Hey, I've got two questions:

• what's the Transformer for? Says converts high voltage to normal, but where high voltage is used in the game?

• is there a way to set borderless mode (so the game doesn't close to tray when the other monitor is active)?

I can answer the first question

so basically the white power lines carry high voltage but the small power lines/underground wires carry low voltage and if you want to use the big white power lines, you have to put down a transformer for the change to happen

And everything in the game uses low voltage other than the microwave antenna which needs a transformer to switch to low voltage
