Corruption also has very slightly increases the odds of unique items having Legendary Potential or Weaver's Will.

Not the outcome no. From my understanding the item level of the unique mattered, (you coudln't combine high level in t1-2, etc) but i think they removed that, not 100% sure.

Bleed is Physical, yes. There isn't a "magical" damage type. You can have Ignite Fire, Frostbite Cold, etc.

Thank you. Themes can be both aesthetics(etc - Forge and Fire) and mechanical(Lich's schtick with tradeoffs).

What is the point of those levels before you choose a Mastery? Imo, they should showcase Mastery playstyles, but sometimes that's just not true. Rogue, for example, is just random Assassin / Ninja themes and that's nowhere to be found on her Masteries. What about Shadows? A core part of BlDncr? Nowhere to be found pre Mastery.

Yet, others(Acolyte, Mage, Primalist) have good segues.

No, that's a drop only from the Exiled Mages - the ones you release from the Rune Prisons and fight.

@median halo look for the Rune Prisons as you play. They'll show up on your mini map. You'll see them occasionally in the campaign and frequently in echoes in Monoliths.

@queen elk shadows are prevalent in the base rogue skills so I can't really agree with you there. Cinder strike, puncture, and flurry are all usable with a bow so those segue into marksman. Falconer is kinda just all over the place so there isn't a clean segue there I'll admit.

Any chance you can change the bosses to not regenerate after you die? Sometimes the only way I'm getting through a tough part is to be a meat hammer and wear them down. @queen elk smoke bomb generates/uses shadows with some nodes in its tree, not sure on others. I guess the real answer to your question is, "The game doesn't really care too much about having clean transitions from base class to masteries."

And, imo, it doesn't really need to. Most of the abilities available to your class come from your base skills. The names/themes sometimes aren't even applicable to a lot of builds you CAN play with those masteries. I'm playing an explosive flask flinging falconer but there certainly aren't any masteries that would fit that theme super well.

No, play whatever you want. This game doesn't have special subclass unlocks or anything. Just note that you can't change your initial class and chosen mastery. You'd need to make a new character to play a different mastery. You can change everything else though

I believe it'll just continually cast the first one you pressed (and if you hit both on the same frame I assume it has a way to break ties). There's no safe guaranteed removal. If it is Tier 1 through 4, you can try to reroll it with chaos. Or risk removal. If it is tier 5 plus, you'll need to risk removal. Tier 1 through 4 can also try to seal with despair

Frequently, they are hybrid stats. The +level will just give you the points for the passive but they are also paired with additional stats.

I think all it does is replace your crit chance and multiplier with a flat value. Math-wise 5% base crit and 200% crit multiplier is a 10% dmg multiplier. So any value above 10% should be good if your build has no sources of crit or crit multi.

Is there a bug right now regarding Monolith Completion X / 20? I did my first empowered monolith, got the greater blessing, and my tracker moved to 11/20. Awesome. Then I have done 2 additional empowered monoliths(got the grand blessing as well as defeating the shade) and my Monolith Completion is still stuck at 11/20. @proven elk Ok but check the MG Rank on the items. You need that to use them. And you won't be able to use those if you switch back to CoF.

@candid elm I'm saying you can only use Chaos and Despair on Affixes that are T1-T4, those both require an upgrade to happen. Once they're T5+ you can't use Chaos/Despair. Removal can also be used on T1-T4, but it's random. For T5+ Affixes, your only shot is Removal - again it is random what it hits. No you can only Seal once.

The farther out echos give more corruption. If you've killed the timeline bonus, that Gaze bonus stacks up, +10 each time - edit: first two is +10, then diminishing returns. If you've raised Corruption higher in another one, you'll see a bonus listed on the shade - which is a catch up mechanic.

It can become a bit faster with higher Corruption, if you keep a similar clear speed, because you get more stability at higher Corruption. So you'll have a higher Gaze from killing Bosses. But yeah, it's not super fast. If that one is your highest, the next one you go to will level faster due to the Bonus Corruption catch up.

If the skill has a melee scaling tag, melee would improve it. If it has a void scaling tag, void would improve it. If it has a melee and a void, either would improve it.

This might be a really specific question, on skeletal mage you have the "grave passage" node that makes it count as a traversal skill. I also have the experimental boots with "minions are teleported around you after traversal skill". This skill doesn't seem to activated the boots. Is this a bug or is this as intended?
