no, it tells you what % it is applied at.

so for the initial hit, if you added 10 flat spell damage, the initial hit would only get 4.5 actual damage

and the posses dot damage (assuming it has spell tag, which it says it does) would get 7.5 actual damage

and then % increased would effect after all the flat is counted for your spells

hungering souls has 9 base dmg, so if you add 10 flat at 45%, it now has 13.5 base, and then if you have 100% increased, then you are at 27 total. if you have 200 increased then you are at 40.5...and so on.

Probably just the Skill itself. Minions typically need it to say "Minion" on it for it to effect Minions, such as "Minion Cooldown Recovery Speed". Which is a Prefix for Primalist Idols https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/prefixes/AIwFgHEA and a Suffix for Acolyte Idols https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/suffixes/AEwDgbEA. There are sometimes items or passives that change that and let the Minions use a percentage of your stat instead. I don't immediately see such a thing for Wraiths, though.

Run Temporal Sanctum dungeon tier 2 or higher. The Eternity Cache at the end is used for Legendary Item crafting. Requires an Unique item with Legendary Potential 1+ and Exalted item of the same general item type, such as One Handed Sword but the specific sub type such as Katana doesn't matter. The Exalted must have 4x total unsealed affixes - sealed is not counted or used.

With Tier 2+, you're guaranteed 1x affix to transfer.

2. Next in Shining Cove, skip the Time Rift for now, and to head to Maj'Elka and pick up the Sapphire Tablet quest.
3. Then warp back to Shining Cove and with the Sapphire Tablet quest the door will open to the Time Rift.
4. The Time Rift leads to Ruined Coast where at the end you can pick up Temporal Sanctum dungeon waypoint.

Ok, then you can just click on Temporal Sanctum to reach that dungeon. Note: you'll need to do Tier 1 to be able to then do Tier 2. If you have a Portal Charm, you can optionally use it with the key to open a portal near the dungeon entrance that goes directly to the dungeon boss.

Note 2: boss will do a big channeled attack where the screen starts to turn white. you need to use the Dungeon mechanic key, which defaults to D key on keyboard, but will probably be something else for you on Steam Deck. You should see it on the upper left of your action bar.

Yes. The Exalted item must have 4x total affixes to be usable in the Eternity Cache legendary crafting.

As your unique is Legendary Potential 1, you'll get 1x affix transferred from the chosen Exalted item.

So you can just pick, in Tier 2+, to move the Movement Speed, for example, and it will be placed on your unique. Making it a Legendary item.

20% more melee damage from doom stacks, which is multiplicative modifier instead of additive like increased damage which is still nice to have on the belt. it also gives base armour and increased armour. If you have problems with getting stunned it also has affix for that built in.
all in all it is great fit for most melee builds, though it does require you to get chance for doom stacks from some other place

1 in 5 for LP1 and 1 in 74 for LP2 are also pretty good odds so you can slam stuff you need on it easily

It's a sealed affix. You can seal regular affixes with "Glyph of Despair". The lower the affix tier, the higher the chance of sealing it. This frees up room for an affix in the slot you sealed.

Affixes can also drop as already sealed from the Nemesis system.

Let's say Health is an affix you want, but it's Tier 3 you could start with trying to seal that one. Tier 3 are not that low probability to seal. If that doesn't work, go for a tier1/tier2 affix. If that's the melee attack speed, then sure, seal that one and put on something good for your build in the freed up slot.

There are many nuances and if's and but's here, but this is kind of like the easiest straightforward way to go about it, I think.

Unique Items can have Legendary Potential, ranging from 1-4. This translates to how many affixes you can craft onto the item. 1 LP = 1 Affix etc. On the ring you sent an image of, there were 2 LP, and someone crafted two affixes onto it (strength, health).

After defeating the boss in the Temporal Sanctum dungeon you can craft legendary uniques by sacrificing an exalted item. The unique will then get affixes from this item based on the total Legendary Potential (2 LP = two affixes from the exalted gear will be crafted onto the unique).

When completing the dungeon on Tier 2 or above, it's possible to choose an affix that is guaranteed to transfer onto the unique as well.

Legendary affixes can also be added on uniques from the Nemesis system, but that's totally random, and does not require you to sacrifice an exalted item.

Sorry, I am on the phone right now. But they basically state shield throw gets + flat crit chance, shield throw gets crit multi per 40 block effectiveness and shield throw gets 50% and 100% of block chance as more damage. They all state shield throw in their explanations. I once heard that the node which states "shield throw does x% more fire dmg" does apply to lava burst's damage, so it would make sense for all to apply.

Maelstrom is just a spell that does not hit, there are a few of them, but not many. Most spells that don't hit are DOTs yes, but there are a few spells that just outright don't deal damage and so those don't hit either.

On the opposite, I think loot lizards just overwhelming in general so no desire for more lizards

portal charm is what I have used frequently but I never exchange portal charms with my keys

The issue is no desire to clear dungeons after portal charm is out... So I think these charms are on the different extremes. But EHG release them together 🤷‍♀️

Maybe, but I don't remember explicitly removing them during data parsing, so if these are keys, then they should be there. But perhaps they are marked as not droppable, then it explains why they're not included.

If you slap flat dmg and t7 leech on a low level wep lich can turn that leech into 400% increased weapon dmg. Im planning on doing that with the melee overhaul for lich.

Not sure how they're marked, but I believe portal charms do drop occasionally from bosses. Although you can also use the Black Market Key vendor in Maj'Elka to purchase a portal charm for any three keys

The level requirement for Legendary items is now the same as the base unique’s level requirement. Previously the level requirement could increase based on the affixes added.

Yeah, but the legendary stat isn't a good fit, generally. It's just a legacy stat so it's unobtainable now on gloves.

So it's neat that it's impossible to obtain new gloves like them, but just slamming pretty much any other affix on a new pair of gloves will be better. Like crit chance, cast speed, or int.

It used to roll on gloves, now it doesn't. Old gloves that had it before the update still have it, though.

Unlike uniques where all copies get all updates to them, item affixes are semi-fixed, so they can end up becoming "legacy" stats.

Probably 9 days, they usually take it offline 24hrs before the patch, which will be 21st at 1100 central

Season 3 on August 21 and they usually take the servers offline the day before that to update. Although if you're playing offline, you can set the game to true offline mode and keep playing while the servers are down.

You can continue to play your current character with the next Season. If you made the character in Season mode, they'll be transferred to Legacy and you can continue to play them there. Your stash will have an option to transfer the Season 2 stuff to Legacy stash. If you made character in Legacy, then just keep playing there.

You get Reforged Set shards when you shatter at Great Bridge and then craft them like normal at the Forge. You can always shatter more set items if you need more shards

The restrictions are that the shard is either a prefix or suffix, varies by shard, and your need to craft it onto the same item type. Example, set Amulet Reforged shard needs to be crafted onto Amulet

you may want to consider using a mana generator (usually vegeance) until you have enough mana to sustain off void well reliably

vengeance is a skill it’s the first one you unlock. you will need to take the passive nodes in the sentinel base tree for mana when you use vengeance and hit an enemy. there’s an affix for it too but since you’d just be using it till world splitter the affix isn’t necessary

so you can use es to dump your mana and then vengeance to generate it back and repeat

One possibility:

1. Craft on a T1 Suffix you want
2. Havoc and hope - T7 Abyssal Decay Duration swaps with the T1
3. Despair to Seal the now T1 Abyssal Decay Duration. Exalted item with 4 Affixes is guaranteed to Seal T1.
4. Craft on Time Rot prefix
5. Havoc and hope - T7 swaps to Time Rot
6. If there's any FP left, craft up the T1. Which could be any of the other affixes after Havoc

That's a lot of steps, so you'd need to get really lucky. Definitely Imprint before you start messing with it so that you can hopefully get some similar copies to try again with when it fails.

Yeah Seal would be safer than Removal, as it would be guaranteed on a Tier 1 on 4 affix Exalted. But it would take the extra FP and steps to get it to that point. So if you want to risk a 25% chance Removal... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

it's def. the best filter system for custom filters, especially in game. I won't deny that.

I just struggle with it because every rule has it's own custom list, and my adhd/dyslexic self will forget/skip/misclick something and mess up my filters.

This is just my personal struggle, as it takes over an hour for me to setup a filter for a new character. Also heaven forbid I forget to copy the filter and overwrite another character

You may find it easier to start with a filter, play with it so you can figure out how it works, then after using and tweaking that for a while, move onto making your own.
