iPad 2 can go up to iOS 9, but I wouldn't recommend it because its slow, and app compatibility is not much better than iOS 7 and the iOS 9 jailbreak isn't untethered yet.

You’ll know you have it when it’s just a black screen and iTunes tells you it’s in recovery mode.

But if you know 100% you’re doing it right and it’s not working, it may be battery related and the fix is to solder a new battery.

I've got an old ipod touch on 5.1 and I seem to be having trouble launching cydia. I can click the icon but it doesn't launch
