idk if it's because of improved elevation hitboxes, i forget if it was true before or not, but you can totally chop a tree, and then chop both the stump and the tree as it's falling, and do that to as many trees or logs or stumps at once, i only use one handed axe when there's zero else around but one log or stump

Yes, but you can have multiple trinket effects if you swap and activate multiple quickly

I used it a ton clearing goblin camps, or rather tried to use it. I found the effect either didn't activate because the adrenaline was too high, or activated when the scary part of the fight was already over, and was wearing off by the time I did anything else. I switched back to iron brooch after about 4 or 5 large camps because it really didn't help me at all.

iron brooch hower activates AS i'm clearing a big clump of goblins and after i've taken a little bit of damage. maybe its different for different playstyles, i use battleaxe mostly for camps, but i found it mostly useless

adrenaline is also different depending on the weaponyou're using and i forget how they changed things mid test, but let my brain work a second here..

i THINK it's 1 adrenaline for hitting something, 2 for a 2 handed weapon. 1 for blocking, 2 for blocking with a weapon, 5 for parrying.... either 3 or 4 for staggering via an attack, and 5 for critical hits and for killing mobs

and that's all PER hit per mob, so you cleave and kill 2 mobs u get 10 stamina

but someone who's looked closer than me correct me, that's pretty about-ish though

Hmm you'd be surprised how easy it is to walk past stuff in the Mistlands, the only way to know for sure is to put a wisp torch down every where you checked.

If you found the location of boss altar and never went there before new patch and the world generated the new content in, then it also very likely switched the location of said boss altar to somewhere else.
Generating new content will affect to unexplored areas on the world.

To answer your question anyway, the weapons you listed have the same resistance profile against Eik so whatever you prefer. I would say cant hurt to take a bow too to land ranged shots when you loose your spear.
Generally the first place to look at it is what the mob is resistant or weak to, and then its down to what you prefer.
If youre a dab hang with spears you will probably do well using a spear etc.

You can terraform using hoe, or you can just build acording to the terrain that is there 😄

you'll need stone in your inventory but use the hoe to "raise ground", raise it just a bit higher than you want, then you can lower it back down with "flatten ground". the hoe tries to make everything the same level as however high the ground is you're standing on.

Normal "level ground" function tries to put ground to the ground level your character has directly beneath them, while holding shift the same function puts the ground to the level your cursor is pointing that, so you have a bit more control and it is great for making slopes 🙂

Depends bit also on your axes skill level vs swords skill level if there is noticeable difference, but Berserkir axes are quite good for its fast attacks, 4 attack combo hits 6 times with 4th attack dealing double damage with both 2 hits.

The current highest enemy knockback is the valkyrie spin and multiple queen attacks with only 250, and I don't think any enemy attacks use stagger multipliers

Yep, combat actions give you certain ammount of adrenaline when you have a trinket equiped, and once you fill up the adrenaline meter of the trinket you get its bonuses

Argh why does the scythe require silver out of all metals?!?

Probably because you unlock it right after mountains so you can immediately make it with the most recent metal, and silver just has little use cases which was probably also a contributing factor.

Yeah makes sense, but I'm all out because of upgrading the silver sword, dang that is one hungry beast
