being able to run or hide from a pachy as a carno or trying to hunt a teno just to be charged by his carno mate.
Yo does anyone know if humans will have vehicles, cause I think that might be kinda cool. As long as its with some balancing so they cant just ram over and kill a 6+ hour rex.
If you're a lot bigger than another dino/ai you should be able to pin them down and eat them alive
although im not in the stress test i can see clearly as well as many other the people who have access to the stress test that cera is under performing. when we were told about cera it was describe is being "lethal", "tough", a "bulling garbage disposal", its supposed to be a "durable animal" its supposed to be "difficult to apply meaningful damage to them by creatures even larger than themselves" but what we got was a worse carno that can make you throw up so something went wrong here you either need to give them more health or u need to give them a damage mitigation buff to the body other wise just scrap the whole idea

Giving Dino’s a mating call, meaning when a male wants to nest they could use a separate call to attract females and let them know they are looking to nest. This call could be heard from far away.
Remove the fact that Deino needs to be canni. We already have Carnos and Pachys doing this job, but at least makes the Deino playing a little more "relaxing" and not "stressing"
a raptor a quarter of the size of my ptera pinned me and one shot me with that attack. made me very sad. would hate to see more of that
What we don't need is to have dinosaurs fit the same niche gameplay as another but be better at it than the other with no cons. So what I'd like to see is some creative differences on how dinosaurs fill the ecosystem of the Isle.
Carno is already Evirma's biggest bully on land, it's not only stronger than Omni or any other land hunter, but it's faster too. Ceratosaurus doesn't need to be a competitive hunter in the same field as Carno, but that's not to say it shouldn't have its own hunting niche. So how about this?
Ceratosaurus gets it's HP buffed and redesign it's charged bite so it can't sprint while using it, limiting it to a more defensive usage, but increase its damage and add bone break to it, or at least a stagger. Ceratosaurus could hunt in water, allow it dive with some aquatic vision to hunt Deinos with a shorter breath for air than Beipi, so it can fulfill it's niche at being a threat to Deino juvi. I'd personally love to see the swim animation redone to look like Troodon too, giving that the crocodilian qualities it displays physically. Ceratosaurus would be filling a niche no dinosaurs fill right now, and Deinos could use a threat beyond themselves in the waters, since even a Deino juvi can kill a Beipi. 🫡
Add a feature so we can carry babies/juivs. (maybe only if you're grouped so people don't abuse it and harass/troll others?)
Bring back this night vision, it is way more scary than the actual one, and troodon could really become night terrors if it is well made
allow fanmade maps- possible remakes of legacy maps could be fun for evrima players

Nerf stego
Make the world cleaner, less messy and not look like it's half done. I've found at least 10 different spots in the game where the texture isn't connected correctly, the ground in floating, water floating, and so many others over my time playing. Its the little things that break the immersion of the game and make just seem odd.

A queue for servers would be nice. It's pretty annoying having to spam the refresh button and waiting to join a server for upwards of 30 minutes.

Minmi should be able to sit down underwater. For a creature that is going to act as sort of a hippo walking along the bottem of the water eating vegetation that grows there it should be able to sit down and get some energy back. I wouldnt be able to log out in the water and it would still have to breathe but it could wait in the water and sit down to gain stam, heal ect, keep in mind it cannot stay down their for a long period of time because it needs to breath.
Deinosuchus should be given a buff to a bite of 700 or 800 because it seems a little interesting that ceras bite force on a charged bite is more powerful than. A giant alligators
Ok seeing from the new patch in the stress test
Cera didn't need to damage buff, Cera needs a damage resilience buff. Cerato is not a hunter it is a aggressive scavenger who prefers rotting meat over fresh corpses, the more rotten the better, Cera should get diets from rotting corpses, Cera is fine with it's damage from the previous patch, bleed everything is fine besides it's bite and receiving damage. Everytime Cerato was mentioned before the stress test it was depicted as a scavenging brute that can bully other predators off of a meal, being damage and bleed resilient to a certain extent. Also please give back it's original swinging alt attack that way it's different and unique from carnos alt attack, the just feel too similar
Alt attacks in general are supposed to be fast moving attacks they should cost stam as we see in Utah's, creators, carnos and especially Deinos alt attacks they are fast to turn a complete 180° angle that should cost stam the bigger the animal the more stam it should take from such fast movement.
Now to Carno, carno was fine before just like Cerato, the only thing carno before needed was it's charging hitbox fix cause it was way to extended. Now it's acceleration is far worse that gallies, carno is supposed to be a quick ambushing predator, it should be able to chase, in the current build in the stress test, it cannot chase at all. Now I'm not saying to give it agility like Omni, not saying that at all, it would be better if carno was able to have it's movability back like it had before but maybe be a bit more stiff while charging for ambushes that way it has its proper punishment especially if the charge has it's speed boost back and takes more stamina, If it misses the charge but can still get out in time if need to while normal running, seeing carno turn in such a big circle in the stress test should not be what she see in game as it's just legacy all over again. Also give back carnos cannibalism, we don't need giant packs of them roaming center..

Give Cerato jump if it's going to be less weight than Teno, so it can climb rocks and escape the onslaught of Carnos. For the love of God this dinosaur can't handle anything.
I think if a raptor is pinned by another raptor it should use the giant talons on it's feet to scratch the pouncer's gut a bunch. Kind of like when cats fight, they grapple eachother and then kick the absolute crap out of their opponent with their rear claws. I would recommend that this causes high bleed or damage since it's the gut that's getting slashed open.
It would deter cannibalism in raptors at least a bit or at the very least make sure the one who pinned you gets some payback because getting pounced by another raptor and just not being able to do anything at all about it is probably the most irksome part of this game.
Getting cannibalised always sucks but when you get pounced as a raptor, you might as well throw your keyboard in the garbage because no matter how many keys you press nothing will change the outcome and that makes getting cannibalized as raptor feel so much worse. When you get cannibalized as any other playable, you at least have options for escape or at the very least fighting back, getting cannibalized as raptor, you don't really have that option if they get the jump on you.
For omni, to remove the punishment of failing a pounce seems extreme and may increase the imbalance within the game. Keep the punishment of failing a pounce.
As to how cera performs in the stress test. I dont think it was a good idea to buff the damage, i see them constantly now run down carnos and end them as their stamina lasts longer. What ever happened to the dont give a flip tanky honey badger/ wolverine like gameplay where you will simply regret messing with it? Giving it more damage just made it a persistance hunter instead of a bulky resistant scavenger.
if you would one-shot a dinosaur as a carnivore you grab them and do an execution animation (like indominus rex does to indoraptor in jwe2)
Cerato should weigh 1450kg respectively and please revert its damage to 150.

I already made this suggestion earlier on another channel but was deleted bc it was on the wrong one.
In its current state and in the current roster, stegosaurus feels pretty okay and perfect in size and balance since its the biggest land creature yet and its only biggest threat is carno/cera or deinosuchus.
By the way, in the near/far future, there will be taller and stronger threats such as allosaurus or Tyrannosaurus/giga. So when those will came out, I do believe that it could be better to let the stegosaurus get its real-life counterpart size. It should be a little bit bigger and stronger to be more accurate. For those wondering how they could play against the stego as a carno or a cera, remember that there will be a lot of other creatures that you will be able to counter and fight. Like kentrosaurus and other smaller creatures.
Suggestion for Carno:
An issue I’ve seen with Carno is how it has a very tight turn radius when running so pursuing and killing targets like omnis/pachys/gallis is usually almost impossible unless you ambush them. I think a good way to fix this is to implement a new mechanic specific to Carno.
This mechanic would be Acceleration Control, now as Carno you would be able to control the amount of speed you output in exchange for (slower speed = better turn radius/lower stamina drain), this would raise the skill ceiling of Carno and help introduce more interesting chases where a carno could decide at which point it wants to increase it’s acceleration for a ram/charge making the fights they have more unique.
(The higher your accel = tighter turn radius)
Balancing:
I believe the balancing for this mechanic could prove to be difficult but very much possible, by looking in depth at the turn radius for creatures such as (omni/pachy/galli/teno/cera) you could measure the amount of leeway you provide Carno with on turns. You would also have to factor in how quickly the Carno would go from a slower speed to a much faster speed so Carno could not just ram/charge within an instant of pursuing a target.
getting stuck in trees is really disappointing
stick spawns for nests are ridiculous. getting stuck in a hole i didn’t know was there with no way to escape and no hope for survival or getting unstuck because there is no command is severely disappointing. why are sticks spawning underneath rocks we can’t get to?

Dont nerf pachy in 6.5 if you might. I mean, its fine the way it is. A carno can easily kill a pachy if it actually know how to play carno. Also, Omni can kill a pachy although its quite difficult, anyways, Omni hunts in packs.

Optional passwords for unofficial servers, servers with rules (like realism servers) are almost unplayable as most of the players just join in without reading the rules. As I said, it would be optional and official servers wont have it.
Make a jaw lock feature like this scene for t rex but make it deal lots of stamina and don’t make it take to much health and also make sure u can brake out of it like we’re u have to button mash or something like mortal Kombat test ur luck but also make it we’re u can push people of edges like this

Bring back cannibalism for carno. I don't know why it was removed during the last stress test patch but i dont see the point in doing it.
For starters carno was the easiest diet carno could get and one of the biggest meals it could find. Its super easy to scavenge for the babies cause adults die constantly as well. Plus taking away the cannibalism will probably make carno megapack even bigger than they already are cause they have almost no reason to kill each other other than for fun. Carno also has a relative closely related to it that was a cannibal (majungasaurus) and while i cannot currently find research on carnotaurus being a cannibal it seems likely that it would cannibalize if needed as well.
Unless there was a specific balance reason or research suggesting otherwise i personally think until dinosaur ai release or more of the roster releases carno should remain a cannibal
Iguanodon for the isle
More of a minor QoL thing for pt:
I would like a subtle visual effect to let a pteranodon player know that their attack hit the target. I notice that the blood spurt for every hit in is no longer a thing and I have to rely entirely on The Isle's Battle Music to know that my flyby pecks are connecting. Sometimes audio is quite difficult to hear when there's a lot going on in the background, while other times the target is AI that doesn't make hurt noises at all (sea turtles).
I only make this specific to pteranodons because they walk a fine line between pecking someone, crashing into someone, and missing as it is, and this might make it more rewarding to risk it (and possibly become food for hungry dinos when the local annoyance inevitably messes up)
Carno doesn’t have the ability to chase down many animals in 6.5 to fix this you can buff it’s acceleration to give it back it’s ambush Dino status

When a server is full, rather then taking you back to the main menu, it should keep you where you were when searching for servers. So you aren't stuck going back and forth if a server is full/ trying to join a nearly full server
Please keep alt biting while running. It was always pretty fun being chased by (for example a teno) and then doing a quick alt bite back.
It wasn't too strong and it needed a lot of skill and timing biting back and not getting stuck. Please keep it.

Ceratosaurus clearly had an advantage over a hungry animal,They can easily cause vomiting.
So why not give Ceratosaurus a hunger indicator, after seconds of smelling you can see high light if player below half hungry.

Lore! Pretty sure it's been mentioned before but lore is something that evrima lacks incredibly. Sure there's random buildings and a radio tower but maybe instead of just randomly putting things in the game actually give us details on why they are there. Legacy had potential with lore and i think we all miss the days of thinking we would be chased out of aviary by cannibals at 3am in game.
add burping its a double edged sword if you ate alot of food and its flashing or if you a small amount of rotten food it will heal faster but if you ate a lot of rotten food like maybe 2 or 3 ticks you throw up faster
I would be nice if megalania could burry its eggs in mud or sand just like turtles and i think lizards and crocs do. The babys would spawn in a inclosed area with mud surrounding them and the nest. The megalania baby would ONLY be able to dig out if they spawn in the nest and underground. The mother would be able to burry there eggs and hide them so no ovi or galli could eat them. I think this should be the only or one of the only dinos that should be able to do this.

I feel like the current blood and overall tracking in evrima is very bad its so often that i chase something I've bit a few times and its blood leads absolutely nowhere or it'll pop up like 10 seconds later and that goes for the footprints aswell i also feel like bleed in its current state does nothing I've heard it supposedly makes you run out of stamina faster but I've never noticed that effect at all and if it is a thing its numbers should be increased

Somehow a way to keep its nest after reboot/crash. If you don't interact with it for 5 minutes after the restart, it can rot.
Of course you can build a new nest, but that takes time, especially if it crashes again.
Would then also be interesting with the eggs in connection with upcoming dinosaurs, who can then steal/eat the eggs.
I would really love a feature to change the Ui's colour, mostly the UI that is in the screenshot. It could be done with the use of a colour picker :)

I am not really sure if anyone has ever made this post about nests/quality of life features for dinos but imma say it here. I think, down the line of course, that certain dinos should get different nests/have ways of nesting. Like for example. Deinos are part of the I believe either the alligator/crocodilian family. And both will dig a hole in loose sand to lay their eggs in before covering it up and resting by the nest until the babies are ready to hatch. Then the babies will call to their mother and then she can dig them up. Another great example would be for hyspi. It was said from what I believe that hyspi will be able to climb at some point. So why not have hyspi make tree nests. Either using loose feathers, twigs, and such in decently high tree branches. So nothing can really get it unless it could climb. (Would also be an amazing example to show off Herra's climbing ability too). And maybe for quality of life you could have smaller ai deinos that could either clean teeth for carnivores as well as snag any bugs from herbivores. Like small lizards or birds.
Replace some current AI animals with dinosaur AI.
Avaceratops AI > Boar AI.
To my understanding, Ava will have a boar like niche so having that in the game with an actual boar wouldn’t be necessary. Replace then boars with Ava as AI.
Dryosaurus AI > Deer and rabbit AI.
If Dryo will be able to burrow and be fast at the same time, you could easily go with it replacing deer and rabbit with it.
Orodromeus AI > Chicken AI.
These are similar in many ways if not oro being faster and a bit larger. Therefore it may be better to replace it with chicken as AI.
As for goats, it really can be replacing with anything around its size. Psittacosaurus perhaps? What do you think?

Someone brought up the idea of a sauropod graveyard earlier, and said it'd be neat to see pue skeletons among the remains. Which I agree, would be a cool and interesting environment, and a nice callback to legacy. Could even be a location for some neat lore related things or a hidden facility possibly.
Give cerato and deino the ability to throw up, but with no debuffs.

Would love to see a 'snatch and run' mechanic for scavenging defended corpses. Perhaps holding G while running over a corpse could steal you a small piece of it so you can then get out of there to eat in safety. Would likely be better suited so that only small scavenger types can do it.
Deino's should bury their eggs not make a mound nest on top of the ground plus the crocs should be able to carry their young in their mouth until they get to big. plus deino groups have 2 adults and as many young as ya like but must leave the group when they hit adolescent or sub.

Organs' smell symbols should appear according to their nutrients. For example, if you sniff a heart, that should appear as a S (protein) symbol.
This will help you avoid eating wrong organs for your preferred diet.

Levels of cannibalism could be introduced to the game. Dinosaurs such as ceratosaurus for example and deinosuchus can get nutrients from their own species. There could also be minor cannibalistic traits where a dinosaur simply does not get sick from eating their own, but also doesn't get nutrients. It remains junk food, but a possible food source nontheless.
Such as for carnotaurus. Carno recently became a non cannibal, which is odd because a close relative by the name of majungasaurus has been known to be cannibalistic. So its not a very unlikely trait that carnotaurus might share.
Some other dinosaurs such as rex could have minor cannibalism where they could still perhaps benefit from an organ or two, but not from the majority of the corpse, simply not getting sick from eating their own.

allow dryo's dodge to knockdown or stagger things within a certain weight-class (maybe things 90kg or below/ whatever weight is most balanced. dryo is 120kg). seeing that its dodge takes a significant amount of stamina and is aimed by using alt, this could be somewhat of an alt attack that allows it to throw its bodyweight around and use as an escape option (although dryos dodge is rarely used for escape). dryo sort of stinks right now and that could make it more fun and allow it to compete with the growing number of smaller dinos entering the isle
Could you give humans there own calls like dinos do with things like transmit with (Hello, is anyone out there?), friendly could (Blow me a kiss XD, Kidding but more like. Hello!) Threat display could be (Screw you, or something along the lines.) and distress could be (Help! Help! I'm being attacked.) Screaming sounds. There could be like a sound board so as to choose what you use to communicate with other players. Another nice feature is if humans could decide to mate also, and you be a weak ass little baby. And then grow into being a strong Tarzan like person who is the first of it's kind native resident. Hence the cave drawings we see could make sense. Perhaps this could even cause the new generation of people to lead to canalization that could make a new strain of more primitive beings that we saw in the art concept drawing.
Hotfixes
Make some new map changes. The map feels so dry and everything looks the same. It would be nice to find a redwood area and some other cool places.
Baryonyx should be added after diablo dilo and hera, it can add a new atmosphere to the waters, it can increase competition, then I think baryonyx should be added to the game and it already has a model
Do the server capaticy 100 to 150 and fix your servers.
We need menu fixes, no more 93/100=full bs anymore. This has been a problem since U5, and has reasonably been on the back burner with the new mechanics and Dinos being focused on, but for real now that most of U6.5 is complete, it seems like a simple fix that would at least show the devs care somewhat about customer service.
stop using the hope trailer for when you open evrima, it might make new players think a bunch of features that aren't yet in the game are because of it, maybe once gateway is added and some of the last mechanics a new gameplay trailer can be added for steam and the home screen in evrima
As we keep getting more dinos in the game, I think 100 players on a server is too low, e.g if we get 10 dinos, you have like 50 players playing the most popular species, and the rest can't even find groups to play with, and the world feels empty. If you can't increase the number of slots, I think it would at least be a good idea to allow people to have multiple dinos on the same server, at least one of each species, so that people can play with whatever species they want whenever they want on the same server without loosing the ones they've already grown, and the ecosystem gets more diverse.
Adjust the growth curve (because I still see deino and stego growing fast in the stress test)
If an animal ends up being big and strong, then it should be more vulnerable when it's not an adult. I think the previous version 50%stego=1.6t,50%deino=2t is very perfect.
Today's large animals grow so fast that they can overtake their smaller counterparts in terms of statistics in the time it takes other animals to grow.
A 13% stego is already heavier than omni, 36% stego is already heavier than carno. They can get a better game experience in less time and still have the potential to become stronger, which I don't think is fair to smaller animals.
This certainly makes the experience of smaller animals worse.
Make dinosaurs wet when coming out from water. One of the pleasures of playing a semiaquatic is, well, water. Seeing that water on you when you come out from any source of water. Wetness and everything. Water dripping. It would make playing semiaquatic even more satisfying.
The same effect could be used when rain is a thing. Same wetness can be applied to any dinosaur under the weather (

Allow ptera to pick up eggs and put them on their diet.
add a configurable option in servers to allow cross species chat, global chat, pack chat, and local. its really hard to moderate on servers and enforce rules when a deino didnt read the rules and is just gonna do whatever they want.
Pls add this jeep to the game somewhere in the map (just the jeep and all the details, not the utah). I would love this in the map for a few reasons and I also just really want to recreate the screenshot that you see here.

Deinos should be able to grab or at least push bones of any sized dino from underwater to shore. So frustrating when the best source of nutrition is right there underwater and no one can eat it. Would also help "clean up" server objects = more FPS
When you make a nest and incubate eggs, the eggs should have a point where if they are higher in the middle zone they will produce mostly males, and if they are lower temperature in the middle bar zone they will produce mostly females but still will produce some males

Since the gore update was a little underwhelming.. and devs want to add more, please go all out with gore don't hold back. Add blood, add animals puking blood when they puke too much from cera's bite. Make it so Dilo and Giga like in its concept art eat animals alive, let them rip animals apart like how the two Dilo's were playing tug of war with a Oviraptor, let guts spill out when a smaller animal gets stomped on by a Maya and a shan't. Gore is one of the major aspects that will make the game have a more horror feel, right now it's more of the base of organs, there isn't any bloor or anything else besides a bit of rott. When a animal in the isle is really low on health they should be susceptible to torn limbs, like a Omni hunting a Dryo it should be able to rip off its leg when tackling it, or a Troodon bite through a ptera's wing, when a Teno gets its tail bit too many times the tip of it could be bitten off and leave scarring, Carnos should be able to completely gore a smaller animal with it's horns when charging, let the animals decapitate corpses, let intestines ooze out of a stego when it's too low on health or about to die bey a deino when biting its body, Go All Out Please! Don't hold back on gore!

Grazing is fulfilling to herbivores, feels natural to stand in field and munch; it feels good to carnivores to see dinos out of a bush
Be a waste to hardly use the grazing function. Animation work into it and barely even known
Exchange Ceratos alt bite for a Body check. (Basically swinging / throwing its mass around) make it so that it knocks down animals smaller than it, and knocks back/stuns animals same size and bigger, but no affect on anything too big ofc.
Also, it’s bacterial bite.
What if normal bite stays the same, but charged bite has a lasting effect. When a bite is fully charged, it adds the bacteria, and overtime the “infection” will get worse and worse. Unless ofc you can outlast it, or fix it via salt lick or whatever.
Making so that people think 3x before committing to attacking the rot wagon.
Make Hills less OP against carnos. My buddy died at least 2 times because of the smallest of hills.
Fix hills that can kill you just by running a bit too fast and falling to your death not a cliff a small 4 foot hill. Those dang hills has killed me twice (As carnos)

what if there was a different same-species 1-call hearing range for some dinos? Like, dinos that do best in a herd or pack can hear the calls of their own kind from further away than other dinos can, especially for juvi Dino calls. Like, it's still a risk to 1 call and reveal your location to creatures who would rather snack on you or just take you out, but there's also more of a chance of finding friends if you do choose to sound off, even as a puny little juvi

Currently, diets seem a bit too forgiving when it comes to nutrients. Even with just one, your dino is totally healthy. Sure you miss out on combos, but that's not much of a downside considering combos aren't an end-all-be-all feature. Only other downside is it takes longer to grow.....which isn't difficult, it's just more time spent watching Youtube while your dino grows in a bush, which doesn't even matter for adults. So my suggestion for nutrients....
Make it so having less than 3 nutrients incurs partial malnutrition debuffs, increasing the less nutrients you have. Doesn't matter what nutrients, you just need 3.
Having less than 3 nutrients isn't and shouldn't really be the norm and should be more punishing outside of no combos and longer growth (the latter becoming irrelevant for adults). This change would encourage actually maintaining your diet without the tediousness of OG diets and having to constantly run across the map to get very specific foods or else you get punished. Any combo works! You just need 3 slots filled and that's it.
Of course, this may require some changes to how juvies spawn with only one nutrient. One idea that could work is giving very young juveniles a temporary "resistance" to malnutrition to give them a little more time before the downsides kick in. This way they're not immediately stacking up debuffs the second they spawn in. 🥬

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but I could really use all admin commands to also be available as RCONs. This could really help with server management.
when climbing becomes available and Herrera drops, i think it could be interesting for Herreras to have a similar nest to Hypsis (Hypsis can nest in trees when they get climbing if i remember correctly) but to differentiate the two maybe Herreras can nest on the sides of cliffs and rocks, it makes their nests a bit of a challenge for Pteras as well as making good use of Herreras climbing to keep its young safe (they could also just climg up rocks and nest at the top but we already have Pteras that perch on rocks and nest there, it could be nice to see nest on the side of some cliffs for a change)
I dont know if you guys could spare the man power for this, but regular monthly or bi-monthly hot fixes or bug fixes would be much appreciated that way players dont have to deal with the same bugs or issues for 4 months straight or until whenever the next update comes out. Doesnt have to be alot, but just the most glaring issues.
A perfect example of what to hot fix is what everyone complains about carno for, the giant Ram hitbox. That or the menu server player number always being wrong. Or just some small things here or there.
I dont know how feasible this is, but i think it would make many people a lot more happy with the game and improve player experience.
my feedback adding a second anticheat behind easy-anticheat. when the admins go to sleep around 12-1am all the hackers come out and blatantly hack i feel bad for the EU players who dont have admins at those hour's i usually on till 4:30 am.
Give cera it's chuff ability because without it the automated chuffing will just turn into a location sharing annoyance.

MAKE DRYO FASTER
I like the damage buff for Cera so it's not just a toothless pushover, but it feels like it should have more health / damage resistance than just a strong bite. Maybe a middle ground from the last damage and more weight? 
Broken water layering, fixes after a relog but im not sure why this happens in the first place ;<
I just had this idea come to mind, if its bad then i understand.
But to get more people nesting add a growth speed buff to people who spawn in with a egg. Not a huge one but noticeable.

Beipi should have horned melon on its diet somewhere. My reasoning is as follows:
- as far as I'm aware, nothing has horned melon on its diet rn, which makes it a bit of a waste
- melon is a diet appropriate treat for present day ducks, which kinda fits with beipi's whole murderous waterfowl vibe
- it gives beipi a reason to be at the swamp at southeast, which seems like an obvious hangout spot for them
Make menu buttons such as "favorite" for servers work properly.
Also, if you sort the servers list by their ping for example, the list dearranges after you refresh. So, make this sorting feature persistent and correct.

Please make big dinosaurs feel heavy. For example allosaurus should feel like a dinosaur of its weight. Carno already feels heavy and you guys did a great job with its animation, but the bigger a dinosaur gets, the more each steps should feel like tons of weight is being put on that leg. It would immerse a player even more and it would make playing a dinosaur even more satisfying when you actually feel big. Thanks for reading, have a nice day :)

At the moment, with land and sea in the game being expanded upon, I'd love to see the air get some love too. Currently pteranodon isn't too great of a player experience. What I believe could make for a very interesting environment for flyers and other species is a cliff-nesting biome, along with cliff-dwelling playables. A haven for pterosaurs, but with its own dangers.
It could include:
-Species that can't fly, but can glide away from danger to other cliff faces or to the ground below. I haven't thought of what would suit this niche but I'm sure the paleo fans will know just the ones.
-More pterosaur species for quetz and pteranodon to interact with. Herbivorous flyers? Nutrients that can only be obtained by using the latch mechanic to feed on the cliff-face?
-Species of small predators in the existing roster that could take the chance to mountain goat up the cliff and hunt unwitting inhabitants. E.g, small raptors.
-Young megalania could live and hunt there while they still have the ability to climb.
-It could also be another hunting ground for herrara.
-Egg-stealers such as oviraptor could greatly benefit from the eggs of these nesting cliff-sites, if they're brave enough to face the climb.
-The lower reaches of the cliff, if the cliff runs through a gorge of water, could be utilised by beipis to nest and for safety.
It could also re-introduce the rising-air mechanic we've seen previously so that flyers can glide without using much stamina. A well-done cliff environment is not something I've seen in any games so far and could make for a very unique experience. I'm not massively well informed on paleontology, but I'd love to see people's opinions on this and what they'd add to expand it. 
Territory system.
The main idea is for territory to be the place your animal will have full control over. Whatever happens inside your territory will happen with you being aware of it. Basically, if another creature ventures into your territory you can track it way better then outside of your territory.
Important to note:
- Not all creatures can have this system (mainly for carnivores).
- Territory would be shared with group members.
- Each creature would have different range of territory. Group up with others to expand it.
- You can “abound territory” to claim a new one.
Maybe for carnivores you should replace the nesting ground buff and replace the buff for when they nest in their appropriate biome so like as an example deinos in swamps and carno at jungles or maybe utahs in plains. i think rather than just people heading towards a single spot the player-base could be wideout
Eyeless unique sight idea
Basic premise: the eyeless are blind and without a unique sight system would feel off so I have a basic idea.
passive sight: normally eyeless see with the basic nightvision but it is extremely limited only seeing 10 feet in front of them. However they can see things that make sound being a blue glow. The louder the brighter. Which makes them somewhat easy to sneak up on if they're not actively using their main ability of sight.
echolocation: the second way an eyeless can see is their echolocation. Which increases its black and white sight by a good 50 feet in all directions for about 20 seconds. With the downside of it being very loud. This can help when in the trees and trying to find a Herrera hypsi or megalania hiding in the tree line. Spooking them into fleeing allows you to see them running.
Conclusion: the eyeless are incredibly interesting. And I hope at least a bit of this suggestion gets into the main version please give feedback and I'll try my best to try and compromise and see if I can modify this more as this is just a simple suggestion

Y'know I've been just dealing with it so long I totally forgot until I read another feedback item on this.
Please fix all the issues in the server browser so its not such a pain to try and start playing. I can deal with it now, but my friends who I'm trying to get into the game despise it meaning it turns new players away.
The favourite buttons, stopping the sort from resetting when hitting "Refresh", player count etc.
Nest decorating idea:
Purely optional, but the ability to either gather or edit your nest to make it more “pretty” for bigger medium-small sized dinos (omni, pachy, etc) or to make it blend in more with the ground or grass for smaller dinos whose nest stick out like sore thumbs unless it’s in dense forests or bushes (hyspi, dryo, beipi, etc).
Would be an extra bit of fun, like how some animals (ex. Killdeer) have more disguised nests.
Make hypsi not take fall damage or at least allow it to fall from greater heights without taking damage. Hypsi cliff jumping would be fun and when it does eventually get climbing, I feel people will enjoy being able to leap from the treetops 😭. Hypsi is slow, incredibly weak, and incredibly fragile and never played so taking away its fall damage will obviously not affect balance and might even draw at least a FEW people to play it more
Make stego tail not AoE damage, it's stupid.
Make every dinosaur able to eat eggs but only a few to actually get nutrients from them utah, galli, ptera, dryo, beipei and troodon should all be able to gain nutrients from eggs
Also make an animation for destroying nests instead of biting them please it looks strange seeing a deino biting a pile of leaves and twigs
make stegos 2 bite kills for deinos and give deinos more stam with group limit of 6 and longer underwater air time

Ptera is already vulnerable enough, and i hate going to the edge of water as them (pretty much means death if anything bigger than a mosquito comes by) so maybe allow us to replenish water while skimming over rivers? could be a small amount; but i find it weird skimming water gives u no water

If a dino reaches 100% growth and has all three nutrients active, its +50% growth rate bonus should be replaced with a very small buff to each aspect.
Maybe something like:
+7% stamina
+7% health regen
+7% NV/scent range
+7% Egg incubation speed
Tbh u guys should add rain it doesn’t have to be perfect but it would look cool atmospherically and then overhaul it in the future with the features like trees moving from the wind, flooding, etc

Give Oviraptor mimic Troodon already has venom and can pack up to 10 members, may sound dumb but give me a second to explain a bit further giving Oviraptor mimic could allow it to lure or scare parents away from the nest if its smart as there are already gonna be at least one parent at the nest at all times as parents usually rotate whos on the nest and dont both go out at the same time this also would set it apart from being "a worse galli" Speaking of, in a roster of unique dinosaurs why would you give both Galli and Ovi egg eatting why not keep egg eating as strictly a Ovi thing to give people more of a incentive to pick Ovi to be a little egg stealin bugger.

I don't know if this is already a thing because i've never seen it before. It would be super awesome to have a way to link Discords in game through the server list. It would be an easy click of a button for users to join a Discord linked in the config of the isle server they wanna join (example attached below). It would make things easier for the servers that already link their Discord to their server name.
Another cool option would be to have a button like this added to the in-game escape menu or character menu in cases where people like the server and want to join the discord without having to leave and come back, hope there someone that can give them the link, or hope they can find the link elsewhere such as here.
Overall i think it'd be a nice QOL feature to add and would be great to add with the QOL update!

Heres an edited version of mine. Please make the isle evrima Night vision look like this i think it's more cooler, atmospheric, horror like while maintaining the current evrima night vision right now, You guys really don't have to be that realistic where the eyes should only shine when the light hits you at the right spot or have a perfect representation of real animals night vision but rather something that's familiar to us like the trail cam night vision u have shown...
I don't know if you guys said you would do this or not because i don't follow the livestreams, but if the dinosaur roster is gonna get a lot bigger and have dinos that are most effective working as packs. I think it would be very beneficial to up the player limit sooner or later.
I heard somewhere that the player slots are going to stay at 100 or aren't going to be raised (take this with a grain of salt, I don't follow the livestreams), but the dinosaur ai slots are gonna be somewhere in the 500-600 range. I don't think this would be a very good thing as it would severely cut down player interactions because players think they are interacting with players, but really they are interacting with ai. Which players will figure out quite fast.
It would be really cool to have these DINO ai in the game because they will add a lot of life to the game and I assume they are going to have semi realistic behaviors like herding and whatnot, but again i think this would limit player interactions quite a bit due to how much the AI outnumber the players. I believe it would be beneficial to have 2 ai for every one player.
For every player in the server there are two dino ai. So if the player slot limit is increased to 200, there would be 400 ai ext ext. Thats my take on it, I think increasing the player cap would be good for allowing players to experience each dinosaur to it's fullest, especially the pack dinosaurs like the raptors which work best when in a pack with a lot of players and it would allow people to do this without filling up a quarter or more of the player slots available.
This is just personal opinion.
Diversity in all forms.
Dinos- The next update is bringing 4 new dinos which is some much needed diversity to the game and will cover the roster bit of this -for a little while-.
Weather- Weather is a huge part of what makes a world feel more alive and currently the isle has been severely lacking. I know this is being worked on in the background but as it stands, day and night feels very stale and the game is missing some much needed diversity in atmosphere. Weather is just one of my favorite things in games so im looking forward to seeing more of what the team have ready for it.
The Map- Clearly this is being worked on but hope it's a priority. The lack of clear biomes and plant/rock diversity makes the current map very forgetful. However, I don't think just adding human structures can fix this. I haven't seen much of the new map so feel free to dismiss this feedback if you're absultuely certain the map brings new POIs that players can be excited to discover. I think discovery and exploring are a huge part of why players would keep trying to grow different dinos. A new map would be a refreshing change. I almost dread playing for the map in its current state, even with the new dinos coming. I understand map desiging is a challenge though. Path of titans "sorta" had that good discovery feel but they have an ingame map that I feel ruins exploration.
Skins/Customization- I was under the impression that when the breeding system came in, there would be an actual purpose for it. Like breeding for a unique skin (even if it was just a mix of variations 1 and 2.) that couldn't be chosen on the character creation. I've seen at one point that unlockable skins/colors were an idea, that would bring even more exploration and player drive to the game. If your parent dinosaurs fed on a weird plant that they found (lets say a funky mushroom)numerous times throughout their growth cycle then there's like a 5% chance of an offspring having a unique marking or color. On top of this: your current dino developing a marking or physical trait that reflects your playstyle. Ex. Playing a carno whose horns are noticeably smaller or larger based on how many battles your dinosaur has won/lost or a diablo whose spots are starting to look more like stripes because they've taken X amount of damage in their lifetime but lived. (Im spitballing here but you get the gist.) Skins and breeding are a large reason why anyone bothered to play Beasts of Bermuda. Because the possibilies of your offspring being hideous or amazing looking was fun.
Basically: I think this game is missing "possibilities". Right now as it is, it's just: Grow, Kill, Die. There's no sense of exploration and it falls into a repetitive cycle. The breeding system is unused on main servers because there's not really a point in having it as it is. This feedback has probably been given several times, it's probably even already being worked on- I just wanted to state an opinion on priority and what would bring players back to the game sooner rather than later. I miss playing this game and I think it has huge potential but I feel like it's just missing a lot of the fun stuff that would make this game replayable.
As much as we want it, please do not push out 6.5 or any future update too soon. It's understandable if major bugs appear after release, but even then the promised features should be implemented and working properly. Even after release, bugs that arise or were overlooked should be diligently squashed for at least a week or until major ones have been conquered.
The last update, we were under the impression that the gore would be messy and complete. For example: while it is arguably understandable that limbs were left out of the skeleton, skulls, a key part of the skeleton and objectively very horror-esque are completely non-existent. What we got was great, but it felt lacking.
Hitboxes, if I remember correctly, have always been broken and balancing has always been fishy. However, a major issue that appeared with the launch of the gore update was the Carno's charge hitbox being way too wide and the charge itself being able to activate at low speeds. These should have been fixed immediately, and if it reappeared after another update (which I doubt there was), fixed or altered again.
TL;DR: Do not release 6.5 and future updates before they are fully ready.
Key or promised features should be present and fully functional at launch.
Quality updates or bug fix updates should be highly frequent for at least the first week after launch.
Many games go above and beyond this, but as there is a chance the developers are listening to the community, this would be a good start towards better practice.
The dead bodies in the stress test look like they’re on the moon. They wobble and bounce in a really weird and slow way. Fix?? It wasn’t perfect before but it was better
Since burrowing doesn't work right (yet, at least), it'd be awesome to see pre-built nesting burrows/caves added instead.
These would be scattered around the map in different areas, some more unique than others. Would also be counted as a nesting ground and give a growth buff. It simply does not make any sense whatsoever for certain dinos to use Nesting Grounds as they are now, such as Hypsi, Troodon, Dryo, Ptera, etc. There is no logical reason why any of these would ever want to nest out in the unprotected open. Smaller squishier dinos should naturally want a more protected space and contest with their own similar weight classes.
Pros: larger carnivores/aggressive herbs can't access them
Cons: locations would be fixed, so those who have good memory for locations/POIs could seek them out to hunt/kill. Smaller hostiles like Troodon can still reach inside them.
Main types of these nests could be:
-Burrows. Ground level. Very basic, most common type, 1 chamber, 1-2 entrances. Nothing but dirt and nesting sand. Easy to get cornered in, but they are abundant. Dryo-sized dinos or smaller only. Only big enough for one nesting pair and babies.
-Dirt Warrens. Ground level. Basically a bigger burrow, with multiple chambers and tunnels. Nothing but dirt and nesting sand. Harder to get cornered in, more exits. Common, but less than burrows. Can support multiple nests, encourages bigger groups.
-Dens. Can fit Omni or smaller. Burrow, but bigger. Can be ground level or elevated. 1 chamber, 1-2 exits. Uncommon, but not rare.
-Stone Warrens. Some small (hypsi, troodon, babies, etc only), some larger, up to Omni or Pachy size. Rare.
-Elevated Stone Warrens. Located up where only jumping/climbing dinos can reach. Prime real estate for groups. Very rare. Maybe 3 at most.
-Watered Den/Warren. Best of the best real estate for smaller dinos. Access to water inside nest, still need to venture out for food. Very rare. Maybe 2-3 at most. Anything omni or smaller can access.

Suddenly packmate is attacking me, and being non cannibal, I make attempt to get away but because they are packmate they can see my name and track and follow me so easy and I am unable to hide as they chase and attack me and I can't just stop suddenly to use keyboard and mouse to go to Insert (Profile) - Group and then Leave Group
saying that we dont have very much information about rex and giga just yet, I want to make sure these things were added to those dinos to make them more realistic. like: making rex run quite slow and making it weigh around 9 tons and have giga run a good 5 kph faster than rex and have it be more agile than rex and make it weigh closer to 7-8 tons.
I need them to implement a sound system like the one in the Legacy, a louder footstep sound system for example, because if a carno comes at you from behind, you don't hear it and you die... In the Legacy at least you heard footsteps as an adult and you could protect yourself by hiding before. Please, in a future put that system.

Delete elite fish in ptera's diet or give us the ability to catch It . We can't catch a ''fish'' and can't dive underwater either so what is the point? Only deinos use elite fish as a bait but that's too obvious.
instead of a group chat, maybe a close distance local chat or whisper chat, and when you enter a message and your dinosaur does the F call, its quiet and the message sent doesnt reach half as far as a regular message.
Maybe consider using fluid flux 2.0 for the water in future updates? Of course, only if it's viable for the game and only if you can actually use it with the code you already built this game around, but water can always get better right? I heard fluid flux 2.0 is a new tool in UE5. Would be cool to see better water, and again, only if it's good with the current path of development :)
So.. is beipi nesting similar to Ptera yet? Can we collect sticks and sit on our eggs? If not.. PLEASE make the change before 6.5! Don't disappoint us!

When Tyrannosaurus and triceratops are added, the fight between them should be 50/50 instead of 70/30 (rexes favor) like legacy
A slight upgrade to the plant system. You know how it says, "Agave grows in grasslands," or "Sumac grows in Swamps," according to your character profile? It would be incredibly helpful if those plants did not spawn in specific points on the map but rather there be a possible chance for any plant that grows in a biome to randomly appear in said biome. In other words, grasslands would have a chance for every plant that grows there to appear but the quantity and density/dispersal of said plants would vary. Maybe you roll up on a field of marigolds in one spot and the next day it's a bunch of agave. This would make for unique migration patterns as no one plant will grow in the same place every time, and conversely, every biome will have a chance to spawn all the food that is said to grow in said biome.

I was thinking about Dryo and how it doesnt really have a reliable way to defend itself (aside from running) instead of giving it something it can use to fight what if we gave it something to inhance its dodge? if Dryo got the ability to kick up sand behind it (this will temporarily blinding the dino chasing the Dryo) the blind effect can be removed if the predator wipes its face on the ground (same animation for when hypsi blinds something) i think Dryo could use this to blind and dodge out of Predators ways making them even harder to catch
Would be great if #isle-phase-three was more frequent and things like new animations were shown off more often again.

add Allosaurus sooner than originally planned because we really need a dinosaur that could actively and successfully hunt carno because the current roster and 6.5 roster does not have a dino that could actively hunt carno because cerato can not really hunt down carno because carno is larger, faster, and could get away easily. but with allo being added, as long as it has a very good acceleration, it could kill carnos because carnos dont have very good acceleration. and carnos seem very overpowered with the current roster and we need something that could kill it and also not look way too overpowered because of how allo is not able to chase down everything.
Not sure if it is a thing already but Z walk should decrease the volume or audible range of your footstep sounds.

SCENT MARKING/TERRITORY/DAMAGE BUFF-
I know the devs said they wouldn't do damage buffs for any game mechanics-- BUT I was thinking of claw sharpening/ horn sharpening type mechanics, where you could mark up a tree--which other animals could smell and learn what species marked it-- so it would be a territorial marker AND a giveaway to potential predators. The action of making the mark gives the animal a small damage buff by honing their weapons of choice-- granted this mechanism would require new animations from the team..
The trees and rocks could finally have a use besides terrain obstacles-
-- a steg would rub its back through to its tail with a cool smack- gaining a buff to its next few tail swings increasing bleed too maybe?
-- a carno would rub its head to get a damage buff to its ram for its next few charges
-- raptors could scratch their feet on a tree or rock to hone their next pounce- increasing bleed?
-- teno could get the same kind of buff as raptor for their front claw attack- and gain a bleed and damage buff from scratching up the trees like cats
-- crocs could maybe scratch up rocks near the rivers, like rubbing off algae and parasites from their side, to gain a small speed boost to their swim?
-- hypsi wouldn't really gain from this mechanism unless they do gain the climbing mechanic when herrera gets theirs- then maybe climbing speed? Or climbing stam? By doing a little squirrel jump on trees?
-- dryo would get a speed boost to their run for a little while if they scratched their feet on rocks or trees so they could get more grip in the dirt
-- cerato could maybe get nothing with this mechanic either-- like hypsi-- i think gaining a bite damage buff doesnt make sense..and as far as i see cerato doesnt have alt attacks that arent also their bite- if you guys have ideas let me know!
-- galli could get a buff to their kick, a similar scratching animation to dryo but they get a kick buff instead of speed since galli has a speed buff mechanic
-- beipi DESERVES this mechanic with their Edward scissor hand claws- scratching up rocks or trees in their territory to gain a claw attack buff
-- Troodon could get a similar animation to raptors and gain a similar buff. Their pounce does more damage for a little while and maybe increase bleed damage?(i dont know if the troo pounce applies bleed- but it DOES NOT buff venom)
-- ceratopsians get it from doing their sparring game OR from marking trees/rocks
This mechanic could be controlled quite well- the buffs could be small, and it could not stack- and the timer for the buff period is however long the devs decide-- it could even have that timer marker like edit to the dryo dodge-
With a shortish/ visible timer, players would know when they need to mark again if they want to keep that buff, they would have to scratch up another rock or tree- which gives an obvious visible marker to other players including humans- and those other players will know certain animals have been in the area- and they can act like territorial markers for team oriented species-
Humans and predators could get a real sense of where animals are moving and track them with another in game mechanic- it could show as a scratch mark on the scent compass, then when you get close to sniff, you find out the species by a prompt showing up like you get for "e to eat" or "e to wallow" you sniff it and the prompt gives the species name.

Migration put in simple terms by myself: Example will be teno. Teno eats its diet at point A, when food at point A runs out, it has to move at point B. Now, there could be a lot of paths it could take, for example Path 1 could have a river they have to cross, path 2 could be open fields full of tall grass very dangerous with raptors and stuff, and path 3 can be a thick jungle where big carnivores like rex and giga can ambush easily. When they reach point B, they can stay there for a few hours until food runs out and they have to go back to A through same path or different one. What do you think?
Point A and B could be on different sides of the map so the journey is longer. Diets could overlap and some dinos would have to fight over point A and kick the other species to a long journey to point B if they want to survive.

A lot of the areas o the map are empty. Why not add AI dinosaurs to it? Something small to give an illusion of life when nobody is around instead of finding deer /boara and rabbits on the grasslands? How about some small dinos at rocks, near rivers etc.

Make pachy stun animals only when applying a new fracture to them. So if the animal doesn't get fractured, no stun, and if the animal gets a body (or any other) fracture when they already had a body fracture, they won't be stunned. This way pachy isn't too OP, but it isn't helpless either, and it can apply a fracture to something like a carno or raptor without getting half of its health bitten out of it.
Pachy should be able to to stun when appling a fracture it just looks and logically is odd
Give troodons swimming animation to herra instead, it fits the more lizard like vibe of herra more than troo
I don't know if it's already the case or not but make stego unable to regain stam while standing (as it was for Rex in legacy) cuz as it is rightnow, they're almost impossible to kill without another stego by your side since they can tailswing all the time (as it doesn't seems to drain a lot of stam) and have an absurd attackrate for the amount of damages it deals.
concerning the servers, make sure to distinguish the natural deaths (hunger fall) from the bleed and the pounce of the deino (drowning).
currently in the server logs the bleed and drowning are considered natural deaths. possible to change that?
Cerato should get diet from eating rotten meat too give cera more of a motive to be a scavenger. Right now cera lacks much of a motive to seek out rotten meat as food.

Just played evrima for the first time in a while and I gotta say, unless the performance has seen a SIGNIFICANT improvement in 6.5 i don't see myself playing the game anymore. The performance is truly and utterly abyssmal at the moment. I'm using a 2080 with an i7-8700 and I go from 100 fps to 10 at times. 10 frames per second. There is literally no reason for the game to be running like that. It's not like its the most graphically impressive thing I've ever seen. I just really hope this gets improved because, man... I wanna play the isle again.
Just a suggestion: Could be cool if Diablo and other dinos like it have the ability to sharpen the horn on trees and carnivores can track footprints to a tree and see if the tree has been damaged so it knows Diablo was there. Or sharpen on rocks even. Maybe you can see more damaged trees and you can estimate how big the herd is. Could be interesting :)

Allow us to zoom out our camera on our dino again, especially on PT I dislike being so zoomed in when I take off and start flying around as a PT but soon as you land your able to zoom out again… why?
Man i rly wanna play this Game again but with the current Performance Problems and lack of Updates its just no fun after a specific time. The last time i played this Game was in January. And Since then there were 0 Updates. I know you guys want the Updates to be flawless but it never works. Even now we still have huge issues with the Game after idk 3 Years or something. Each month comes a DevBlog but you name so many things and show many Pictures but if nothing happens then ppl get bored. I know there is a current Stress test but damn each update takes half a Year. That cant be in my Opinion. Every 3 or 4 Months would be fine. So 3 or 4 good Updates each Year. But 2 Updates each Year is a bit disapointing. No offence ofc. I still love this Game but i dont want to play it right now because of the many Problems and lack of Content.
I would love if the cam for Hypsi was a tad higher, i keep stretching my neck to see lol

What if removing chunks of flesh (like in the herrera concept art), decreases the dino's max-hp (temporary or permanent), like vomit sickness does to stam, food, and water.
Ptera is one of my favourite Dino’s to play but I can never seem to find sea turtles and elite fish just can’t be caught/hunted unless deino puts one on shore. I think if elite fish is part of the ptera diet it should have a way to access it without having to rely on other dinos
Change the way corpse dragging and corpse carrying works/looks, from the stress test it seems things are more distorted and stretched out
It might be better to have static poses for the corpse with parts (such as the tail, arms, feet, etc) with some rag doll physics or animated movements when the creature grabbing it is doing a movement or action
Since Deinos in 6.5 wont be able to detect movement underwater, what about adding it so they still can when using that "Sonar" ability they have? (holding Q while sitting still under water). Its loud as heck underwater, so if you're being detected by it you would easily notice, and they can't move / chase you without losing the under water sensing.
after around an hour game play for no reason suddenly my gpu is overheating (gpu 78.5C hot spot 95C) even if im in the menu or its pitch black its not going down. its not the first time i noticed that and that is why i do not play the game. i check the game time to time what is changed and this problem is still the same. before anyone suggest its my PC causing the problem its not only this game doing this.
Looking on YouTubers playing stress test U6.5, i see that the poison or bacteria for troodon and cerato is just gray, why not have something like greenish yellow or just green bubbles around the hunger icon
Now I know most of the isle community loves Cerato. As it is supposed to. At least in theory, to be a carno's rival as well as be a bully garbage disposal. But what I've heard/seen from videos from content creators I feel like it isn't living up to the potential that it is supposed to. Now I don't know if the dev or not gave it some buffs throughout stress testing. (You guys can prove me wrong if that's the case) I feel like Cerato should get some buffs to really establish its title. If not now, maybe later in the future. While yes it's not going to be able to take on fights and track down dinos for hunting, that's not what it's supposed to do. However, I feel like it should be a combination of boy a scavenger and opportunistic hunter.
We shouldn't envision it as a honey badger but maybe see it as a spotted hyena. They will bully lions from their prey when given the opportunity as well as sometimes scavenge from leftovers and even hunt themselves. Maybe we could see Cerato as such. And here is what I propose for some slight buffs for Cerato.

Give it a slight higher defense and bleed res. Maybe roughly a 1% at best. Not high enough where it can face a 2v1 against a carno but just enough if it was alone and sees a lone Carno themselves they can bully said Carno off their corpse without getting beaten into the ground.

Add gore or maybe bones to its diet. To give players an incentive to actually hunt this stuff out for its diet AND for the bile.

For its chuff ability I wouldn't say give it a huge buff in damage but maybe a 2% or if the devs are bold a 4 or 5% buff. And maybe it lasts in a radius of the body. And the farther away you go from the body the less damage you do.

Alright time for the main part of Cerato. It's infectious bite. Now I definitely love how they have it so far to cause the Cerato's prey or victim puke. However, I say add maybe a slight cool down or maybe a delay. Sort of how Troodons need to wait for ques from its other packmates to pounce and due venom damage. Like if a Cerato is bullying a carno off of a corpse and it lands a hit. There would be a timer, not a long one but definitely one to allow the effects of the bite take hold. (This would also add new mechanics and such for their bite but I'm not that skilled in figuring out how that would work lol)
Maybe with these changes, if the devs choose to follow. We could actually get a viable fight for Carnos and make dinos lesser than Cerato think of cool strategies as to how to fight back against this bully of a dino. Lemme know what you guys think!
Seen some youtubers try the new version of cerato. Glad you guys nerfed damage back to what it mostly was and increased its durability instead, especially from what i hear around bigger bodies! Cerato looks like its in a very good spot, loce it personally!

Since cerato is supposed to be a scavenger, rotting meat should give it some nutrients. So should go something like this:
- Fresh Meat in the Diet -> Gives lots of nutrients, less bacteria
- Rotten Meat in the Diet -> Gives a little bit of nutrients, lots of bacteria
This way ceras have a reason to eat rotten meat
Make visual improvements and changes on Deinosuchus to reflect its weight class and growth better in game.

This feedback post aims to spread awareness of whats going to happen once update 6.5 releases to officials,
currently officials are mixpacking hell where you are basically forced to mixpack to play the game or play whatever is meta (carno in this instance for update 6.0), mixpacking has so far been a common thing on officials and as far as im concerned, its intended until either a rule is made or a mechanic that forcibly prevents it from happening, update 6.5 (mind u the stress tests have rules for what is considered the "intended" experience, so why would these rules not be put on official which is also considered "intended") introduces new moderation tools and the ingame recording tool that would in essance allow for moderation to come back to official, while its obviously not ideal, it worked well back in legacy and those servers were populated as much as current evrima servers, the main problem i want to bring awareness to is the fact that cerato + carno is going to be a very broken mixpack combo and that nothing will be done about it this update, this is all and i hope something is done about it if its not intended.
it shouldn't be so easy for other same size deinosuchus to just spam bite another deino until they die. same sized deinos should be afraid of fighting eachother unless necessary to secure territory for themselves because it could leave heavy damage on them and risking injury in the wild is bad. letting 2v1 full adult deinos and the 2 of the other deinos just spam biting you is not fair and it's not realistic becuase why tf does a little bite do that much to a giant meaty armor deino. the only reason giant things like this fight in the wild is for territory and the right to mate not this bs and it doesn't even hurt them that much :/
The New Public branch is unplayable due to the lag and the FPS are worse in my case than update 6.0. Goodlukc dev team !

Please allow for brighter colors on Beipi underbelly option, it feels very limiting with tan being the only light option. I think a light vibrant blue would be nice.
please add new colors to the old ones in the Utah palette, why change something radically? I am sad, many are sad that their colors have been ruined....everyone would be happy if you just added new colors without removing the old ones 😄

Please make it so Motion blur can be turned off, its annoying to some but debilitating to others such as myself. Those with motion sickness issues can't really play games with it without getting sick to their stomach and the option to turn it off has always been in the settings so why remove it now?
I'm sorry but there shouldn't be this little servers for a public stress test. If you know how large your community is, you should be prepared for the maximum amount of influx the stress test could recieve. Having such a small sample size isn't representative of the base game and it creates countless issues for both the players and the devs trying to collect data.
Hey devs, you could maybe use #830660455487373352 instead of #announcements like you used to do back when we had access to another stress test?

To make cerato's bacteria/bile bite useful in ways besides starving players, and to make people feel even dumber when overeating and throwing up from it, when you throw up, you should not only have the limited maximum stamina like we do now, but should also lose a large portion of your stamina. It's realistic too. If you've ever thrown up (you probably have) then you know how exhausting it is.
-Troodon's 1 call is a bit too loud, you can hear them at croc islands when you are at NW. Same with the splash while entering and exiting the water as deino. Its earache level loud.
-Troodon's camera as a juvi needs to be zoomed out, the amount of foliage of grass in my face is like im in the Bugs Life movie.
-The new ambience noises are fun, but there's bushes that sound like a dino is heavy breathing, and a branch touching the water at NW river corner that makes the full splash of a drinking dino.
I know it's not that big of a deal but FINALLY THANK YOU! The Menu is starting to feel like it's been made for an actual game. Well done rework for the graphical settings menu.
Know this has been said countless times and you guys are aware but please. please. Prioritize the server queue above everything else.
Genuinely curious what the obstacle is on this that's prevented a queue for evrimas entire development. Can't explain how much frustration this causes for my group of friends who are all trying to play on the same server but you have to do this damn mini-game of refreshing and clicking the server as soon as a spot becomes available.
And on top of that - the server pop displayed in the server list is never accurate! Please stop development on anything that is taking time away from implementing this. Would be such a relief. thanks.

More servers should be added to the testing branch since there's a LOT of lag and rubber banding in the servers because of everyone trying to join all at once and nobody can get in at all.
Please for the love of everything prehistoric, Implement a reliable queue system. In my experience there exists an option to "Join queue" when the server displays as full. The issue with this, is that it almost never displays as max/max. Preventing someone from joining with the message that "server is full" despite the server list showing that there are slots available. One would imagine that this would also improve in-game performance by reducing the volume of people trying to relentlessly spam-connect into the game. Myself and various other groups I play with feel that this should be priorty #1 even above further dinosaur development, because what good is new content if you aren't able to log in?

Diplodocus being a lighter cousin of apatosaurus may be easier to abuse with because its neck and tail are longer, and it is much faster. It would NOT be very fun to get chased down by a sauropod that can go 12-22mph and has extremely good range.

Apatosaurus being a heavier and stumpier build will be good, as this means it can only go 12.4-18.6 mph, and will not have as big of a range. Being slower and beefier means that it will be build against apexes, but also more vulnerable to lighter hunters.
EXTRA: Apatosaurus simply looks goofier. Diplodocus seems to be lanky yes, but it is not goofy enough. and believe it or not, apatosaurus comes in to that aswell! not only does it look more obese, but its head instead of being boring and like other dinosaurs is actually shaped like a square! this means it will have a less extreme goofy flat mouth like nigersaurus.
Bring back old skin colours and why even remove them in the first place?
Why remove the old ones? Its not unrealistic like some claim, and it doesnt do anything bad. Literally only negatives with removing them.
My friend only liked the bright skins and would only go cheeto raptor, and now it’s replaced with some green which ain’t bad, but combined with preformance its hard to get him to play in the first place but it. The new colours arent bad, they just shouldn’t have replaced and remove the old ones.

cera looses nutrients way to quickly that its hard to gain as most of the time your nearly on full food, also the hp it gains per tick (whilst sat) is very low that it takes ages to heal, but it does heal quite fast when full food. OR you can keep the drain as it is and put boar on its diet

If you were playing on the ST build, you need to delete your Saved folder before playing the previous version again. As you're using data from the UE5 version in the UE4 one, hence the freeze.
I think perhaps cerato should have boar on its diet instead of deer, deer can outrun cerato and isn't as meaty, cerato is like a heckin tiger shark I imagine it would target the extra mass despite it being more aggressive prey just cuz it likes eating so much
Give dryo the power to dodge with food in its mouth
To start if you did not know Ceratos Bacteria makes it so every bite adds a chunk to a bar the size of how much food you have at that moment and once it fills you vomit. I propose to make it so Cerato has a easier time making players with fuller stomachs vomit, You are punishing players who may not have a choice but to fight a Cerato for food or they're gonna starve and endorsing killing Cerato on a full stomach when your not even gonna eat it, It also just makes more sense as if your full or close to full you'd be more likely to throw up then if your stomach is almost empty
suggestion: make the baby troodon camera zoom out further because grass isnt very interesting or easy to investigate

From the small amount of time I've spent playing the Beipi, I absolutely love it. The cuteness overload is real, and the diet feels engaging. Movement is going to take some getting used to, but overall it's an amazing playable.

yall mentioned the rex being added eventually, but seeing how it would be a OP apex if added as a playable with no counter (in the live servers at least), it would be kinda neat to see rex start as a AI spawn, while its gameplay is balanced out. it would make for good PvE fights and start small server events if you had a adult rex terrorizing everything

I think it'd be a lot more immersive if hunger drained slower, right after a big fight and getting a meal the size of my own dinosaur it's already halfway hungry again not even 20 minutes later, which feels panicky and not really fun, personally. Especially since it's expected to take hours to grow which is immersive enough, the fast hunger drain conflicts with the timing of everything else. Slow and immersive, like you're really that animal. If that's not being considered, herds of herbivore AI would be neat like planned a while ago.
The Que vs Spam happens because menu # shows 1-8 players less than actually on server.

I love the 125 player pop servers but they are very laggy. VERY! When i play on official servers i have about 30-50 in ping. On the stress test servers the ping is about 120-170 and its very hard to play. I live in EU and play on the EU servers.
I'm very grateful we now have the ability to access the stress test, however for a lot of players it is EXTREMELY laggy to the point it is barely even playable. It makes jumping, which is a huge part of many of these dinos (Troodon, Omni, Beipi, Galli...), nearly impossible because it rubber bands you back to the ground before even finishing the jump. Me and a few other players I have spoken to are reaching 100+ more ping than they do from base servers.
If possible, please limit the player count of servers to 100 and add 1 more server for each region? This would allow more players to play lag free; allowing more bug reports --> helping progress in the update's development.
Carrion as a diet variable, the specifics are something that would probably be best discussed among the right people. I just think it'd be a good idea.

First of all, congratulations to Ceratosaurus for having The Isle's first magical ability:Cadaver armor(max 80% Damage reduction)
Imagine that it takes a T. Rex(Let's say the bite force is 1200) 6 or 7 bite to kill a Cerato next to a huge carcass, and we can see how good this ability is.(ok joke stop
)
But making Ceratosaurus stronger next to the carcass is a brilliant design.
So I propose that Ceratosaurus acquire new ability (without old one)near the dead body: Health and bleed recovery speed change depending on the cadaver size. (At least fast as the our eye can see)And hunger consumption accelerated.
This gave Ceratosaurus enough advantage in the battle with equal rivals, without making Cerato unreal.

Stress Test (other than inevitable rubber-banding) was great in terms of content! But there are a few things I would change.
No.1 - Auto-Chuff for Ceratosaurus seems quite redundant and even annoying at times since it is quite literally just the 3 call. And even around group members, it can be quite daunting.
No.2 - Make the camera angle for smaller animals such as; Beipaio, Troodon, Pteranodon have a wider camera angle, or in Troodon's case, a higher camera angle.
Troodon's juvenile stage can be quite jarring especially in heavy foliage as you can't see anything in dense grass.
Other than that, really excited for this update. The engine seems to have fixed a lot of the frustration the community has had across the past year or two regarding performance. Keep up the great work! Can't wait for Gateway's release. :)
Make separate channel for the 6.5 testers, they fill EU channel with stuff I don't need to see. Little bit confusing.
The Troodon's 3 call needs a lot more improvement. It doesn't sound anywhere near as scary as it could be. Being a dino of the night especially, it needs to have a 3 call to encapsulate that. I think it needs...
- to have a bit more volume
- the sound itself needs layers of harsh, sharp, hissy elements
- The girth of the call needs more weight and punch to it

The rocks, bushes, and logs made this small area very unique and interesting to play in. And now with Beipi they could be even more interesting to hang around, especially since Beipi's NW spawn is close. While dense vegetation and hilly terrain in the area could promote people actually being here once in a while.

Please restart the public ST servers every now and then, if possible. If we only manage to play just for like at least 30 minutes without the ping and rubberbanding start to increase, it is worth more than this unenjoyable, rubberbanding and painful gameplay. The high ping makes it impossible to test anything out of it. All we get out of this public stress test right now is that the servers cannot handle it
Troodons juvenile stage and any other tiny playable needs a better camera u can really only see the grass

I was able to test the Beipi and the Galli.
Two things I noticed:
- If Beipi is catching a schooling fish the fish rubber bands out of existence. I can still eat it but it is confusing.
- While playing Galli you sometimes hear loud bush rustling although you are not even in a bush or you are just sitting on a rock. That is really annoying.
I think what Galli really needs it more yellowish tinted colours

what if when server reaches cap it locks people from joining for 5 minutes (a few slots will open by then) then it opens again until it caps and continues like this? i think this would help with any ping problems launch when every server will be full and bombarded with join requests. (or something similar to this).
I've mentioned before that performance should be a top priority for future updates, but on a less serious note I think it'd be neat if we got some more color options for all dinos. I am of the opinion that it can be immersion breaking to see a bunch of neon dinos hopping around, but on some species I feel like it would work just fine.

I would love to see improvements to the scent system as footprints don’t really stand out. I think it would be cool to make something like a scent cloud though the player can do something to lessen it like mud or rubbing it on trees. Maybe you could even do a thing of if they find one on the tree it’ll tell you how old the scent is. I just think more could be added and maybe adjusted depending on what paleontologist have found over the years. This would definitely help with making the world feel more alive and really improve the game for carnivores. I feel like you could do something for the herbivores just not sure at the moment other than to help them find food easier and maybe to help give them an idea of what animal passed through for those wanting to find a herd after spawning in. You could also use this for carnivores to help them find animals they need for their diet.
A more dynamic weather system would be nice too not sure if anything’s been mentioned on that. I know these wouldn’t be able to be in the next patch but it would be cool to see these implemented.

please allow pteras camera to zoom out quicker and for ptera to have slightly faster turn while flying for juvis, and i think ptera could benifit from a slight health boost, nothing to big but maybe to 55kg so it can take on solo troodons a little bit better
seeing anything as a baby troodon is impossible cause of how close you are to the grass. desperately need to zoom out more or just place the camera higher
Galli needs more colors. You can't even make a unique skin when all colors are almost the same. Add something else not just brown and grey

After playing carno in the stress test, I’m frankly really disappointed with a lot of the nerfs, many of which were unnecessary. Moving was already clunky, but now heavily reduced acceleration (worse than galli), stam, and bleed resistance left it in the dust (died from one cera from bleeding out in less than 2 min after a few bites despite killing it prior, even gallis can bleed out carnos). Even at full stam I couldn’t outpace the cerato since they could just keep running and running even if they were slower. Stam management was already crucial before, but now it’s just ridiculous, and getting a jump on anything is way too hard with the acceleration. Other Dino’s are already so agile that carnos are easily dodged, which is expected, but then you’re back on square one just trying to get going again. Frankly carno was fine before 6.5 minus the charge, which took too little stam, was slower, and had a better turn radius, making it too easy to land. In my opinion that was the main thing that needed to be fixed. Now carno is basically impossible to maneuver, and solo play is a no go unless you wanna get ganged up by ceras since you can’t run from them adequately despite the speed. This is my experience and what I am basing my opinion on.
Also being unable to use alt bites when running for all Dino’s was really just an unnecessary change. Now I have to keep track of speed just to ensure I land the moves I intend, which lets me honest NONE of us wanna do when we’re in the middle of combat. Just leaves a higher skill sealing and makes fighting less fun. Return alt bites to their previous state where they take stam and don’t rely on speed.
The trees and everything in their height in the stresstest have white outlines on my friends computer
I suggest changing the chugging of ceratosaurus so that it does not play so often, this prevents adding a player to the group, and once again gives out a ceratosaurus player if he is hiding in the bushes
Rid of the underwater night vision that is currently set up in the stress test for the beipi. Make it like the current underwater vision in the main evrima servers.

For people with epilepsy, like myself, its really difficult to play with it enabled and so straining on the eyes.
Its also so saddening to see that you changed the alt attack animation for the cerato! I loved the scoop kind of bite it had for its alt attack's animation. It kind of resembles the carno's a lot.
Give the cerato's chuff a keybind instead of making it automatic - it sounds really cool and it such a nice mechanic but its also a little annoying when its just constantly a 3 call in a loop going off in your ear.
Gali is the 2nd fastest animal in the game…..why does it need a speed boost. I know it’s to stay so I’m not gonna say get rid of it but Dryo would of made much better use from it. It’s so useless for Gali it’s only to make sure it can escape Carno.
Please just give Dryo SOMETHING other than the dodge. Like maybe a sense when sniffing to be alerted of things around it

Been able to test Beipi and a bit of Cerato on the stress test so far and am thoroughly pleased with the update thus far.
The only things I would change is to make the underwater night vision brighter. I think it's a nice idea to have a different style for underwater as it helps when evading predators like Deino; however my friends and I all found it overly hard to see anything in front of us as a juvi. It got easier as an adult but I feel making the white outlines slightly brighter overall would help with it immensly and not so much like you're swimming in a void.
The only other thing I want to comment on is the Cerato chuffing. I barely played 10 minutes before getting killed and in that time the automatic chuffing was annoying when around bodies with friends. I feel adding a keybind to it would benefit greatly as others have said before it can reveal soeone who is hiding or prevent other interactions from occurring.
Since there are quite a few who dislike the auto-chuff for Cerato, I have a suggestion for it to make it a little less annoying without completely disabling it
Make the auto-chuff not trigger for group mates
That's all. c: I mean if a Cerato trusts another member of it's species enough to group up with it, why would it suddenly act like they're a stranger when there's food 
There shoud be a system, whenever you attack / getting attacked you get a timer of 10min or less so you can't safe log.
This has probably been mentioned before but it would be nice if ptera could regen stam while clinging to trees! Perhaps not when it latches, but maybe it could rest on the side of the tree?

Make the public stress test last until Tuesday instead of ending today. I keep getting this message popup when I open the stress test branch, I don't know what it means, I have no clue how to fix it, and because of some stupid issue I'm not going to get to play the stress test. Even if I do fix the issue, I'll probably have to wait hours anyway for a slot to open up in the stress test servers, and I might not have enough time to get to play. So please just make the test last for a few more days.

Since some dinosaurs will have optional feathers, it would be cool if we could customize how they'd appear.
Below are a few examples of what I think would be good options for therapods who are granted the ability to apply feathers.
BARE LEGS - The option to remove the feathers from the legs of your dinosaur. This grants a look similar to your typical avian bird who also typically lacks feathers on their legs.
WINGS - The option to change the size of the wings on your dinosaur. Whether you should be able to remove wings from your dinosaur completely is up for debate.
FEATHER LENGTH - The option to change the length of feathers on your dinosaur to suit your preference.
TAIL FEATHERS - The option to change the length of tail feathers on your dinosaur. Whether you should be able to remove tail feathers from your dinosaur completely is up for debate.

Update looks amazing, I love the new dinos, UE5 lighting, animations on the dinos, as well as each one of them being unique. please make calls echo throughout forests, and have a bigger range. the map feels so dead. Add another animal that can contest the Deinosuchus in water, like the Titanoboa or something similar. ( I’ve never played the isle in my whole entire life )
Although I personally like the underwater night vision for Beipi, when in shallow water it seriously hurts my eyes. The camera is forced in and out of the water changing the perspective/colours super fast.

I been looking at the Cerato and thinking to myself, how much Saliva/ bacteria must the Cerato bring up while chuffing, then it hit me, What if the chuff Passively built Bacteria over time, (not just the eating from a corpse to build it) also as a thought, what if the charge bite charged a little quicker while Chuffing.

ok ive played all the playables in the stress test for a decent amount of time, so here goes.
-Troodon needs to have its zoom distance increased when it's a baby. As much as I like grass, it's not exactly exciting gameplay.
-Beipiaosaurus underwater night vision needs to be buffed, it's really hard to spot fish, deinos, and other beipis in the water at night.
-Ceratosaurus should have an actually threatening 3 call, and the chuff should be togglable on a different button.
Galli is fine as it is.
And general changes:
-Night lasts so long now, and day seemingly is very brief. Isla Spiro looks it's in spring/summer, so no way should day be shorter than night.
-Queue should have UI dedicated to it
Make it possible to walk over Knocked over trees/logs, There are many spots where you get trapped because you cannot walk over a log.
THIS when you get stuck inbetween logs, realisticly you should be able to step over it.

Fix the glitch where some dinos do their automatic directional alt attack, even when I turn on manual alt attack it still doesn’t work so I’m led to believe this is either a feature or a glitch, either way please fix it
The new dinosaurs are cool, REALLY cool, I love the new mechanics, but the ping on the test servers is game-breaking and makes it basically unplayable. If this type of ping is going to be an issue in the main update with full servers, that's gonna be a big problem.
It's a little frustrating running a whole distance to a corpse only for it to be underwater/unobtainable. Please make it so land carnivores will not smell bodies that are completely submersed underwater and are unobtainable, or make it so corpses will float to the surface of the water after a set period of time.
Need Working Quene and a Refresh Time Lock idk 5-10 Seconds.

i think just releasing the update on the normal branch should fix the lag as people will filter out to community servers

add the ability to pick up babies without harming them. so a ptera could drop children from the sky or adults could safely transport their babies over larger distances.
IF beipis night vision is going to be how it is in the stress test please either change it or add the change onto the epilepsy friendly mode as the beipi night vision currently gives people with epilepsy problems, as well as others without it migraines and nausea
Friends of mine have told me that Cerato and Troodon make uncontrolled noises. This suppresses/blocks manual calls.
I don't know if that's true, but if it is, it might be worth considering changing it.
Here's some actual feedback instead of people complaining about not getting to play the stress test.
Cerato's diets drain faster than their actual hunger does, and with the amount of nutrients gained tapering off when your stomach is close to full, it can create awkward scenarios where you aren't able to fill up a hex all the way. So either reduce the nutrient drain rate, increase the hunger drain, or allow cera to gain nutrients even if their stomach is full since they cannot vomit.
having tested now for a bit i can say Galli and Beipi are in good places troodon to i guess, and still i am begging you give cerato the mouth opened threat display it had in its teaser its way more fitting and come closer to a 3 call and besides chuffing already is quite hard to bear with
Increase the night vision for beipi, or the brightness. I can't really see anything underwater :|
Please, make the foliage get transparent as it passes the dinosaur. It would help a lot especially when we are playing as a young troodon
get rid of the lose all progress after a personal crash like we used to lose all progress after logging out and back in like the next day or so like we had in update 3 and 4, just atleast make it so we safe our progress when we disconnect, idc how, why or when.
also could be nice to have this cooldown reduced even if just slightly. otherwise we won't be able to bring as much feedback!
RN I only get to see 3 servers which 2 of them are from na and only 1 eu i don't understand why there are such small amount of servers really we need more then just a few, also been waiting for more then a day thx to this stupid cooldown.
Man Eaters
when carnivores get too old or eat the corpse of a deceased human, they tend to recognise us as prey, we aren't particularly fast or tough to kill, it gives them a crutch if they have suffered an injury prior
with the new elder system and deterioration of your creature as it ages, I feel that over time it would switch to smaller, easier to catch prey
for example, carnotaurus instead of hunting pachy or tenonto it could try gallimimus or beipi
the way man eaters occur is different from just a shift however, they need to actually eat a human to recognize it as a food source
what should happen is, after eating a human, one of the diets should shift to eating humans, and the more humans you catch it can leech onto other diets
giving you an infamy of hunting primarily humans
include any ai to fill up all 3 diets for juvie cera. It will be hard to survive in center as u are literal free snack, in a center- the only food source where u have most chances to survive, yes the North West also has a lot of corpses go there if u have death wish - where everything is gonna kill (sometimes even ceras ) you because it's the most popular spot for utahs and carnos (fast carnivores, and exept for utah or carno fresh cera is not that fast and bush hiding is also 90% death if something knows u are there), plus juvie cera is very slow and can't hunt on it's own unless it's a troodon or brain dead juvie utah tat you somehow catched after they pounce and te AI is only ting tat won't figt back(boar does but it's broken), OR exept for doing such a thing add gore to AI so that cera can get some nutrients from deer other than // diet.

There was a time when utah/omni could pounce quickly on a friend and it would take no damage. it was cute and fun, and that should make a comeback. Not just for omni, but troo as well. If you don't hold pounce, it shouldnt take damage. (although i know in a fight this can be kinda annoying sooo maybe just make it a separate mechanic?? like playfighting was intended with pachy/etc)

Galli's trot should be a trot, like omni. At the moment it has a walk, and a slower walk. It doesnt seem as nimble as it was in legacy
All I ask is for more gold color swatches, that’s all.
I think there should be a freeze on the servers when it reaches server cap for 5 minutes in those 5 minutes slots will begin to open up (as people leave). Since alot of the lag and rubber-banding comes from spamming a full server trying to join this would free up alot of issues. This also gives you guys an oportunity to work on the que system where in those 5 minutes people can que up and wait their turn.
This whole process would relieve alot of the stress/annoyance people have towards the server system in place. Where if you manage to get in youll suffer through a ton of issues due to people spam joining. Even if you dont do a que system this method would still alleviate a ton of the rubber banding being caused by the influx in players trying to join an already full server.
On the Beipi

Galli Speed Buff. I dont know how long it last or if it is still active. It doesnt Show in the Character menue either. It would be great if you could add a small icon that appears and disappears when the Buff is active/gone.
GORE IDEA
It will be nice for smaller creatures like troodon, compy, baby dinos to go inside the dead body. Imagine a pack of troodons took down a juvie/sub adult stego and are eating the body from the inside and outside, to turn the body into bones you will have to eat it inside and outside for the smaller creatures, bodies may also have some rotten pieces of meat or skin. Ripping off the parts of the dinosaur is already planned so theres no reason to mention about it.
different meat chunk models
To make the gore look better, devs can add different meat chunk models. It can also depend on what part are you ripping off. If the dinosaur has a thin and long tail and you rip off a chunk off it as a baby, for example, then you will have a thin piece of chunk that will give less food. If any future dinos will have feathers, you will also be able to rip them off.
They can also add a system where you will need to eat at a specific place which you can eat and no other parts like head, tail will turn into bones with the part that u were eating.
BE ABLE TO RIP THE BODIES IN HALF
Its the same as the ripping off the specific parts of the body, but you will be able to rip the body in air as a pteranodon, on land.

the ability to use a map in game, i know the dinos cant read a map but for new players like my self when someone says meet me at utah rock ect and someone does not know the map or does not want to use a site that has a map the ingame map would be a huge help and asset
Would be nice to have multiple character slots so we can save multiple dinos on 1 server instead of having to switch servers whenever you want to play another dino. With the final roster for the game containing many many dinos, it would be nice if we could have slots to switch our dinos. This would be especially helpful when the elder and perk system is out, instead of having to kill off your dino you have a lose your progress just to play another creature. If people are worried about this being a benefit to mixpackers and large groups, then is it not possible to set timers between switching to a dino and switching back etc ?
Return alt bites/attacks to how they used to be, taking stam but not requiring us to be walking or standing still to use them. We all want to know what moves we’re gonna land when we press the designated keys. And for me it’s been really frustrating in the stress test to be pressing the usual keys only to find I’m not moving “slow enough”. This is especially hard with carno who accelerates and decelerates very slowly. It’s also a shame to see that Omni players can’t do those cool plays with their alt bits like before. This change is overall just unecessary. These attacks are already strong and I preferred a playstyle of using them sparingly/wisely in combat.
an idea for humans, in different buildings they might be able to collect peices of maps and once they get all they have a full map of human structures and roads that they can use to navigate, but they'd have to go to many structures already before getting everything
I know this might be much, but maybe add footprints that have depth in it depending on the dinosaurs weight? Like if it’s a adult the foot print will become deeper into the ground
would it be possible to add a setting to change your mouse/aim sensitivity? i dont see a reason why not to implement it :)

I suggest making the fooprints you smell white and those you haven't smelled yet to have no color and be just overlined. It would be hard to spot at first but when you scent it, it will be visually better than blue imo.

Now, when a prey reaches the forest, it's pretty much over, the footprints and the blood pools are too hard to spot. This is mainly because of the current map but I think even for Gateway **the red will have to be much more popping to the eye and the "smoke" to go higher **

But also remove this weird texture that it currently has where it just looks weird ? Idk how to describe it but if you look closely, it feels like gello blended in water.
Also I think the lower the blood drop of the target is, the bigger the blood polls should be and the more frequent. -
As a last addition, but this one might be harder to add so I just leave it there just in case, some dinosaurs should have a better sense of smell for blood, such as the ones designed for hunting and therefore see blood from further away and maybe even the small "smoke" that comes out of it should go even higher. Herbivores should also have a harder time at tracking as they are not naturally wired to do so.
TLDR: Make the Red more popping, the small "smoke" go higher, the footprints white when scented and just ovelined when not scented yet and the lower the blood drop is, the more frequent you would see the blood and the bigger the spots left behind would be.

About the HORRIBLE ping on the stress test servers (up to 200) maybe just make 5-8 more so people will be able to able to play without spamming only 3 or 4 servers the whole day?
let Cera fill up its diet even tho his food and bile is full. since Cera cant over eat and puke its a pain when u cant fill up the diet because your food is full its just a massive Waiting game
Give Cera a little icon on the screen when it's buff is active (hovering over the icon with the mouse allows you to see the percentage increase).
As a juvie raptor I pounced a troodon with all my stamina till he was dead, although, i took damage 75% of my hp and i bled out! What is this??? I have it recorded also.
Update: I did it again, as i respawned i found another big troodon and i pounced him, again i took crazy amount of damage and bleed....

The fact that a server can say "76/100 players" and then you try to join and it's actually full is unacceptable. this needs fixing, and soon. there might as well not be a player count if the one we have is this inaccurate.
Can we fix the glitch where the official servers go under the wrong filter and end up in the official filter? I get this glitch 80% of the time.
make the lighting in the skin select screen bright like how it was before, now its dark and isnt even the same lighting as the map you play on and I have some trouble seeing certain parts of my skin
Please add a queue for joining full servers, and make it so that my custom stats dont reset everytime it happens.
EDIT: also can the screen that shows the servers show the accurate player count? Im sick of seeing a server with around 5 slots open and not being able to get in.

Its insane to me how you guys have such a loyal player base that even when they complain about stuff ( easy fixes ) they still stick around to play your game. Yet you devs still dont give frequent updates or even tiny explanations to what you are doing. We are just supposed to be content with staying in the dark for months on end. I refuse to believe the devs are intentionally not doing better so I will give the benefit of the doubt that you guys are just unaware.
Please talk us through your work processes, even if you think its unimportant. We spent money on this game bc we think it has massive potential. Keep that potential alive by being more engaged with your community.

6.5 Public Stress Test Feedback: Eating Galli Corpses
- galli bodies and galli organs not filling stomach or nutrients when being consumed. only noticed this when eating from galli bodies and not other dinosaurs, not sure if ping related but happened to me on 3 separate occasions and only while eating galli
im new to the game, i think omnivores can be really cool, and not locked off (unless theres a reason). I think it'll also benefit to not cap groups so low. ;-; i couldnt play with a group wihtout being split inot 3 seperate groups.
Also this might a bit much to add, but have a mini map, instead of just going by sight. its good and all, but i feel like having a small version of the map would be helpful, cause they it can show where members of your group are at etc
Public servers having the option to cap the amount of players playing each species to personalize balancing in servers and encouraging different kinds of ecosystems and diversity

I wish you can stay full for slightly longer! Dino’s are always starving the way it is (unless you’re a small deino ect) I mean it would be nice to actually be an herbivore in a herd and come across a full fed carnivore I’m sure that has happed in the wild but not the isle omf they always attack on sight

The stress test turns my pc into an air fryer.
Apparently I’m hearing that eventually we could get a proper feathered Utahraptor in the future. Not only is Utahraptor one of my favorite dinosaurs but I have also personally seen some actual material including the megablock that has furthered our understanding of the species, and even had long discussions with Jim Kirkland, who named Utahraptor. Because of these I’d like to bring some ideas of how it could play in the Isle. Please feel free to share your opinions cause I’d like this dino to be done right, but I also wanna establish that I’m not an accuracy wiz so please don’t use that argument, I still think omniraptor is a great addition to the roster and I don’t want Utah to invalidate it and may steer to inaccuracy to achieve that.
How I Imagine Utahraptor
Traits:
More than just a big raptor (dromaeosaur), proportions similar to some larger theropods than other raptors, ex. Bulkier, shorter legs, large head with strong jaws
Gameplay:
-Slower, run speed about as fast as cerato or slightly faster
-Great stam when running, great agility as well
-Strong bite attack, carno strength (debatable), alt kick attack
-Tanky for a small tier, still vulnerable to mid tiers if alone, around 700 kg in game, feathers may play defensive role
-jump lacks the height Omnis can reach, but can reach much longer distances, even scaling some rivers
-forms smaller packs than Omni, around 3-4 members
-can climb short distances up trees like omnis
-grapple (see art below), although unlike omni, utahs perch on the back of their prey stabilizing themselves with their wings and tail, using their teeth and claws to deal more raw damage than bleed. However, only one raptor can grapple at a time. Pounce range is similar to jump, however due to slow running speed utahs may be at the far end of their pounce range often, making it predicable/dodgable, making ambush a priority
Summary: small tier with the potential of some mid tiers, minus speed and bulk
In my personal opinion, ST shouldn't be 18+
From what I've heard, ST struggles to actually stress the servers, as after the hype dies down, most STers kinda just dip. I'm 16, and have wanted to join ST to help find bugs and make y'alls job a bit easier, and I believe doing so would also calm the community down over the long updates cause there would be possibly quicker ST if there is more stress put on the servers. I'm not entirely sure how it works, however, so I could be completely wrong about all of this.
Of course, there would probably be more requirements to get in with this hypothetical change, such as what hours you'd be available and a few questions about maturity so we know that people aren't just joining to play new dinos early. Something along those lines. I understand that some people may lie, but oh well.

Please change Beipi's nest to the Ptera nest so we can build it and sit on the eggs. It having a mound nest doesn't make any sense, nor does it look very good. I think nesting among the reeds and sitting on the eggs would definitely be the route something like Beipi would take! ❤️
Better night time ambiance in the plains and jungle, make the birds stop and replace them with crickets and owls, it should be much quieter
Add a customization menu to the main menu on Evrima, that way we can customize the skins/loadouts of our dinosaurs without the need to go onto a server in order to do so. I feel like that would be convenient for many of us who want to tinker around with our animals cosmetic appearances

New idea for mono ability give it a type of sonar like ability
When the mono activates the special ability anything moving will be outlined and highlighted unless behind or under a barrier (including water) this affect only lasts a few seconds
Suggestion for dryo, add a digging ability which can allow you to make and connect underground tunnels and lay your eggs in, you can make tunnels as far and as deep as you want however it does takeaway some stamina.
Some general food for thought, I think it'd up the terrifying ante at night if you could see eye shine from dinos a bit before you can see them physically.
please remove the alt-biting on default if not running this is very annoying, my friends aggree with me and I've even seen youtubers complain about it, it is making it difficult to get to the organs and doesn't help in combat as we are used to holding alt before we bite to do an alt bite. probably gonna edit this too to expand this argument later, but for paranoid, you just neeed to put in "passwordpassword" with no capital letters or anything in the secret beta codes thingy when going to properties and then to betas.
The diet system is a bit too punishing in some cases. I think the buffs and debuffs should be toned down a bit or at least make the nutrients run out slower. In many cases I spend the whole game time running around looking for the needed diet and by the time I have all the right nutrients I need to run back and get more because theyre already about to run out. Its tedious and should be toned down so players dont have to worry about the nutrients every 20 minutes.
Maybe make the nutrients run out slower than the food itself? Just a suggestion.
Compy needs a pounce animation for Troodon.
Put the new dinos all in the normal servers instead of craming hundreds of people in one server where the game is unplayable and untestable!

Please share the findings from the stress test over the weekend, and what plans there are to improve performance when there's this many players actively trying to play at the same time.
If the servers are going to be on average around 200 ping when the next update drops, it's going to be really frustrating for everyone.

Omnis and troodons should have a thing called "head pounce" if they pounce a dino and they aim for the head and pounce then u will land on it's head and that would do more damage than the body pounce and would be avaiable for both sides of the dino. If the omni/troodon is pouncing then u would be able to buck the pouncer and the buck animation would be like moving ur head like fast and after doing that will make ur screen dizzy or idk how to say it in english i mean if u stand up in real life and spin urself it will make u hard to move and i think it's called dizzy.
Cerato damage reduction (basic 15%) depending on it's diet- 1 diet no damage reduction, 2 diets 5% damage reduction on body(only), 3 diets 15% damage reduction on body and head (5%). It is meant not to be aproaced by everything like another carno or teno, it is slow but tanky and has good damage plus the bacteria bite,better the diet the tougher the nut. And it is also so that ceras are not the "wins the first who lands the charge bite" but it will also depend on how fit is the cera. But the basic damage reduction will be ignored while as the "body down buff"get's activated so that it does not become a god while it's at body, beucos noone would like a cera having almost the hp of a rex right?
could we maybe get separate launchers for legacy and Evrima.. as there is still active legacy servers.. and people still prefer it over evrima.
I know it may never happen.. but I feel like it was an slight mistake to not make an separate launcher for Evrima, as they didn't stop all support for legacy.
Also please make it so you can save server in Evrima.. it sucks to have to do everything over again if you don't get into the server.. that be you need to type the name in again, change it to unofficial.. etc..
Also.. please give us more lakes and point of interests in Evrima.. as the only stuff we can drink on are rivers, and the map feel very barren right now with little point of interests.
It might be a good idea to have different pain noises that play depending on what part of the dino you hit, head would be loud and painful, body would just be the same noise we have now, and tail would be a little grumble
maybe lessen the clutter in the map it lags like crazy

Since cerato is supposed to be a scavenger, rotting meat should give it some nutrients. So should go something like this:
Fresh Meat in the Diet -> Gives lots of nutrients, less bacteria
Rotten Meat in the Diet -> Gives a little bit of nutrients, lots of bacteria
This way ceras have a reason to eat rotten meat

Please let us disable motion blur entirely when the update comes out. I keep it off in the current branch due to getting weird after-images and I was getting the same things in the horde stress test.
Due to a brief "display error", the Pattern B from the Tenonto looked different. Kinda blurry. In fact, I really liked this variant - especially for females. 🙂
Perhaps add more colour options for tenontosaurus and make them brighter

just a doubt, since we're in BETA BRANCH, why do we have stress testing something apart of the "beta branch" ? Isn't the beta to do tests too? Why dont you get testing from what happens in servers of beta branch too? Also. cant you do the "test" with the feedback players put here?
I mean aren't we building the game? I mean, aren't we the players building the game at the same time with the developers, submitting suggestions and reporting bugs? Why do they make "testing" limited to only certain people? Do they do it for "marketing"? Because from what I saw, they only have a large number of streamers / content creators in the stress tests. Is it to make the game go viral? If it's a marketing technique, it's good, but the question here is why they limit the ST to a small group when the game, from what I understand, has been "testing" since the beta was opened to everyone.
Can't the "stress testing" be removed, and just put updates to "Public testing" at the public beta branch? Since it's not a final version of the game, i don't see the issue with making it public.
Wanted to bump this after seeing troodons gameplay so that velociraptor isn’t just a worse troodon and can utilize its feathers (praying it gets feathers!)
Add some sort of simple minigame that can be played whilst waiting on the "Connecting..." screen when joining a server. Some tetris / dino run type thing. Sometimes (like on the stress test, for instance) it can take 2-5 minutes to join a server, and people with shorter attention spans may get bored and would appreciate some little thing to do in the meantime. The minigame wouldn't cover a large part of your screen, it would be something in a corner off to the side somewhere.
fix troodon pounce bug before 6.5 please, it was prevalent in the stress test and idk if it was ping or what not but it needs to be fixed
some Hoodoos could be a cool feature to have around in arid or deserty areas, would be nice for herrera or Ptera, or if theres a cluster maybe anything with a big enough jump can jump from platform to platform.
Remove cerato's body down buff. There is no reason that cerato should become a god or even any bit stronger or tankier simply because there is a big dead thing next to it. It doesn't make any logical sense, cerato should be properly balanced so that it doesn't rely on external input (dead bodies).
feel like cerato should have a chuff when you press 3 and if you hold it it should be a chuff into a threatening call. Maybe other dino’s can have this, tap 3 call for a slight threat call and hold it for a full threatening call. Would make the dino’s feel more alive
Not entirely sure if there isn’t done on purpose to make the game harder, but please add a map you can look at in the game. It’s really hard to navigate (especially for new players) and would be very helpful.
Please nerf Steg, even if only temporary.
Even with the new dinos coming out, there really is not anything that can equally counter Steg, including Deino. Especially with the new alt attack changes coming out, this will make killing Stegs more difficult and gives other dinos an even larger disadvantage.
It doesn't need a large nerf. Something like lower weight OR 900N or even 800N tail swipe damage. I even think the current weight and tail swipe damage would be fine AS LONG as the stamina used for tail swipe is increased. Currently, tail swipes barely use any stam which is another huge reason why Stegs are overpowered.
No, I don't think these nerfs should stay when other larger dinos such as Rex or Trike come out. But, realistically, Steg is way overpowered in the current meta, and just needs a temporary nerf until these other apexes are released and can counter it.
I saw streamers not knowing what dinosaur they'd like to play when choosing one, not knowing much about a lot of them, and I thought adding a human in the selection screen for comparison to the dinosaurs might help people decide if they want to try a dinosaur they do not know, seeing them in comparison to a human. :)
Can we get some sort of indication when Ceras chuff buff is active, such as maybe the colour of the stomach change on the HUD so we know when it wears off, same with Gallis speed boost buff, the colour of the stamina foot should change for example

Allow herbies to pick up small dead bodies.. such as compies. I hate having dead compies all over my nest and not being able to pick them up and move them away.
Option to Create a Singleplayer Session
It would be great if you just want to explore maps/playables or mess around with the skin system without holding a slot as hostage and without unwanted interference.
Also usable without Internet connection, so if something goes wrong you can still mess around etc.
In the future if velociraptor releases to the game it should be able to chat with omnis. They can't group. But an omni and a velo should be able to nest and that would be only way of having a group with velocis and omnis. If an hatchling hatches it would be called something that would be a velo and omni's name together. And it would look like velo and omni together. So velo would be a weaker omni kinda. If u eat a velo as an omni or omni eats a velociraptor then it would give u muscle spasms.

I think a little amount (10% maybe?) of the water sources should be clear water. Especially the areas close to waterfalls and the headwaters/river sources.
However, aquatic plants and other clutter must be added to the clear water areas. For example, water lilies, reeds, duckweeds, tree trunks/stumps, and rocks to waterbed. Aquatic plants should be limited of course. With excessive vegetation drinking can be risky as murky waters and lose its attractive nature. So, the vegetation shouldn't be as dense or cramped as the swamp in order to attract thirsty players.
At the moment, every water stream is murky. This makes every non-aquatic dino near water to be paranoid or careful (yes maybe they should be). However, this is counter-productive for Deinosuchus because less dinos around the water means less food. Many players prefer to drink around shallow waters to avoid Deinos, this also causes most of the areas near main water streams to be empty, and promote cannibalism.
You may say "If players prefer shallow spots, hunt there then." But there are generally great distances between the shallow spots. What happens when there are no players at that remote shallow spot? A deino needs to swim hungry for an hour only to find another empty shallow spot maybe. Adding clear waters will both increase the hunting spots for Deinos and also add an extra option to drink water safely for non-aquatic players.
Other dinos will and feel safe to drink but that is the intention. Deinos should still be able to hunt with convenient skin and slow&quiet movement.

After the public st i wonder more what the actual stress test brings, apart from an extended qa tester enlargement to find bugs that are not reported or not found by the qa testers.

Maybe you should always do a public stress test.
In my opinion, bug reports are and shouldn't be the priority for stress tests, that's what you supposedly have your QA people for. It should be about the playability and the server utilization of an almost finished update.
why else is it called a stress test?
so report game breaking bugs and see if the servers can withstand the onslaught and run well over longer periods of time.
Hope troodon can spread wild fire after the weather systerm finished. Just like what they have done in Prehistoric Planet
Plants should only spawn in certain parts of the map at a time before depleting then respawning in another part of the map. (Example, all plants spawn south east, but after a few in game days they die out and then all start spawning in north)
This will make herbis have to actually migrate as a herd like they would do irl. stops them from just camping a part of the map all game and basically be untouchable and allows the predators to set up ambushes or just pick of the weaker ones that fall behind.

Add thin and shallow rivers where ppl can drink. But they will dry quickly. Only a few across the map. They will be rare and connect to the bigger and deeper rivers. Only sub adults/fresh adults will be able to drink from there.

pose and alert call: we all know that in the animal kingdom, each animal has its own alarm call to warn of predators, my suggestion is to implement alarm calls for dinosaurs, since the call to ask is You should use it when something is chasing you or to surrender in combat against one of your own species, let me explain: depending on the dinosaur, each one would have its own alert posture (herbivores, omnivores, smaller carnivores like the omni) the hadrosaurids ( tenonto, stop, maia) they would stand on two legs, eyes wide open and head high (somewhat similar to when they sniff, but not sniff) and look in the direction you look with the camera, the carnivorous and omnivorous herbivores of two legs (dryo, galli, omni) would assume an almost upright pose, eyes wide open and head held high, would look where the camera is looking, those who walk completely on all fours (stego, trike etc) would keep their heads high, back hunched and eyes wide open, as for alarm calls, it could be used from a short snort to a small and short but big cry (example: sika deer)
I know this may not call anyone's attention, but I think this would give the game a little more realism
PLEASE fix the bug were you get stunned as a pachy when you hit something too big for you to fracture. I`ve died to that countless times.
If its a feature, remove it entirely or atleast make the stun not last forever, but instead like 3seconds or so.
A separate option on the menu screen for skin customization. Despite never being able to hold a spot on the stress test servers for more than two minutes without my PC crashing or lag issues, I really just wanted to sit down and edit skins on the new dinos.
I think it might be a good idea to add either way so players aren't forced to join servers just to edit skins, taking up space for players who are ready to go. This might not be a huge issue but it would still be a nice option to have.
Now this might be a pretty controversial idea, and if you disagree it’s totally cool! But please first just hear me out.
For monolophosaurus, I’m hearing lots of people speculate that some mixpackers would use mono players essentially like hunting dogs. Using them to mark prey and have the mono keep track of it so a larger carni player won’t loose sight of it. Now what if this could be an actual mechanic?? Here’s my speculation
Monos are already fairly weak carnis which specialize in small game. But in order to get their jaws on big game, they could group with some other carni species, and anyone within the group could smell monos scent marks. However in order to avoid making this overpowered, monos still can’t communicate with other species in chat. They could also take up more group slots which would limit the amount of carnis that can smell its scent marks. The scent could also have a short cooldown (up to 1-2 min), encouraging monos to use their scent more. Or even simply changing its stats.
Like I said it’s a bit out there, but what do you all think?

agile dinos should be able to jump, but the heavy ones do need a step up animation

Sleeping should give more stam faster. Think about it, it takes like 2 seconds to start sleeping and then 2 seconds to stop (depending on the dino), so if you have the time to do it, why not? Maybe a resting mechanic instead of sleeping. You still use the animations of sleeping but it doesnt start to log you out. Faster Stam and healing, maybe do something similar to eating where you have a fixed POV
rough idea i doodled for a carno charge replacement mechanic, a full sprint bite or head swing with a radius of usage, costs stamina and has a slow-down effect that allows prey to escape if not aimed successfully, but can be decisive for swiftly dispatching small agile prey. this also replaces its standing alt-bite, so it can no longer reach behind itself as a tradeoff. carno is a pursuit predator after all, not a brawler.

This should not be possible. Yes its funny and cool but balance wise stegos should not be able to take on 5 deinos and still be able to nest in the middle of the water.
Im not saying deino should dominate stego but for this to be possible thats when things get weird.

I’ve said this before but please just return alt bites to the way they were?! It was perfectly fine and never needed to change. Now we have to regulate our speed just to ensure we land one. Finding we aren’t moving “slow enough” to execute an alt bite is just frustrating plain and simple. Even if it doesn’t cost stam anymore, I’d take the old alt bite over the new one anyday
Note: I’m not talking about toggling manual alt attack, I’m talking about how you now have to walk or stand still to use an alt bite, which I think is an unnecessary change

Since we have different ways to build a dinosaur depending on nutrients we consume it would be kinda cool to have some physical changes to them depending on what build they have. Kind of to emphasize it.
Separate the playable textures from the Textures setting so we would have "Textures" and "Playable textures" settings. This will help players with low-end systems to have high quality dinosaur textures while lowering the environment textures for the sake of more FPS.

A passive mechanic for minmi
Due to being a semiaquatic animal with the ability to burrow, a passive mechanic involving the moisture of the burrow would be interesting. The suggestion is based on a known disease here in Brazil called "armadillo disease." This disease is transmitted by a fungus found in the soil of armadillo burrows.
Speaking a bit about the disease and the fungus:
Paracoccidioidomycosis is a chronic systemic fungal disease caused by the fungus Paracoccidioides brasiliensis or Paracoccidioides lutzii. This disease is endemic in some regions of Latin America, mainly in South America, including Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Colombia.
Paracoccidioidomycosis primarily affects the lungs but can also spread to other organs such as the skin, bones, adrenal glands, and central nervous system. The symptoms vary but can include cough, fever, fatigue, weight loss, skin lesions, enlarged lymph nodes, and respiratory difficulties.
The main form of contamination, but not the only one here in Brazil, is from individuals who have come into contact with contaminated soil of armadillo burrows, usually farmers and/or hunters who try to catch armadillos.
In the case of The Isle, the disease would be contracted both in the environment and when predators attempt to reach the Minmi in their burrows. Minmi could also throw soil from its burrow in an attempt to infect the predator. The disease could weaken them, and the effects would need to be discussed by the development team.
make the Evrima official servers a bit more like legacy's with some rules to make the game generally fairer like anti mix-packing rules

Weather idea
WIND
This idea is about a strong wind (i forgot how is it called in english, english is my second language). Trees will fall during that weather and can damage or even kill dinos. Trees can also break when falling if they will fall on the ground. Dinos will be slower. Wind can be either really strong, less stronger, strong, medium, weak. (the damage of the falling tree will depend on the dino and on the tree's mass)
EARTHQUAKES
There will be different levels of danger like in real life. Really strong eartquakes can ruin caves or block the enterance to them. Trees can fall too.
STRONG RAIN
Strong rains can increase rivers thickness and can create huge lakes that will dry after a long period of time. These strong rains will happen rarely. After the strong rain mini rains can appear and will last not for long to not increase the thickness of the lakes.
Map idea
CAVES
As i mentioned in the weather idea about earthquakes, earthquakes can ruin or block enterances to the cave. So devs can add caves, not a lot and not a small amount of them. Im not sure if they already added some to gateway, but if devs didnt, please add them!
How about you [Developers] make some linearts/base of future Evrima dinos for the public to make their skin ideas, whether based on animals or current dinosaurs (Birds)
It would be great as this would give freedom to create fictional or real skins of future dinosaurs as they were based on Legacy mods or The Isle Old skins
Of course you may or may not avoid or hide certain dinos that may be revealed in the future
Tldr; Add letters to to ingame compass.
Now for the reason I'm suggesting this. Not everyone is good with compasses. I know my friend group (minus me and a couple others) don't know what direction is what. Instead of my being able to say east i gotta say "to the right or the up arrow"
For this reason i have 2 ideas:

Sleep mechanic
-faster stamina, bleed and HP Regen
-hunger decreases faster
-limited vision (like head fracture)
-no movement. Wake up takes 2-5 seconds
Would be a good strategy to recover but dependant of friends protection or good hideouts. Not mandatory but a good resource
Can we have more like resting animations, like we just have sit and sleep - and sleep is logging out so we really only have sit maybe make a different laying down animation so you could have a sit and laying down one. And if u lay it regains stam faster but slow to get up from it so vulnerable.

instead of making us go back to the menu when a server is full, add a server queue cause when it takes me back to menu it resets my graphic settings and a server queue would be way less annoying.

Terrain types
different areas should have differing traction and such so that certain creatures may have trouble running through them
rocky terrain-
would be good for theropods especially small carnivores such as omniraptor, dilo, and troodon as well as galli, pachy and dryo which can all easily get a good footing due to a small stature
but for creatures such as carno, stego or anything that is a sprinter or large quadruped which would need them to take much more time to get proper foot placement
grass/dirt-
general, not bad for any creature but provides no advantage either for a majority of the roster
Mud -
this would apply to river banks, mud pools, and anywhere with nearby access to water to keep the ground soft and slippery
creatures like triceratops, ankylosaurus, camarasaurus, etc would all have an easier time due to larger feet and more stability due to 4 legs
making a sharp turn as something like galli or even large carnivores like allo could result in you slipping and falling, and depending on your creature size taking a certain amount of damage
Forest floor-
this can be a combination of roots, loose leaves, rocks and other debris
most creatures should be able to keep a good balance and move freely, but the faster you move and the more turns you make the more of a chance you will have to have a little slip up
Aquatic Creature: Leedsichthys
Description:
Leedsichthys is the earliest identified giant-sized filter-feeding marine animal and is amongst the largest fish known to have ever existed. It was a giant suspension feeder that lived during the Age of the Dinosaurs and was the first truly giant suspension feeder of the oceans. Leedsichthys was a gentle giant that lived on shrimp, jellyfish, fish, and plankton, and would have swum slowly through the upper waters of the ocean. The prehistoric creature could grow to massive sizes, up to 17 meters in length and weighing up to 40 tonnes. Leedsichthys was a ray-finned fish, making it a relative of most fish living on Earth today. Its feeding habits were similar to those of modern baleen whales, as it would take mouthfuls of plankton-rich water and sieve them through the giant mesh-plates at the back of its mouth. It is the largest ray-finned fish, and its evolution was fueled by an explosion in plankton populations during the early Jurassic period. Leedsichthys went extinct when krill populations mysteriously plunged at the cusp of the ensuing Cretaceous period. Leedsichthys had unique features such as a row of bony supraneuralia present behind the head, at each side of the vertebral column, a very large and symmetrical vertical tail fin with paired upper and lower lobes, and large, elongated, scythe-like pectoral fins located low on the body.
Enable sniffing when sitting and crouching with a smaller radius of detection (walking-like) and a quieter sound.
Carno diets from the stress test were whack: I don't get why you'd remove Carno's ability to cannibalize while replacing it with troodon. I really liked it's ability to cannibalize, and think it should be added back. But if you're going to replace it with something else, at least replace it with Gallimimus and not bloody Troodon of all things.

adding onto what previous people have said about additional resting or sleeping forms/animations, it would be neat to see different benefits to different types of rest, it could be added similar to the call keys. for example H + 1 would be the standard balanced rest, while H + 2 is comfortable rest that say decreases hunger and water depletion but takes longer to get up etc, H + 3 is alerted rest where you get slightly less recovery than normal rest but you can get up to move much faster, and H + 4 as like emergency rest where you recover health quick in exchange for faster hunger and water depletion or something like that. with all of these with their respective idle animation. it doesnt have to be EXACTLY like that obviously, but it would be neat and would add more variety and strategy

Night vision/smell range+5%
Stm regin+5%
Health regin+5%
Give this to Para and maybe Maia too
maybe a mechanic to charge jumps for agile dinos like raptor. can choose to have a small jump, or ur big jump
For omni what about a very limited climb mechanic? You can climb (more like a scrambling) up small trees (not rocks) or a few seconds (around 3 seconds) , FAR less efficient then herrera, and you can carry stuff while doing so, it would be a nice way to help omnis not be defenseless against carnos, allos, ceras etc since rn they have no option other then run away alone. The smaller you are, the more effective you are at climbing, due to omnis sharp claws and sickle claw capable of digging into wood as seen in the concept art.
The Microraptor I think would be a good addition to the playables, it looks like it will be very difficult to hunt a trodoon at speed, so I believe the microraptor could be a good rival for him
and apparently close to the size of troodon, beiphi and hypsi, it would be a good rival, it would add a fun mechanic to the game, that of gliding and could have some kind of vision zoom or some vision advantage over plateaus, I think it would be cool to stay from a high place waiting for some juvie or dino of the same size to pass and arrive by surprise planning and jumping on its back

I think it would be awesome if you put stego on troo's diet, just watched footage of a group of them hunt a stego and it's too cool not to encourage imo!
I've seen people suggest that dinos who can't jump should be able to 'step over' small obstacles, such as a log for instance. However, I feel like this should be something all dinos should be able to do. It's just as weird to have a raptor having to jump 3-ish meters off the ground to get over a small ledge.

Carnotaurus has very high food drain and consumption rates. For example an entire deer fills your food stat to 10% and drains back to 0% within 5 minutes. It genuinely makes playing Carno feel like a chore not being able to do anything but search for food constantly.

After playing the stresstest for a few hours, my suggestion is:
Please bring back alt biting while running. It was always pretty fun being chased by (for example a teno) and then doing a quick alt bite back.
It wasn't too strong and it needed a lot of skill and timing biting back and not getting stuck. Please bring it back
Allow players to use Scent to track where their Alpha (group leader) is. Using Scent should show an icon on the compass to show the direction. It would be useful since it can be easy to get split from your group.
Good job on stress-test servers stability!

Tell cera not to make a sound automatically next to the body. If I want to ambush others with the body as bait, I can't do it.
Let cera get a normal amount of food from animal AI, so that cera can eat the garbage without nutrition to survive when there is no way out.
I'm not 100% sure what the exact aim of the stress test is, but would it not be a good idea to refresh the servers every few hours to let a wider amount of the community figure out what is and isn't working? It would be much less costly and difficult than making new servers, simply giving more people to find bugs in a limited time

the idea i believe is because it now has some competition in cera, but carno being canni makes sense in both design and gameplay, cera alone is not enough competition for carno imo, its still the biggest and fastest
What about make galli and cera drink faster? Specially cera that i played it today, and i feel it takes so much to drink and fill up his thirsty. At least when it fills it mouth with water, make it that it can fills a good amount in the tear icon. Or make them thirst go empty more slow
When I dive as a beipi, it kills me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm hitting the ground but I haven't found a way to avoid it when diving. It's happened 5x in a row to me now as a fresh spawn 😭
The stress test servers run so much smoother now.
So I’m unaware if this is or is not the place to place feedback for changes for the update as a stress tester from the public test. If there is a problem with revealing what I’ve played I have no issues with this being removed or redirected to an appropriate directory.
Overall, the next update will be a major improvement to the game, better lighting, more dinosaurs and overall feels more interesting. However, there are some issues I’d like to address. Beipi and Galli are perfectly fine and fun to play, especially in groups. The fluid pouncing isn’t overpowered but troodon, cerato and Carno were the disappointments.
Carnos decreased acceleration meant that as soon as prey saw you, you had next to zero chance of catching it unless it was slower than you. You had to be lucky or extremely skilled to land useful headbutts which is its most useful ability in its arsenal. If it’s acceleration was returned to normal or was at least reduced a bit then it wouldn’t be so bad. Shouldn’t be easy but it shouldn’t be this hard ether.
Troodon is neat in concept but kinda sucks in practice. The amount of coordination to properly venom a victim was immense. You would need to have a voice chat in order to properly play this dinosaur. When I first heard of venom I expect it to be a bite and wait dinosaur but more to the persons will not forced by the dinosaur.
Cerato. Boy oh boy. This dinosaur disappointed me the most. This dinosaur should be slow and chunky in its adult form but why is it so slow in baby form? It’s so painfully slow as a baby. It should be a lot faster as a baby but should slow down as it grows up to ease earlier gameplay but as it grows it gets more difficult.
These are more personal wants and maybe in the grand scheme these all fit together in some elaborate puzzle.
Tl;dr, Update is good, but Carno should not be so sluggish, Troodon should be less strict and cerato babies should be faster
Beipis night vision in the current stress test is terrible, it's impossible to see anything underwater. It basically makes no difference between having it on and off. I've also noticed that sometimes when diving, you break your legs. Probably by hitting the ground which is fair for when you dive off a really big height but it happens when you dive back down after having just jumped out of the water as well, please fix thank you.

The no apexes on official is actually worrying to me, eventually the entire game should come to official right?
Adding apexes to community servers first is the smart play to go but to never add them to official seems insane
It limits the player base who have waited and are still waiting YEARS for new dinosaurs and to experience them in the way the developers intended on official servers, just to be rerouted into playing on the community servers isn’t fun
Official servers have very few to 0 reals for a reason because that’s just a place to have the base game in front of you without limitations
Forcing players to play on community servers for the larger dinosaurs just isn’t a good decision
Queue system
If you guys can add Que system properly, no joke it would be one of the biggest achievement regarding this game's development. There is nothing in this game that causes more frustration than trying to join a server.
Just a nice little detail or something that could potentially lead to other ideas.
In the character screen, you can see your heart beating. What if it could beat in certain speeds due to what situation you’re in? Such situations would mainly be hostile interactions with other players (if they attack you).
This doesn’t necessarily have to give any “boosts” of any kind and could just be a nice detail. However if it would give a certain effect, you’re free to play around with what it could possibly do.
I got 2 here 1 is make it so pteras can pick up small creatures like juvis and ai 2 is add save slots for ur dinos so u can go to menu and select one thats already fully grown that u have played as in a different server (also if u die the as a dino that dinos save slot gets deleted) also u cant move when going into menu (also make it like 5-10 slots for dinos)
I would like to propose a HUGE quality of life addition that would help me and people with multiple monitors. Many newer games have settings that allow you to swap between which monitor the game locks in on. Currently alt enter or alt shift arrow keys don't work for me and make the game constantly minimize and maximize. This happens a lot with older games or games that simply don't expect you to mess around with them monitor wise.
It would be nice if I could play the isle on my main monitor instead of the right side monitor as it gets uncomfortable after a while. Thank you <3
Somehow there is still nothing in the game that can fight stegos reliably. Either nerf it or add something huge that can keep it in check on land.

A chance to survive after dying. If something kills you, there's a 1% chance to get a 30s timer to get back up or perish. You'd get 10% health and would have to wait 30 seconds to have a limp after getting up.
Stop making Test branches(betas) disappear, It takes me a week to download 20 gigs when im forced to redownload the game because the beta changes :3 thanks.
Queue System
Consider making it harder for stuff to mix pack (carnivores with other carnivores, or carnivores with herbivores... As it doesn't really make sense). At this rate you might as well make it so that the local chat is for all species, people just use discord to mix pack anyway.
make the stress-test branch a beta branch. make it a stipulation for server owners for the game server to auto-report data back to your servers with hardware information, performance data and what else you need and let every one have 6.5 now instead of this weekend thing where there is no way near enough servers.

-rn, the game loads objects and methods based on a distance range (settings)
-fps has greatly improved recently but still needs optimization in crowded places
+Is it possible to load specific methods (scent and sound) to the same range configured and activate other dinos/methods completely (organs, decay, movement, HP, growth, etc) only when they're in your camera(pov)? Ofc there should be a small logical range to load everything.
-fact is, I could smell bodies and organs but they don't need to consume my memory and GPU if I'm not seeing them. Also, why should I load other players specific status and growth? Is there a way to make it local and simplify what my PC needs to calculate and kill my prey?
Give beipi some more colors aside frim grey,blue and red,
Give it darker greens, lighter brown and in specific areas a bit more yellow
Also give troodon brighter some brighter colors in some areas so it fits the venomous/poisonous = bright displays

Bumping the "fix the queue" topic & adding a SUPER SIMPLE solution: Since the in-menu # shows 1-8 less players than the in-game, just make the Queue button mandatory at an in-menu playercount of 92/100. Anyone <92 insta-joins, anyone >92 sits in a legit queue. No spamming necessary... ever.

if your going to make auto alt bite the default setting you will want to change how you open a corpse because alt biting a corpse doesn't work and you move forward when you alt bite not registering the hit
To prevent AFK players sitting in character selection screens, ultimately taking up server space, I think there should be a minute to 2 minute timer before auto-logout.
I'm aware of plans within gameplay to auto-logout people when they are AFK too long, but this could prove as a nice addition in the long run.

Scent mechanic still has a lot of problems.
Firstly, the bugs. Half the things I smell only to run up to them and realize there's actually nothing there. This happens all the time. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed.
The lack of a verticality indicator on scent is a big issue. Only going by the compass just isn't enough. I'm searching for things that are on top of rocks i cant reach, maybe they fell underground through some other bug... They can be underwater too which I cant reach either. Or it could just be a bug like i mentioned previously. This is all very confusing for a player just trying to feed himself. Also if there are multiple sources of food in the same place its very hard to tell what you're actually eating. An icon should show in-game where the scent is actually coming from when you're close enough or something.
Lastly, correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the organs supposed to give different nutrients? why do they all have the same nutrient icon? Was this changed? Why don't they have their respective icon?
Also, some species can eat decaying corpses, some can eat bones, some species get debuffs from eating their own, yet neither the scent nor the UI indicate this anywhere...

Currently I like the version of the game, everything seems quite balanced.
An improvement I see from an issue in legacy is, that there is no cap on each dino. Meaning, on legacy, people usually tend to play just rex and stuff, because it is stronger. Currently, I don't think we have this issue as bad as in legacy (still lot of deino players, but thats fine as it makes survival more challeging), but I am afraid that his might happen in the future. Caping the amount of a specific dino on a server would increase the diversity of dinos and enabling a more immersive gameplay. F.E. I haven't seen any Dryo or Hypsi in Evrima yet (except myself playing them)

Now i know that my previous General feedback was...bad, but i come back with something to at least people can agree onto that they could change in the future, and that is the Sexual Dimorphism.
Now i know that it can be a hussle to make a sexual dimorphism, even if we are 2 (1 if we count 6.5 as a semi-released update) updates away from elders, but i feel like the Sexual Dimorphism that we have right now are...Boring. what i mean by it, is specific, if not all, Dinosaurs only have one Sexual Dimorphism, which is the Skin of a male pattern (the only exeptions are Hypsis and pteras, they are, for my knowledge, the only ones with a model change for a Sexual Dimorphism). There are alot of good ideas for each creatures that i have in mind that they can have a unique Model change for a Sexual dimorphism, here's some in mind:
-making Female Gallis feathered, so that they could show more agression against anything.
-make male Carnos thiccer and with bigger horns, to give off more strengh that males can have.
-make male Cerato's horn larger for Mating displays, or make the horns break at a specific health so that the horns heal in a weird way.
-make female Dryos Slimmer, to make them look faster than males, so that they can Make more babas away from danger.
these are some of those examples for Sexual dimorphism for the ones i picked, and you have ideas, let me know

We need more official servers, need up to 5 au and sa servers and 10 eu and na servers
According to STEAMDB there is about 10,311 players online at the time I am writing this. (im gonna update it once in a while if i can)
there is 7 EU and 7 NA servers, 2 (I think ?) SA and I can see 2 AU but one is the third so I guess there is 3.
Therefore there is 700 + 700 + 300 + 200 players at max which equals to 1900 Places. even by rounding it up to 2000 there is CLEARLY not enough places.
Servers can be expensive but I believe money isn't a problem with that much players, therefore I think it's fair for us to ask for more servers. Maybe 2 or 3 more NA/EU servers ? That would be 600 places which is considerable and not even enough. The rest might be up to unofficials.
A lot of people are playing SA/AU while not being from there because there simply isn't enough place on the EU and NA servers which means actual players from there can't play at all because someone else from somewhere else is on their servers.
I love the update but there are so many little things that make it feel unpolished. I have all of my settings on the highest graphic setting I can and the environment (aka 3d background) around my dinosaur in the skin customization menu looks absolutely horrific. Pixelated ground, no foliage, IDK if it's supposed to look like this but it shouldn't. Secondly I don't really like how nightvision is automatic at the press of a button. I feel like as it gets darker your nightvision slowly gets stronger the darker it is, and as it gets brighter it slowly fades away. 3 I personally think not being able to look around while eating and drinking is silly.. it feels to restricting... The animal can simply turn it's head while eating/drinking.. 4 when eating some plants such as roots, the animal will have an eating animation that does not suit what its eating at all . For example, beipi eating roots but it's animation is eating a bush.
I just want to be able to play the game with a playable frame rate. I have very good hardware and still average like 40ish frames with medium graphics.
This ^, a more accurate player count would be nice too as I keep clicking on 91/100 servers for it to say it's full. That may be difficult to implement but at least the ability to que would be nice instead.
Controller on PC doesn't "feel" right. I can't use certain buttons or do the thing I want correctly with controller. I can't toggle running or "trotting". Over all, I feel Controller support should be improved.

Its not a lack of server issue its the free for all on joining, which the devs have stated hurts the state of the servers for those on and trying to join

its really annoying to sit and wait to join an server for several minutes only to be told, ''Server is full'' and then have to go back into searching that server up again by being forced to have to change to unofficial and type in the name of the server.. its really annoying and stupid.
Now that it is run on unreal engine 5 i think we should up the population of servers to like 150 or add more servers i have been trying to get into a server for 30 mins its crazy
Hey guys I know youve heard this a million times, but its become impossible. Even before the update, or before the stress test, getting into a server is increasingly harder and harder. Ive spent so many hours just trying to get in. I tell people about how interesting the game is all the time, yet they cannot play it, and its been like that for a long time now. I hope eventually sever sizes will increase and more servers will be available. If for some reason the devs are facing financial woes in regards to adding more servers I would hope they would communicate that and set up some type of crowd funding, as I dont know where else the income is coming from. To make it more fair for for carnivores when sniffing a icon of a boar/deer etc should show because is sometimes hard to enjoy being a carnivore when u need to worry about food when u have to hunt others but as a hatchling being a carnivore is a nightmare unless u hunt smaller dinos
Bumping my feedback because i have been trying spawns at the center and there are still spawn locations that make you CROSS the river as a FRESH-SPAWNED, like being a free snack for deinos (Or worse now, free kill for killer-ducks).
Please id say to stop with these spawn locations it makes no sense, and they just are there have a chance to kill your fresh-spawned-dino.

The Carno nerfs were needed, we all agree on that, but can we give carno the ability to run just a little bit longer, he drains stamina way too quickly for him to try to run away from a cera on the plains, and plains are supposed to be carnos "playground". I get it that he can run into to bushes and forests to hide but it is funny to me that he has to use those to escape a cerato which runs 15.5 km/h slower than him. I suggest giving him a longer sprint duration and to balance that out maybe lower his running speed to 54 km/h, or 54.5 km/h (and btw add more dinos to carnos diet)
Devs, you need to add the ability to DISABLE motion blur. It's well known to make people sick! (I suffer from it as well)
Nighttime is way too dark and lasts way too long. At least give quatics some sort of night vision underwater.

I think it’s time that the communities can come together at least for a small event
Because beasts of Bermuda does some events where models can change I think it would be interesting if the games could share different aspects
Maybe a few bob models could change to isle models or skins for an event such as Rex, para, or pachy
And because of the difficulty the isle may face adding or doing an event it could come as an update/collaboration

Just a thought, but Troodon venom should decrease your night vision every time a stage advances. Not to the point it’s totally helplessly pitch black, but enough to make it incredibly hard to bounce back from if you let the venom advance too far.
I’d even say this should happen with Dilo venom, just with a more severe effect.
Please make the cerato 3 call something else, how are we supposed to tell whats a 3 call and what ones its doing its thing when around food

Different sound for Cerato's charged bite, not the initial charge up but the actual chomp. It sounds like the normal bite which made me think I did something wrong when using it, but I realized that they both just have the same sound effect to them. Something with a bit more snap to it would be cool to tell them apart.
I feel like there should be a thing in the code that makes it so that when you are chuffing you can over-ride the chuffing with eating, picking up and sniffing. I have to crouch around a body just to do any of those actions.
An "are you sure" message when you click quit
Implement a 'Bite off Tongue' option in the character menu or a 'Pass Away' option when sleeping so you can avoid the agonizing juvenile experience of, spend 10 years trying to drown yourself or wait until you starve when you've:

Doesn't even need a custom animation. Just a button, quick and painless.
Remove cera forced chuff when only group members are around, its unnecessary to be territorial the whole time you're trying to sit with a body with friends.
Fix the hitbox for cera, if you're being chased by another cera and are about 3 inches from you and bite, the bite doesn't hit you at all but still does damage and a lot at that. Makes cera unplayable since the only thing you can do is sit in somethings face.
Please add a queue or more severs, joining one right now is impossible because theyre all full
consider switching out EAC for another anti-cheat software, hackers have already begun to pop up on the first day of the update

There's no real incentive to eating more corpses than your hunger can handle as Cerato.
If you want us to REALLY become corspe disposal, it'd be nice to get like 50% of the nutrients or less from overeating, so i can top my diets up instead of wasting meat.

cera is almost impossible to play with how much food you have to consume. youd have to eat 5 fully grown carnos an hour to stay alive pretty much

Nutrient consumption needs looked at imo. Far too often as Cerato am I experiencing struggling to max out 3 slots before my hunger reaches full. Personally I think slots shouldn't need to reach 100% to activate. Pretty unsatisfying to kill prey, gorge on it, and not gain any actual benefits because my nutrients only went up to ~70% yet my hunger is full.
Either rebalance the scaling to gain more nutrients faster than hunger more easily (decent option), increase the ratio between hunger drain and nutrient drain so its easier to make room for nutrients (worst option imo), or allow nutrients to activate at lower than 100% fulfillment (best option). Just one of these should be fine, not all 3

I had the impression that the point of troodon’s night vision was so that you could see others when they can’t see you, so i think the fact you only see grass means this idea may not have been executed
Not dino related, but add a priority queue for servers. Itll help with funding and I want priority haha
Can I suggest that if you are playing a small dinosaur, could it be possible to zoom out far enough away so you can actually see where you're going? As a Troodon, I can't see anything except a wall of plants. Even out in the open, the grass makes it difficult to navigate through the map.
Please make for carno to have cerato in their diet, i dont understand why they dont.
seeing as all official servers seem full at least thats what the error says i think maybe some kind of queue for servers id rather watch a number tick down then keep going through the menus trying to connect and getting errored out because its full to return to a page that says there are 97/100 players
I’m sure there never used to be random leaf rustling no matter where you are or if anyones close by or not before, theres too many random ambient sounds on loop. I rely on sounds to know if a threat is near by, having to train myself to ignore certain noises is highly immersive breaking.
Please can we keep sounds to actual real causes in the environment?
Since update 6 i rarely nest, why? Because the diets drain too fast, lets take pachy for exemple u need agaves, then u go to the coast for oranges and cocos, but the moment u're at the coast ur agave diet is at 50% maybe less if u run but i like to take ma time u know, anyway before update 6 i was able to nest because diets were stacking to 300%, soooooo maybe u could do something?:)

INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF OFFICIAL SERVERS
You need to keep up with your playerbase as your game gets more and more developed and therefor more popular. I'm not saying this because of the current situation (it's near impossible to get on any of the officials), but in general. The** Official** servers represents the way YOU (The developer) imagine it's game to be played and also usually have better backend.
You have currently overall 18 Official servers 7 being EU another 7 being NA, 2 SA and 2 AU. this overall means that you have spot for 1800 players which isn't bad honestly, but since ping matters a hella lot, A guy from EU don't want to join an NA server, because it won't be the optimal experience he's looking for, or we could say that it's also ruining the experience of NA players who expect to play with or against an NA player who's on the same level of playingfield regarding ping. So I like to view this as, yes you overall can serve 1800 players, but from the 2 most popular region (EU and NA) you only have 700-700 spot. That's extremely few compared to how big your playerbase is, both when at it's peak or when it's getting to it's average numbers. Again, as your game gets more developed more and more people are going to play your game constantly and not just for 7 days. You got 10k+ concurrent players with this update and the most popular playables aren't even in the game yet.
You don't have to instantly add another 50 officials, do it gradually and see the point where it feels unnecessary to add another one. I would say that you should atleast increase the most popular region's server amount (EU/NA) up to 10 servers, because even after the hype dies down those will be easily filled.
I feel as though cerato eats a ridiculous amount of food but has alot of trouble actually maintaining its diet. I love the Chuff buff- I don't love the animation constantly resetting over and over and over if you are in a group larger than 2 ceratos. It gets pretty annoying and feels sort of janky. The Chuff buff for its intended purposes is Bueno against everything that's not Other Ceras. I don't think this is something that can be changed, but if two ceras are competing for the same corpse- the damage resistance against each other turns the fight into a total slug fest. It's not very fun- it feels like your damage is non-existent towards one another. And trying to run from another cerato once your both within biting range is just suicide- you'll never escape the pace at which they can follow you- so it feels like you have to stand and fight. It's not the worst thing in the world and once the hype dies down I'm sure cerato V cerato won't be as commonplace. The main complaint I reserve is just how they fill their hunger/diet, it feels like some chunks of meat instantly fill your hunger but don't even remotely fill your diet.
Sort of a general thing regarding burrowing, but I think different burrowing species should have their own distinct burrows and have different purposes for them.
Irl...
- some animals only have temporary dens for breeding
- some animals may reuse burrows from previous years sometimes depending on conditions but are usually capable of making a new den quickly.
- some animals have complex burrows which are long term
- some animals appropriate burrows from other animals (i.e they find a vacant burrow or directly steal one)
Overall I'm not a fan of copypasting stuff, this applies to nests too (I think dinosaur species should have distinct nests or at least have nests fall into several nest type categories)
Provide DX11 support again. We have a lot of people having issue due to hardware not supporting DX12 (Intel Iris Xe chipsets seem the most common). These players are not able to play evrima since the 6.5 update.
Make it so any carnivore cna hold hits prey down at the the cost of stamina if they are arround or below the same size.
It would make sense to add a queue to join so we dont have to refresh the whole time.
Ptera addition to not being able to regen stamina while hanging ALSO cant even swallow while hanging anymore. Imo these both should be fixed, hanging is like the basic thing pteras would be doing and it should be optimal for them.

Playing the new update, I have blue-screened twice, and the game has crashed three times. All the while I was on small servers (as in, 20 players max) and playing the game as intended, with a high FPS and low ping. So please find the thing about the game that is making my computer have 5 heart attacks a day, and fix it.
Few ideas I had for beipi that don’t really serve as balance changes or massive enhancements or anything, but just make it a little more fun
Reduce its fall damage into water by a massive margin so it can dive into water from high heights (before the “water is like concrete from high up” comments, beipi is the size of a human, and we can land in water even from fairly high places and if done right, don’t come out with much injury. Also video game logic)
Let it do a little claw attack mid-air as it’s breaching. Would really just be there to mess around and harass things drinking water or very specific situations (or murdering flyers) but I don’t see it becoming a massive buff to beipi but being fun in niche scenarios
It would be nice if you would fix the "favorites" in the server list, as with all of the availabilty issues, I cannot see which servers I still have dinos on anymore. Additionally, the friends filtering is not working either. Just remove the option if it isnt going to work, or you have no intention of fixing it. These are basic QoL things that make a difference when people are playing your game. Also the queue issue is just ridiculous. Since the server counts are not accurate, you should really consider to have a queue system in place that actually works. For now, it seems like the code is written to only activate the queue when a server is at 100/100 users. Even then, the queue system never seemed to update even before the patch, so not sure if it ever really worked. You are doing really well with the game so far, but a situation like this can cost you valuable players and credibility. I have already had a few friends say they are gonna stop playing and just check it out some day in the future. That becomes a slippery slope in today's day and age.

Night feels significantly too long, and this is a little bit weird since it didnt even feel too long last update despite the sun setting at 17:00 on a TROPICAL ISLAND last update. I understand it helps troodon fit its niche but you honestly can only see grass anyways rn.

It seems when Cera eats something but has a full hunger bar his diet bar doesn't fill up.
This doesn't encourage the garbage disposal gameplay.
You have to wait till your hunger bar drops to eat something.
Also, it makes it so that you can eat a whole organ and it won't give you any diet.
This makes dieting for cera much harder and since it's already a slow playable that struggles with finding food, (compared to his counterpart Carno) it would be fair to remove this and also make it so that bones give a little more diet since Cera is supposed to just dispose of bodies on the map (which is usefull for performances).
how it possible that Elite Fish gives an adult Deino around 5% food and a schooling fish 10%?
The galli spaming is just wayy too much, there should be a hoarseness limit. I can barely hear my own one calls as a troodon.
Maybe make it so a galli kicking a trooadon on the very tip of its tail doesn't insta kill it? considering how there's supposed to be more dmg where u hit ppl and i dont feel like anything would die from getting knicked on the very tip of its tail

Please change the eating so that when someone eats a diet that they already have, eating that same diet, even with an empty slot, it fills the one they already have rather than an empty one, causing their diets to get screwed up.
Allow the priority to be on existing, active slots then empty ones.

It is now the next day and we still cannot get into the servers. Relying on the playerbase to provide a place for people to play is a pretty irresponsible and hands off approach. Roll out more servers or add a queue, do literally anything to make this process better. Yall had to of known this was going to happen why were no steps taken to prepare for this?

Cant help but agree. EU 7 has just disappeared off the face of the world, only EU6 and below remain. Unsure about the other official servers. I've been sat here waiting for about half an hour hoping some sort of empty server will pop up, or maybe if I'm lucky with a spam refresh I'll be able to hop on for 20 minutes before the server crashes again. There needs to be something else put in place like a queue or something
While I think the new lighting is great, I think there are still some problems which make the game look way worse, but seem like they would be easy to change.
The foliage still seems very off, even with the better lighting. It just looks hard and too plastic like, instead of the soft looking foliage that we had in, for example, update 4.
I think the colours are just way too vibrant and maybe the foliage should be kind of translucent? I am not sure if it is already, but that would probably also help to make it more softer and plant like, at least the leafes and grass should be.
And yes, the grass in update 6.5 is already kind of translucent, but not in a very appealing way, as it often times looks moreso like it is glowing. Comparing this to the suptle translucent grass in update 4 seems like night and day.
I think the grass is actually the best example of what is kind of wrong with foliage, not just that it is extremely bright and looks hard, but also that it is very noticable where the grass ends. Comparing that with update 4 again, it´s way less noticable where the grass ends and I think that is thanks to the soft look, but also that the grass colour is way closer to the colour of the ground texture. A more softer look is generally more appealing and I think most of the community can agree.
On the left we have the grass from update 4 (sorry, I don´t really have any better pictures, but I think it gets the point across) and on the right a picture of the grass from update 6.5 ** Edit: **The gateway lighting looks a lot like update 4, but it would be really nice if we could get a small change for the spiro map while we wait for the other one, as it will probably take some time to come out...
The quality between the new animals and old ones really shines light on how much love a lot of them need in regards to quality of life and proper growth.
Improving the QoL of the older animals to bring them in line with newer ones should be a priority for update 7, since that update incorporates the perk system and thus the young animals need to be able to properly engage with the game.
Gallimimus specifically has a very fast juvenile that moves at speeds fairly close to the adult, compared to fresh spawn Dryosaurus that's not even half as fast as adult Dryosaurus.
Pachycephalosaurus can't even access coconuts that haven't fallen on their own, while fresh spawn Gallimimus has the funny long neck and jump height to pluck Mangos right off the tree.
Pachycephalosaurus also cannot use the head swing while running and has a useless bite as its main attack, compared to Gallimimus who's extremely well equipped to pick fights and go on the offensive by running and kicking without losing any speed, while having its kick as main attack. Pachy feels much more clunky to play and more arbitrarily limited.
I cannot speak to Beipi, Cerato or Troodon much, as I've quite frankly been having too much fun killing Ceratos and Troodons as Galli because it's the greatest animal Evrima has seen yet, but imo everything should be brought up to Gallimimus level in how it's attacks are functional and practical while the animal itself is fully self sufficient to grow and explore the world from the get go.
It would be nice if Troodon camera was zoomed out more, or if grass/bushes/leaves fade out like in Legacy. That alone was a huge turnoff from playing the animal.
Anyways Galli is amazing, please don't nerf it into the ground or make it feel worse to play. It's so damn fun and my only real complaint is the bug for picking up items can make it annoying at times.
Beipi food intake from school of fish/crab should probably be decreased (or diet gain increased). Currently its really hard to sustain 2 slots of the 3 dots diet because before you can fill second slot you are already full. Ability to eat fish on the ground instead of only swallowing it could also help this issue.
Remove the region lock on unofficial servers, some people want to play with their friends from other regions.

Please automatically put people in queue to join the server they select, or at the absolute least fix the player number counter, so we can see what servers are actually full
Devs, please make servers sizes bigger; up to 125-150 at least for NA. I haven't been able to play the game. And when I join one that's at 90 and it says it's full. I have to believe that the Devs would know this would happen, cause ALOT of people are coming back to this game to play the new update and frustratingly can't because of the ridiculously low server sizes compared to the map. (And, because of this people might be joining other regions servers causing them to also be full and I agree with the statement above me, we need a queue or something^^)
Make it so that nutrient slots that you already started filling up will fill up first before others. What is shown in this clip isn't the first time that this happened to me, but this is annoying on other occassions too, like when you're trying to fill your second nutrient slot with 10% missing on it but you have your third one not used yet. In this scenario it will always start to fill up the third one first, even though (in this clip there are missing 4% on the second slot) the second one isn't finished. If this happens you have to wait ages for your third one to either go down, depending on how far you've filled it by accident, or are forced to fill it, which is not great either, because your stomach is most likely full by then.
I can't remember if this has been done before, but thank you for noting changes/additions in the dev blog. It's really helpful in seeing improvement and that some feedback was possibly looked at and considered.

Just wanna ask... is there any plans on getting more servers? I know we have like 7 servers for EU for example, but I've been trying to get in for an hour now on any server for EU and they are all packed. Not the first time either, so is there any plans to have more official servers, and if not is there any chance to increase the player amount on the existing ones? Shoutout to the devs, keep creating great stuff ❤️

Fix diet filling up the active one (the one that gives u buffs that is brigt) instead of filling up the unactivated one (the darker one giving no buffs yet). Decrease the ceratos diet drain rate (it is hardly possible to keep up diet). 99% of players on each server plays as new playable creatures: cera,beipi,troodon and galli which of course are killable, but troodon does not give enoug food and nutrients and gallies are very very fast, and beipi is a duck who when hears ur footsteps immediately goes to the water. The issue is that there is no current food sources for cera, it was meant to be scavenger and also a hunter on its own when desperated for food but the hype and popularity of new playables destroys ecosystem and there is no food. Cera should have all 3 diets coming from any ai like from boar the .'. diet and from rabbit S diet until it's not very OP, and decrease its nutrient drain (for good) as its really fast and its food drains really slow- it may be an issue when you need diet but full stomac wont let you or is it just another bug not letting u recieve nutrients when ave full stomach.

Please fix AI Spawn in the game.. its really annoying to be something small that can't really fight anything like Trodoon or small Omni/Carno/Cera.. and not get any AI spawning, which leads to you dying because no food is nearby..
I had that happen to me as an Trodoon, Was no food around for Miles, No in Center, or NW.. could check any other spot.. as I died in NW to hunger.
I mean if you going to add more dinos that need to scavange for food, Then at least have some chicken run around so you can at least keep yourself from dying.. but there was nothing at all, only pig, and pig can easily kill an juvie. SO PLEASE, Fix AI spawn.

Add a server queue, and fix the game showing incorrect player amounts on servers. Please. On top of this, make server filter settings save after reloading the game or exiting a server, and don't force players back to the official servers. Joining servers should not be so tedious.
The randomly occurring foliage snapping sound made me think I was being followed for a split second, but once I figured it out I immediately felt like I was in a horror game. I mean this in a bad, immersion-breaking, “I am suddenly aware of how hard they are trying to scare me” way. It adds one second of tension at the cost of making the horror atmosphere feel cheap and game-y and I don’t think that’s worth it since it’ll only ever get you the one time. The isle is actually at its best when the horror and tension comes organically from your survival situation. Some of the ominous echoing bird calls from legacy might be an ambience improvement, or add bird animations or something so a player can at least feel like the sound is coming from their environment. Could also be cool to add animations and sounds for bird flocks erupting into the air when a large predator walks through. Idk if that’s viable though, point is that the tree snapping from nothing makes me feel like the game thinks I’m 5

My thoughts
Remove all the old information. Steam forum have links to docs that are locked. Old information to server versions that are no longer working.
All in all it gives the impression that there is no control over the documentation, and lack of documentation / information for the community to be successful and it is super frustrating. Just link to discord on steam and build the forum using discords forum function. It will make it very easy to keep updated. It will give the impression that the company actually cares about the community as a whole and that they want us who host servers to be able to do it instead of leaving hundreds of server owners in the dirt, and we feel like you couldn't care less.
You need to make the information flow streamlined, and up-to-date!
Make an option to turn off motion blur. It might be more immersive to some people but I feel like it would be more pleasing to the general public if we had an option to turn it off, personally I feel that it looks incredibly blurry and bad quality with it on whether it be on high or low setting.
Remove the camera lock.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, headtracking while eating and drinking would be so much better. With headtracking you would still be able to sneak up behind things since you know where they’re looking while eating and drinking. Based on the direction they’re looking you can plan an ambush accordingly.
The camera lock removes the gameplay aspect of being more aware of your surroundings while eating and drinking. Eating and drinking makes a lot of noise so you’re encouraged to be more aware while doing those actions. But now not only do you make a lot of noise so you can’t hear things, but you also can’t see due to the camera lock. This just makes you a sitting duck for anything that enters the area as you’re eating or drinking.
It also doesn’t help that the camera lock only really effects solo players who are already at a huge disadvantage in this game due to the majority of players being in groups. Grouped players can simply warn someone who is eating or drinking if anything is coming to attack them while they’re eating or drinking, while solo players are basically relying on luck that nothing happens upon them while they’re eating or drinking. Even if you check you’re surroundings before you start to eat or drink something can show up while you’re eating or drinking and attack you.
So please, remove the camera lock and bring back headtracking when you’re eating and drinking.

I know this has been said already, but I'll repeat it with some detail on my own thoughts.
Prioritize creating a queue system for the next update, please. I heard that Unreal Engine is very finnicky with creating Queue Systems and can present some challenges, but it would be such a massively beneficial change that would objectively increase the quality of your game. With a queue system, people can actually join your servers. In the future when The Isle becomes extremely and consistently popular, and even now during updates, having a queue systems gives everyone a fair opportunity to join and play your game. You're probably losing hundreds of players, maybe even more, because no one wants to spam click join in the hopes that it works. This process can take up to several hours during high traffic times. I know I personally avoid playing updates until later on when I'm able to actually join.
Overall, it'd greatly benefit this game and I hope you (the isle devs) can address this in the new roadmap or sooner.

Idk if anybody else noticed this, but adult beipi cannot jump as high as a sub? Beipi is so light that this literally doesnt make sense I sincerely hope this is just a bug and not intentional. Please fix this

The camera is too low on the new smaller dinosaurs, especially as juvies.
You also can't zoom out that much, it feels very claustrophobic.
i see hit boxes are still broken as ever, no server que so you have to hit refresh and rejoin for an hour to even play. fish are still flying........

Larger Server (150-200) with a queue would be great. In case of high player pop in one area, for example south, you could force a spawn in north, still allowing a higher population.

I think compy should be on gallis diet aswell as beipi on omnis diet instead of deino. Deino just makes no sense to me to be on omnis diet.

i feel like they should be focusing on rounding out the base ecosystems with cornerstone species instead of adding in special species with a specific unique niches like dilophosaurus, semi aquatics are missing a mid tier and something thats viable on both land and water and other than deino one taps when drinking or crossing water the aquatic and terrestrial animals feel extremely disjointed with little crossover, aquatics have nothing to fear (bar themselves) in the water and as long as terrestrials stay away from water they have nothing to fear. the game NEEDS sucho or bary imo, much more than night venom 2 cute gurgle boogaloo

Server queue would benefit the game since I've bee trying since YESTERDAY to get in and fully play the game. I got in 2 times for 10 seconds literally took 3 steps and I got kicked entirely after trying for hours. Friends also talked about adding more servers or increasing the player count in the server which is also a thought.
Make the speed you move around in the replay system adjustable. It is too sensitive right now and my camera zooms in wayy to fast when I barely click my wasd keys to move my camera around
Maybe some sort of quick time event for when a croc grabs you from water?
I don't think it's needed but could be a neat way to simulate a reaction time letting you escape a bite like press a random button within 2 seconds to jump out of it
For the gore system v2 with scars and dynamic wounds you should make animations (not long ones just a modified bite) of flesh getting ripped off the animal like in the concept arts also could add in some blood with each attack
when joining a server, if able to get in, there has been a 85-90% chance that the game closes itself out with updated drivers. this has happened before and after the new update.
theres a hole in the jungle at a south spawn that you can get stuck in very easily with no way to get out. I'm on an unofficial server as a troodon, and both me and a cera are stuck in the hole. neither of us can leave and we are forced to starve

Maybe a dust cloud for when you are foraging. Same for beipi underwater when it disturbs the bottom looking for crabs.
Suggestion while playing troodon so you dont get a headache from all the tall grass. When playing troodon make a little area around the troodon that makes the grass invisible around you. (the invisible grass would be only visible for the troodon player, everyone else sees it normally)
There should be a queue system for Legacy and Evrima so that you don't have to sit and spend half your session trying to join the server you want. Just jump into a queue and wait till you join in. In order to make this work there must be a kick-out timer for people that joined through the queue so that the server doesn't get flooded with afk players, this could be a thing for every player on the server that's just sitting in the menu screen. Cheers!
upgrade all servers to at least 200 slots, than more people can play, the game is more immersive. also, bring in a proper queue where I see on which slot I am and just have to wait instead of 10 billion times reconnecting
bepi's can't maintain a full diet, by the time you're hungry enough to eat without puking your first or second diet slot is ready to be filled, the third never gets filled
Adjustments to the camera placement of smaller playables like troodon, beipi and hipsy would be nice, the early stages of the first two in particular is VERY frustrating since its incredibly hard to see thanks to the grass being taller than you, moreso a problem with troodon in particular, even fully grown, grass very much feels way too much "in your face" so to speak
In dealing with the full servers all the time, adding a queue would be nice.

if adding more servers isnt possible, perhaps adding autojoin when clicking a certain button can help?
how it would work is you click, lets say, 'queue available' and then you get connected to the server in your region, so the ping is suitable for you, and from there you can play.
i think this feature would help the players a lot who are just looking to join a server, not necessarily play with friends or play a specific dinosaur.
Turn the night back to normal- Troodon can hunt just fine in the day and its annoying to litteraly everyone else
Add an option for public nests so we can get back to the good old days of huge packs roaming around again. The game was so much more fun when you felt like there was a base to protect and territory that was claimed. The old waterfall spot with rocks for raptors where the Deinos would spawn at was still by far the most fun I had while playing The Isle.
Carno players knew this spot as well so they would conduct raids and try to take it over. Meanwhile the Pteranodons were screeching and flying around overhead dive bombing everyone else and retreating back to their safe spot near the top of the falls. It was Epic, now the game feels like a massive empty jungle.
Idk what just happened in this last update but my FPS are now sitting at a steady 5. How do you guys manage to make this game even MORE unplayable with each update is beyond me

does swallowing small players whole give all nutrients? you're consuming their organs along with with their whole body so it should make sense to get all nutrients, however small an amount. instead of having to thrash the body and pick up and individually eat micro organs off the ground.
I am seeing worse performance since the update. Before the update I could easily get 80-110 fps on epic settings and now its 30-50. I had to make a couple adjustments and I am still not back up to where it was. It is around 40-80. I did not go lowest settings cause if I do I feel there is no point in playing anymore. My system specs are, Ryzen 7 7700 CPU, RTX 3060Ti GPU, 32GB of G.Skill Trident RAM running at 5600Mhz on an AMD Expo profile.
spawning rate of AI in low population areas needs to be fixed.
honestly nothing i can really say other than i am disapponted that this can happen for whatever reason, as someone stated above, being killed while ON said creature either shouldnt be a "feature" or should get its bug fix as soon as possible
Most of the time the game runs fine, but sometimes my game will crash when i drink from water.
Idk how troodon got through stress test, the hitboxes are horrible. Even after you pounce and are ON an enemy you can still die.
Would be really nice if an anti-cheats method would actually be implmented. I know there is supposed to be one but with hacking running so rampant is really needs to be implemented soon. I dont play the game anymore really obviously, but ive been told there is esp and some stamina hack thing that anyone can get. Its practically a 50/50 chance you will find someone hacking when you encounter them.
It is extremely irritating to lose a fg dino to someone who outstams/outspeeds you and can follow you anywhere
Its very hard to join a server. I can try one that says 90/100 and it fails and tells me its full. I go check again and its still only at 90/100
Please give us a Queue system. No one enjoys sitting there spamming join to get in. A Queue system would be more fair as well and would solve a lot of the issues in joining games.
Please bring back the color options removed for carnotaurus / hypsilophodon / pteranodon / omniraptor / tenontosauru... my favorite presents are gone and it makes me sad

or because you already "added" a queue system a while ago fix the servers so that it actually works?
Carno acceleration changes were way overboard imo, it's a struggle even biting deer without using the charge because you come to a dead stop every time you hit character collision and takes forever to even get past walking speed with that happening over and over with the target
let beipis drop stuff and eat it on the ground like every one else.
can we maybe not take as much fall damage in water? its really annoying to die after falling in a 20 ft. pool of water
Whilst having good ping and connection to the servers. Every single time I have played troodon I have died to a cera with a broken hitbox. Its just like what the raptors and carnos used to have. I keep getting killed in ways that I should absolutely not be getting hit by.
This includes:
- Being somehow hit whilst being latched on the back of an animal during a pounce.
- Being hit while being 5 meters away from the prey after hopping off the pounce.
- Just being absolutely hitbox sniped in ways that do not make sense.
This has been an issue for LOTS of people for a LONG time, the fact that I can't even hunt or play as raptor or troodon without this happening just absolutely ruins every hope of having fun at all.
hey guys! i hope there's a solution to this issue because it's actually just not fun at all and seems to be a bit niche. I'm having an issue with the beipi's camera. EVERYTIME i dive in and out of the water, the camera's perspective makes the beipi smaller and you can't even see the entire body.
The things is, after i sit down and go back into the water, it resets the camera to show the full body! but if you want to continue diving like a dolphin, it makes it the "smaller" perspective.
So the point is, please make a camera slider so that people with the same issue are able to see their character better.
(I believe this is an ultrawide issue or monitors with higher res, whichever one it is, please make an option for it 🙏 )
If a flood and drought system does get implemented and doesn’t impact servers too bad flooding should make the water muddy making it easier for deinos to attack and droughts should have more stagnant water that is more clear making it easy to spot a deino in the water
If a beipi or deino player gets kicked from the game / logs off whilst latched to the bottom of water, their character should un-latch and automatically float (swim, in deino's case) up to the surface of the water. It's annoying ah to be kicked because of an Anti-Cheat Integrity Fail or some other thing, and then log back in to find your animal drowned.
6.5 is fun n all but the experience is completely ruined my only deaths have been from speed hackers

Pachy need stun on fractures at least so he is able to stun on the first and 2nd hit and the dino get fracture he is able to escape.. or enjoy cera isle hervis are done..

What happened to the music? At night time especially the dark and creepy music really added to the immersion.

I like the graphic changes in 6.5 but so many things still feel and look so wrong. The grass looks so off, plastic and fake. On hills the grass will just float where it curves and a wonky shadow will be underneath. Grass should look softer, maybe in some areas grass is taller than others. Perhaps have grass blow in the wind. Which is another thing...

I really don't like how grass doesn't render that's further away and only renders once you come closer. Why does it have to be like that? It's not like that in other games so surely there should be a way to fix that?

I've noticed with some herbivores when eating certain plants it will have an eating animation that doesn't suit what its eating. For example, I was a juvenile Beipi eating some roots and instead of my Beipi lowering it's head to eat off of the ground where the roots were, it's animation had it eating berries off of a bush. Atleast that's what it looked like.

Please add back hoarse voices. If they are in the game IDK that they even exist because it never hear it, except for when you are low on stam. It should start to happen after about 6-10 broadcast calls imo. So many spam callers.

Hoping that they add a little more to the gore update, maybe working on making it look more seamless when eating a corpse or when the body decays. It be cool if when you tore a chunk of meat off, you actually saw a chunk of meat missing from the body. For example, a Juvi Cera takes a chunk out of a Teno body, the Teno body now has a messy chunk ripped out of its thigh, torso, neck, tail, etc. Another thing is Ive never really been a huge fan of the skin getting red as you eat a body, it feels more like I'm eating the skin not chunks of flesh or organs. Imagine a Carno just killed a pachy and starts eating it belly first, you actively see it pulling the intestines and organs out and swallowing it. Fixing the jaggedy ragdoll. But I get they're working on getting things out. These are things you could possibly consider polishing up/adding in the future?

It's so dark under water at night ? ? Is it just me ? ? I can only see a faint white outline on my dino and anything I'm close enough to, but that's insane. How am I expected to survive at night in the slightest, if I can run into a deino's mouth at any point without hardly a warning. Underwater is basically useless at night, and absolutely not fun. Night vision under water should have been fixed updates ago, why is it continously still broken ? ?
not a big deal but troodon running and walking animations seem a little off. Z walk looks like ice skating and baby troodon runs SO fast
As a small immersion improvement maybe add sound points of crickets or other insects to foliage's or trees so it doesn't seem like ambience is just a third party background noise...
For dilo special ability i think it should be unique, rather than just a generic attack that does hallucinogenic venom... So something like a latch to the leg,body,tail,etc with its mouth similar to the Cerato ability that u guys never implemented

Carno’s acceleration needs to be buffed, and it needs more regular stamina as an adult, I’m happy with the charge stam being low because it keeps from spamming but the regular stamina goes down way too fast.

Ceratos body buff needs a slight nerf it’s nearly impossible to fight it if it is near a dead corpse which is stupid and unrealistic.

If the you developers are balancing the game based on trying to keep it fair across the game then Cera vs Carno should be even, but if you are balancing the game based on how a realistic fight would go then Carno should beat Ceratosaurus 9 times out of 10.

Sup! I haven watched that long to tell if there is a bug report. Anyways idk if it’s reported already and idk if it appears with every dinosaur. But at some point with the cera I had an issue which nearly killed me about 3 times. I’ll try to explain it.
I’ve eaten some other dinosaur ripped out a piece of meat.
After that I had a piece of meat inside of my head which I could grap all the time and drop it without touching it ever.
At this point I had hard problems with eating or drinking it was blocking it off because the cera was doing 3 call often or I wasn’t even able to do something.
Besides that great job with the update I wasn’t able to play before but now I’m able to even if it’s 60 but it’s stable 60 even with 8 player nearby Ty for that!

we need a way to choose which diet slot to fill, spent almost 40 min to get my last nutrient because it kept filling the other one with 98% instead of the empty one
I feel like the cerato hunger and diet values should switch. Everytime I play it, I lose my diets much faster than I lose my hunger so it's very difficult to maintain. It's either that or reduce the amount of food we eat. I can't get a single full diet from eating FG galli bones as a baby either. My food just fills up insanely fast.

The beipi's and the Deino's juvi-sub stage underwater NV needs to be improved. It's too dark.
Right next to the growth bar put an estimate on how much time it will take until the next stage of growth that way the player has a sense of how much time they'll have to wait.
A way to bind Zoom Out / Zoom in - I noticed there is an ability to rebind Zoom, but not for Zooming out.
it's my first time playing in a while and there's a few things that have bothered me

camera lock when drinking/eating. most animals are *always *looking around when they eat because they are vulnerable when they do and are on the lookout for anyone thinking of contesting that meal or making them into one. what sense does it make to lock the camera so you can't see at least left and right? that's literally where their eyes are pointing

you gotta add some kind of small hop ability to animals who can't jump. i got stuck on the top of a random waterfall, hidden by lots of bushes btw, and the only option i had was to meet god, because my carno apparently has arthritis and couldn't lift its leg up half a foot to save its own life.

sound effects. first of all, they sound AMAZING. but there is no way we should be hearing these loud ass monkeys(???) in the middle of the plains, and god those sounds are so loud. it makes tracking others difficult as hell
it would also be far more atmospheric to have near silence at night, as in no more sounds of birds or little animals or goddamn screaming monkeys, just the sounds of animals that are nocturnal. just crickets. imagine how spooky it would be to be somewhere totally silent and then you hear a branch snap behind you somewhere

Beipo has both crab and schooling fish assigned as the protein nutrient. I think this is a clear mistake, since there's no reason to forage crabs if schooling fish are as plentiful and common as they are. Reassign crab to fats

Just some feedback from a player perspective, please give us more details on update requirements. It's pretty frustrating when you wait almost a year for an update, just for the game to tell you that you can't even play it anymore. There's been loads of complaints about this and i hope to see more of a fix in the future. imagine waiting so long for a game update just for the developers to tell you to "get a new PC in order to play our game" basically. Being able to run every steam game ETC except evrima gets pretty upsetting and people don't want to have to spend hundreds more money just for a PC upgrade for one singular game. Please take consideration of this in the future of your playerbase.. Thank you.
