So this isn't a plugin yet, but I decided to scrap the microwave plant & Draw out a concept for a larger 8 X 8 nuclear power plant instead.

It will be based on Theotown's nuclear power plant to fit in with the aesthetic of the normal power plant in game.
The nuclear plant will have two reactors instead of one.
This will mean it would produce double the power of a regular nuke plant at 100,000 kw/h.
