Are you tired of the 4 default regions? You can create a new one! Just go to the console (you should have Experimental Features mode on) and write the command help. There you will see a command for creating a region, where you can configure name, seed, region's size and map's coordinates. Also you can use heightmaps for your region! Also, since 1.8.40 update you can create a region just in game by tapping 'New Region' button in Main menu.

Go to the map and u need a specific amount of people in a city to unlock more and bigger regions
