animations are just coordinate stuff and there's like 5 tutorials on forums

you basically have to define an animation and append it to a building
if i understand it correctly, you first have to define ids for the images you'll use, and then for each building you have to set the positions for ids and do the other attributes like type and stuff
the hardest part of animations would probably be setting the first few "stacks" or whatever you'd call those
it's mainly trial and error until you find the pattern

hi Themax I want to ask what flags you use on your plugin rail can you explain .. how to properly spawn the train according to the railroad tracks (I'm a little confused) 😅
Oh it’s fairly easy
There are several different flags for roads / trains
Flag train
Flag tramway
Flag subway
Flag high-speed
Flag maglev
Flag monorail
Each flag correspond to a specific type of rail track, vanilla ones correspond to Flag Train while subway rails correspond to Flag subway for example.
So that's what I'm confused about .. what's the difference between Rapid rail and gray rail d

Gray rail is for tramway

subway tracks : Used exclusively by subway trains but can provide free tunnels
high-speed tracks : Used exclusively by high-speed trains and allows those to go even faster, tunnels are cheaper
Monorail tracks : Used exclusively by monorails
Tramway track : Used exclusively by tramways
Maglev tracks : Used exclusively by maglevs
Vanilla track (the base game ones) can be used by all trains except monorails, maglevs & tramways
In order to have your train to spawn, you need to build a depots, each depot when upgraded will only spawn 1 train, in order to have more, build more depots.
Having a depot wont be enough tho, you also need "arrival platforms" which are the buildings all the trains will try to go to
How about rail crossings What happens if there is a cross between them (such as roads with rails, railroad tracks with tram tracks, etc.)
Some rails cant have crossing, that is the case for monorail, maglev & high-speed trains for example
Others can have crossing such as tramway, vanilla rail & subway tracks, but only with roads, not with different kind of tracks
But until now I haven't found your maglev with your steam train are they still under development?
I haven't added any train filling those categories yet
They are planned for later since most are either on-going irl projects or retired trains and my plugin mostly aims to add current trains
I also want to learn to make rotation aware smoke animations before working on steam trains

Until now I don't understand the building animation coordinate code system (only night mode code that I can make)
I kinda like TheoTown as mobile game, and I wanted to add more content so I tried plugin making from phone, and that's how I got introduced to pixel art (turns out I am not that bad at it)

My ideas on spaceport are:
Entrances, terminals, spaceport zone, tower and transport road (zone, tower and road already finished)
Hangars that spawn airships (helicopters) with huge transport influence
Hangars which spawn big airships will need additional building, as staff office, comm-network and service hangars
And some decorations
