U can't, you have the option of making a new city in that region, or making a larger region where the limit does not affect ur city plan, since you can decide where to do the map splits or none directly and keep everything merged as a giant map, or directly make a map in single cities option.

Btw, the magic is that with different maps everything looks interconnected on the map of the region, it gives it that touch.

3. It doesn't make sense because of the way the city mechanism works, multiple players cannot be in the same city map playing all together.
   4.It is already possible with plugins to do something like that.

5. I guess everything is related to point 3, so it doesn't make much sense.

I made one largest region possible as single section to see if i could build a biggest city possible

But expanding from just one corner seems slow and im probably not good at planning the transport for it all

So my idea is to build towns/city sections apart from each other so that i can expand more quickly, establish some proper transport between them and then preserve some nature
