All youll get from zoning is repeated buildings, and awkard buildings.

1. Build a better road layout
2. Manual build
3. Get a alot of plugins
4. Use Google Earth for inspiration or look at cities in #featured-cities
5. Use grey graphical shader (settings) optional
6. Don't use zone
7. Don't make the city just skyscrapers/very dense (unless you wanna make Dubai or HK or Tokyo or a very dense city)
8. Add more diverse environments? (Desert, swamps, jungle, mountains, etc) this is optional btw
9. Recommend using Sandbox Mode

If you can't do all of that then that's alright.
