Depends on the size of the buildings you want spawning. What I like to do for smaller or less-dense neighborhoods is put five tiles between my roads and place my houses in 2x2 squares on either side between them. Maybe 2x4 for longer rows of closer buildings.

1. Go to https://tangrams.github.io/heightmapper/ and find your wanted location.
2. Make sure that the colors are right. Black will become water and white will be hills.
3. Take a screenshot and change the name (example.jpg).
4. Put the image in your TheoTown folder, not in the subfolders.
5. Go to the region generator and and type in the image name (example.jpg).
6. Enjoy your new custom region!

A recent update to the complex
This is the triangular area known as Cayco Triangle, it was once a fortification that housed the former city hall, after the war of Tramo De Oro, the complex was destroyed and a housing tenement was built in the plot

Recently it burned down due to several electrical faults all throughout the tenements.

After the fire which destroyed every tenement building, it recently converted to a park known as Plaza Cayco, to commemorate those who have met their end during the fire. And also now marked as a historical site for it having the former location of the City Hall .

Do you need help with what? If it is already running it means that you have already gone to the Moon, so you can find it in Single Cities, the button next to Online Regions.

Simply download what you need from the plugin store, and if you don't like it, uninstall it.

It is the best way to see what is good and what is not, take a day and see category by category 😅

Download them all then, As I told you, see what you like and download it without fear.

Remember to clear the cache from time to time (cache, not app data). Since ads save a lot of sht in the phone.

To get influence on Transport for their Transport Happiness, and it has a small improvement in traffic but it doesn't work at all well.

And the routes don't matter much, in fact when you put the bus stops they are set automatically, you don't have to put them again unless you have deleted some of them.

I really doubt that 50 MB in empty regions and sound track will affect your performance.

More storage is consumed by the ad cache, so clear the cache and that's it...
