The main problem is the train spawn rates in the plugins are far to low. It could be fixed easily by just updating the game to have a base train spawn rate but I don’t think that’s ever going to happen... I guess I’ll ask for a refund then or the code.

The reason why I don't like to make these type of grids is because you can only fit a building of a size that your roads allows, and if you want a bigger building you have to destroy the roads.

I'd have the city in layers, one layer would be residential/dense residential, then a layer of commercial/dense commercial, then just industrial... If you want to go to the moon put it in the industrial district
