pz is more realistic, sure -- but doesn't have any traps whatsoever (to defend your automations) nor raiding mechanics where zombies pose a serious threat to your base (unless you purposefully choose to set up camp in the middle of west point or louisville or something)
Factorio and 7dtd broadly share those aspects with Valheim -- I'm not sure what "better survival mechanics" PZ would specifically add to the proposed idea of creating a cure via automation -- it essentially goes in exactly the opposite direction design wise.
