Also the reason why I recommended jailbreaking is so you could inject the tweaks you want instead of using a pre compiled ipa, but I think it would be a lot simpler just to sideload a premade ipa

Currently you can restore to the following versions with the latest SEP and baseband for your device:

Devices that only support up to iOS 12 (most A7 and A8 devices excluding iPad5,1 - iPad5,4): 11.3-12.5.5

A9 and A10: 14.0-15.2

A11 devices:
iPhone 8/8 Plus: 14.3-15.2
iPhone X: 15.0-15.2 (restoring to 14.3-14.8.1 will break Face ID)

If you're on an unjailbreakable version, you'll have to erase your device and set up as new or use a backup that was taken before jailbreaking.

updating doesn’t remove those, it’s only when you jailbreak with checkra1n you won’t have those features. unfortunately you can’t bypass those, if you want to use them just reboot so you can use SEP again

I'm on a journey to restore my user data from my SE from the wipe I suffered a few weeks back. I was able to physically retain my apps' app data and slowly piece my user data back. But some apps, such as Dawn of Crafting, won't recognize my user data no matter what I did.

So out of trial and error, I made some progression on it, deleted the app, and the game still recalled the progression afterward. This hinted me that save data might be elsewhere on my phone besides the typical mobile/Containers/Data/Application

I know I can jailbreak it but can someone explain to me the signing system? If I jailbreak on unc0ver installed with no computer how would I resign the app later if my iPad turns off and the app is no longer signed by apple to download?

Hi, I think I might’ve broken a few things trough jailbreaking and I was hopping for some help.

I’ve been jailbroken for almost a year now but since a month ago my phone has started dying out of nowhere (intense battery drain and crashing apps) it all started when my phone restarted in the middle of the night and started respringing nonstop. Note: at that time I had not installed any tweaks for a few weeks. So I restored rootfs and delayotaed to iOS 14.8.1 and remained unjailbroken for a week. I just rejailbroke and the problem still persists.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14.8.1, checkra1n

Using choicy I disabled tweak injection into corespeech and poweruiagent to try and reduce battery drain but apps are still crashing. Since today my media control has stopped appearing in my control center after ldrestarting

Apps that are not working as intended:

iCleaner freezes after opening
Spotify does not load any images
Zebra hangs on importing local packages for a long time

update: media control has come back in control center

I also uninstalled cylinder reborn and snowboard to try and reduce battery usage

yeah. I’m on fugu aswell and run into random reboots about every 2 days. I’ve gone through my tweaks multiple times. nothing. My phone panics mostly while in or on tiktok. Crashreporters show nothing. I get a log in settings but that shit is way to much for me to understand.

Hey I’m having trouble installing Minecraft from the AppStore I lost the password to an old Apple ID that had the game purchased so on my new phone I stole the game but now I’m a changed man even though I could have left it at that I want to legitimately buy the game so I deleted the cracked version and now it doesn’t wanna work, keep in mind I can buy any other game and download it but when I tap Minecraft the 6.99 lil blue button just shrinks then goes back to normal, nothing I do changes this I have tried uninstalling app sync, loggin outa AppStore restarting phone (fugu jb it’s ok) and logging back in and then when I had the same problem I completely logged out of everything I went nuclear I taped on my Apple ID and scrolled down and taped on sign out and repeated steps before I have done both things twice once with a normal power down and once with a force shut down for each I’m lost and am looking for someone to help me on my journey to give Minecraft back it’s money

Granted I could just reinstall the cracked version and mail them the money but my ideal outcome is for everything to be legit and I need help to accomplish this
