As my previous suggestion about making a new notification system. This is what i came up with. I took some references from Simcity 4.
There will be a small box with a board icon on the left the screen, and whenever there's a new notification, a small number showing how many new notification there are will pop up on that board(i mean just like what discord with their logo when there's a ping). And when you open it, there's will be something like this. I didnt display it here but you can scroll down when there are many notification, and also a small X for you to delete the notification. And when you click on those underlined words, you can build the thing it describes (an individual commercial building, etc.) Commercial, residential, industrial buildings will have the words colored blue, green, brown. Supply is red, Public is gray(or another color idk). For things like energy, clicks on it wont show up an individual buildings like it do with RCI buildings, but will take you to the Energy category, same with water, waste disposal, funeral, park, etc. Warning notifications (like buildings dont have energy, water, etc.) wil also have a button to show where are those building located. Emergency notifications will also have a location button and a button to call a specifically emergency service(like the fire i showed there)
The board is not perfect but it's an idea. Thanks for reading this

In the game, land levels can be 0, +1, +2 etc, however impossible to dig into a 0 land, i.e. to get a land at the level -1, -2 etc, would it then be possible to have low lands (from a land 0)?

option to rotate manual buildings and all manually placed things, it will take a lot of work for devs but maybe just cut it into 2 or 3 updates, only front left and right and no back left and right so the size wont be too big, this applies for some things already but apply it to service buildings or sum

investing stocks in banks(you need to place "Bank" first(can only be placed once)) it's accessible thru tapping your money(the bottom right)it can either make your stock's value decrease or increase(changes every 1 month)this can be a great way to fight your money shortage, there shall be a list of stocks to invest(you can unlock new stocks per city level)the more level you need to unlock the stock, the more it makes you money and the more it costs, there should be a tutorial too since people may not know what is investment.
