Yeah like king said. On mobile you use diamonds to purchase things like plugins and extra packs. This is because the games does not have any up front price and it free to download so instead has some in app purchases to buy. Diamonds aren't hard to get though. There are daily rewards and you can get them from level ups and bus station upgrades.
