You also get the "drops" reward from the "children" of that evolved beast as you fight it again in the future. The "guaranteed loot" part is mats used at the rift NPC vendor to purchase Primordial uniques. So you could also look at a unique you wanted to buy and focus on getting those mats.

Yes. There is a new Primal Rift mechanic and you earn materials from doing that, and the NPC sells 22 of the 25 primordial uniques that are new in this update. The helmet for the Anuroks - frogs - you mentioned is one of those that he sells.

Example. Do the campaign up until you reach Chapter 5 and have gotten the Temporal Sanctum waypoint. Go into Monoliths until you get a Temporal Sanctum dungeon key and feel comfortable fighting that dungeon boss. Use the Temporal Sanctum dungeon exit to get into Chapter 9 and join an item faction. Complete the last couple of passive and idol unlocks in Chapter 9. I did this on the 1.1 and 1.2 Seasons and it also works fine. Will be doing it in 1.3 as well unless I find myself struggling in Monoliths.

For anyone having issues with the Turtle and going to the Garden during the Escape the Draal quest the best thing you can do right now is use the In Game Bug Report Tool. Interact with the turtle and get the to place where your only option is to Leave and then press F8 to take a screenshot. Then check the box for the Screenshot if needed and then type your explanation of what is happening.
