The Rar and Zip file are extractable. So these are the steps for those 2:
Step.1: Extract the file.

.plugin files require 1 step, which is to place the file in the TheoTown Plugin Folder.

What's most incredible is when I make cities, they seem to punch WELL above their weight.
Previously, a 200k produced 200k in revenue with taxes being at 7.5 - 9% for everybody.
Now my city of merely 40k produces 90k with a tax of defualt for residential and commercial, and a 7.5-8-9% tax on industrials

I've had them next to residential and commercial buildings, yet 0 use them.
I slap one or two railway platforms, and they fill up in days.

So I've been trying to fix my highway for a while now but I can seem to make it work. I accidentally destroyed my on/of ramp with 4 ramps and even though it looks like I built it back, the cars wont drive on it. It doesn't help that the highway is pretty expensive so I can just tinker with it the whole time. Any suggestions?

@devout mantle Did you make sure the ramp is open to the highway? Highways naturally have barriers so you have to open them by using the expressway or country road tool and cross the barrier to open it up.
Also make sure you have ramps in all directions

Honestly I felt so stupid trying to set up the air port my first time here lmao. Idk if there's a proper guide on how to set it up or if I should just scrap it and try again connecting the buildings a different way and making like. ... A longer runway haha

I hate the constant relighting of buildings when wood around them is on fire.
I destroy the trees around it so I'm not as irritated when the building relights because a tree, which the fire department can't extinguish, relights a whole factory.

@dark abyss as much as the devs want to be able to do that, they can't because IOS doesn't allow you to see your files if I'm correct. This is only from what I've heard because I myself don't use iPhone

In depth tutorial of getting Helium 3 and the microwave antenna thingy!
Few things first: Yes, I have 6 fully upgraded drilling stations but I don't have those yet when I found my 1st Asteroid. (found a second one just today!). 2 asteroids out of 5 missions. And no earthquakes so far
These things might help you:
Surround your Launch Station with roads and connect it near industrial zones - this helped me get the Readiness fast. Now all you need is the 21M for the rocket itself.
There's not much on the asteroid itself but a few rocks (and Pickles!). You can remove those rocks which gives you about 125k. Sometimes those rocks leave some color coded ore deposits (I don't know what to call them)
Blue - Helium 3
Gray - Genericum
Green - Poccolonum
Place Mining Stations on top of those to generate income. Helium 3 gives 125k, Genericum - 500k, Poccolonum - 750k monthly income respectively. These resources depletes over time.
When you have harvested Helium 3 you can export Helium 3 using the Spaceport and build the Fusion Power Plant back at your city. Mine 5000 poccolonum and you can get the Dyson Sphere upgrade and build the Microwave Antenna!
