@civic warren no, 100 corruption is enough you just need to kill the boss in an empowered mono

@arctic root You get +1 all attributes for killing the last boss, that's all

@sage iris crit avoidance is pretty much mandatory in empowered monos (the higher corruption you go, the more important it is.)

@silver bolt Not really, while in empowered just kill the bosses, skip the quests

@acoustic fractal Rogue, Sentinel and Primalist can DW (Primalist can use axes in OH, rogue can use daggers and swords in OH and Sentinel can use swords in OH)

@acoustic thicket Monoliths, Dungeons and Arena (mainly Monoliths at the start so you get to empowered)

from what I have noted the crit strike chance is not really adding up correctly. That Crit your seeing would be your base off weapon and possibly some of your passives as 5% is the hard base. However things that mention more crit strike chance you have to manually calculate out. To give an example my crit chance shows as 8% but my bow crit chance shows as 60%. My gear also had over 300% crit chance on it. However when I try to check minion it never shows up right so take your base and manually add up your gear, skills, and passives and you should know

@long lily Stash tab will get expensive as you add more. If you're with the merchant guild, you use gold to buy items. Rare item could sell up to 100k+. There's dungeon where you can spend money to get item with rare affixes.

@sudden helm Press Y and you can see your Prophecies from there.

@novel canopy I believe character needs to be lvl 50 to unlock monolith.

@gloomy zephyr Not both at the same time, you can leave your faction to join other. The rank will remain the same. Keep in mind that you cannot use item that are not your faction. You cannot use Circle of Fortune items if you change to Mercant and vise versa.

@midnight cypress Nope, you can get any unique on that type of item. You can use Rune of Ascendance on a white lvl 1 sword and get a lvl 80 unique sword.

check your resistances. Having capped physical res will allow you to make more mistakes/take more hits in melee. That is roughly a level 58 area so have at least 58% res, if not 75%. Don't be afraid to spend runes and glyphs to craft, you will get tens of thousands of them in monoliths

check your belt, make sure you're using a higher level one because those can give you +3 potion slots

if the fight is taking way too long despite you being able to maintain good uptime on the boss, you might need to evaluate your build and rework or make adjustments

So after a few days of just levelling i still can't progress the immortal empire quest line. After you interact with the stone that drops the bridge to the outcast hideout in the risen lake, the quest marker stays on the stone itself that you interact with, has anyone else encountered this? @keen dock pretty sure drop rate were guessed before 1.0, so might no be accurate anymore.

@digital kernel each element benefit from the damage. Spell damage will effect all. Fire damage will affect only fire damage part of the spell ,etc. Elemental damage would affect cold fire and lightning spell.

@hushed remnant bleed stacks has a duration too, so you have time to stack them.

@late plover widely depend of your build. If you plan to craft health later, shatter items with health affixes. If you need +X to Fireball, shatter items with +X to fireball, etc.

@prime glade should ask the dev, not the community for this.

@wintry python Kinda both, Druid and Necro would give you that feeling.

@terse ivy Really depend of your build buddy. There's no thing as "Mage" loot filter, it's more like X build loot filter and depend what you need to shatter/replace in your gear.

@wanton hatch Hybrid health is more rare.

@high heath look out for a warpath sentinel build (void knight, forge guard or paladin), basically spin to win build.

@rain galleon the base stats, you means the implicit right ? Each item base has different stats, and they roll in a certain range. For example, a spidersilk sash always have poison and cold res implicit. You can roll those with a Rune of Shaping if they are bad roll.

@mint fern You can't. It's stated clearly when you pick your mastery. It's only an hour into the game tho so not that bad to redo it.

@spice trout your idols were probably Faction locked. You can only equip them if you join the faction back.

@violet zodiac I've not tested it personnally, but that's what have been explained before. You need dungeon key in order to do that, and you'll have to come back for some passives/idols side quests I think.

@violet viper yes very possible. If you compare with other games like Diablo and PoE, yes you have more res to cap, but the affix rolls way higher, up to 50-60% easily. Also can use idol to cap and there's blessings end-game to help for that.

On my Cradle of the Erased, I've got 118 block effectiveness, and it says "+2 block effectiveness per 1% total uncapped resistance", and on my stats it shows me having 1874 block effectiveness. The mod explanation under that mod simply says "Range: 2 to 2", nothing else, which doesn't really help me understand the situation any better 🙂 On lastepochtools there's a description that says "Your total uncapped resistance is the sum of your uncapped physical, fire, lightning, cold, necrotic, void, and poison resistances", which to me would mean 1%, or potentially 74%, since my poison resist is at 74%, and all the rest are 75%. Resistances, when hovering over them, say they're "Capped at 75%." So my poison is the only "uncapped" one. Even if I add all the resistances together, they come to 524%, and that times two is 1048, add the shield itself 118, and it's 1166, not 1874. I just don't understand where that number comes from and it feels buggy, but I guess it's working as intended then 🤷‍♂️ EDIT: Was explained in #❔┃ask-the-community message Thanks!

enlighten me what that item is good for now. it generate maxium 35 ward PER 1 sec. so 350 MAX in 10s. its not for the shield. and stats is not wanted either. even with weaver 12, its a matter of the item rolling the right way to be worth (as speed leveling item for low level chars sure i will give you it can be amazing but for higher levels without the ward generation i dont see the use) so please tell me how that item is still considered good?

Guys maybe dumb question: do regional lenses that give %increased chance to find a specific thing work only on the chance to find a prophecy rewarding that specific item, or in general as "blessings" that focus the loot you drop in monos/anywhere?

Does the prophecy target matter? Say I have 2 prophecies with the same reward, but one is kill Majasa and the other is a 180 corruption boss, would the second one give higher level rewards?

What are the 3 contributing factors for Corruption being added at an Echo of the World? Killed timeline boss twice, only gettin g +20 gazes and +10 for echo itself. Usually only kill timeline boss once before resetting, but still get +30 then.

If you do a dungeon to progress the campaign it skips a whole bunch, i have found i am stuck with part of the old campaign step i cant complete to get it off my list/screen as the person i need to talk to to go to an area isnt there. Trying to do Liath and Thetima, but the Ferryman isnt there to portal to Thetima town so that whole area is locked

After being forcibly kicked out of the secret realm, I can no longer log in.

I can hear the sound effect of me entering the secret realm but I'm stuck on the loading screen

I logged in again three times and the same thing happened.

so I'm trying to enter temporal sanctum, I put the key in and when I press Enter Sanctum, the window to choose the tier doesn't show up. It's just stuck there. I can move around fine but been trying for 2 days to enter, it won't let me.

anyone else having the game crash when trying to do monos? did 3 runs in a row. First time I lagged out and died, and the other attempts lagged out and I got connection failures and had to restart the game completely.....All 3 attempts, I made it about 5 minutes into it

@devout girder u all need enough stability to get a blessing. 1 person prob has enough but the other is less (850 req for boss in empowereds iirc)

When hovering over an ability and seeing "damage per second (estimate)" does that only count for raw spell damage?
I have an item with +64 spell damage, +53% increased crit strike chance and +140% chance to poison.
That item shows more dps than an item with
+43 spell damage and +96% increased spell damage.

Or is it because it accounts for crit chance and perhabs the poison?

A loading screen tip says that enemies get generic penetration equal to the zone level, up to 75. Does this mean that you ideally want 150% resistances so you are still capped with the penetration?
