50 is what your damage can be when you reach 100 skill.
But even then it will be something like 40-50.
You never actually achieve "50 damage"

After killing bosses some mobs start spawning in other biomes but only during night. They never spawn with stars and will despawn after dawn rises. Like after Yagluth you will get Fulings during night and after Queen there can/will spawn Seekers too.

Killing Eikthyr enables greydwarves in meadows and killing Elder enables shamans and brutes too. After Bonemass skeletons can spawn in every biome (except in biomes after plains). Moder doesn't enable any night spawns.

Boars and necks have that restriction, they cannot spawn with stars inside 800m radius from the center, boar stones being an exception on this. And trolls have same limitation but inside 2000m radius.

There's a chance that you craft a bonus item - like an extra arrow when creating a stack of 20 - when working at a crafting station or harvesting / picking veggies up from the ground.

There is an in game option to make the world a server without using the additional software, but I'm not sure if you can run an in game server without internet and/or have it be visible to the other pc without internet. You'd likely have to test it out on your devices and see if it allows you to make the world a server in game, if not then it's probably not possible.

Pretty sure that online play outside of a dedicated server is done thru steam's, so without an active Internet connection I don't think you can unfortunately

How do you make non-dagger weapons viable?
In my several few hundred hours in Valheim, I've noticed that most weapons in the game are nearly unusable due to the vulnerability caused by the extreme animation movement locking, I've only found daggers to be effective due to the animations being so short and allowing you to use them while also being able to dodge incoming attacks

my friend bought Valheim few days ago and he hosted a server. i noticed we didnt have any raids, and i felt sus. since it's his first time, he didnt see anything weird. but he was able to fix our boats in the middle of the ocean. or like today i noticed he crafted a black metal axe (we have unlocked the black metal and smelted it, tho we didnt make any spinning wheel nor the thread).
has anyone had the same issues?

Raids can be disabled from world modifiers (not cheaty but should be discussed however). But boats cannot be repaired without the workbench nearby and black metal axe cannot be crafted without linen, so I suspect the issue is that he is using console commands.

Only the host can use commands on the server, so if he is the host then there is little you can do. I suggest talking about it.

Ah, that would explain it, worlds made before bog witch update, autumn 2024, can have this problem since it introduced new POI and moved the ones supposed to generate before around, if you put the files for that world into the website it will show correct locations 🙂

surtling spawners can be very tricky, also for instance an artisan table will block it for 40m away from it, sometimes I have had a spawn blocking item near it, and the spawner didnt work properly even if I took that one away, or maybe I had another spawn blocking one somewhere nearby, if its a normal spawn blocking item you have to build it more than 20 m away from it, for upgraded workbenches and forge and artisan table up to 40m away

Its quite a bit tricky to build a base near 2-3 surtling spawners and have it not block it accidentally with workstations and torches and things but also be relatively close-by so you can hop down often to loot it and enjoy the coals and cores and trophies

When you first open the edit and it selects the whole word...it is also selecting the code you cannot see. You can just delete it all, as long as you're willing to rewrite the words. Which if you were willing to delete the sign, you probably were.

If it is red but still stands its OK 🙂 it will not fall on its own or anything, the game calculates how many pieces are between each build piece and "solid" support (ground, trees, etc) and shows you in color

Is there a practical way to have an ||Asksvin|| defense force?
I tried to station one outside my base and it ran away. I had one wandering inside the fence at my base and a raid happened. While it did successfully massacre everything that came near it, it also broke a few chests and blew a hole in a building.
They're so strong yet two star wolves continue to feel like the only good defensive companion.

Ive been setting up dedicated server for 2 days now and im nearly done whit the server since i playtested it yesterday. unfortunatley i ran in to a pretty problematic issue, items i placed in a chest dissapeared. this happened while i was playing on the server and not through some sort of shutting the server off. the server did say when i was not near the chest but i also have 30+ mods.

Staff of the Wild is very useful in addition for Trollstav if you play as mage. Both staves makes it easy play.
