well what i noticed in your build is that - there's too much 2 story houses for a filipino neighbourhood, most houses in the philippines are 1 story & 2 story houses are usually for new developments or a major upgrade to the house which is for the upper middle class

Dude you have to cut off your expenses to generate profit. Now click at the coins button present at bottom right. You can view your revenue and expenses. Keep revenue as high as possible and keep expenses as low as possible, cut off any unnecessary expenses.
