Aight well it ain’t the best but one thing is DON’T worry about the bombs, they take literal ages to explode last I checked and they are wicked obvious.

Also try to do the building you chose to spawn in completely first and double chek everything. Lotta small places in the hospital and I even missed spots on triple checks (could just be a skissue personally idk)

Also you might have noticed but some suspects dress as nurses and will quick draw you if you aren’t careful

And finally, shit make the ai take the initiative, they are fairly better at spotting enemies than some people (no offense ofc) and can shoot the ai before they can fire back at you during a fake surrender usually.

I ain’t good though, map is wanker as hell to navigate, but maybe it can help

Eh, I’ma be 100 it just fuckin sucks. But what I can say is do the building in front of spawn, them clear the outdoors (try to ignore anyone inside if going for S, if not just shoot them) then get into the warehouse from the initial building, then when the warehouse is cleared do the building to the right of spawn. That’s my strategy at least

Eh not really, gas > everything else (gas masks provide some protection so not having the ballistic mask isn’t that different) generally all the guns work, as for equipment and stuff it’s map and play style specific but mirror gun is always a good choice if you don’t know. Personally I don’t play lethally often I’m always going for S

Guns that use 7.62x52, or something like that seem to be the best one shot one kill guns according to what I see people say

As long as you use nexusmods or mod.io sites you're very unlikely to catch a virus, they both have automated file scanning, but I would say nexusmods is safer though as they also do manually scanning too, still it's up to you to be cautious of what you're downloading as neither site can be said to be truly 100% safe, you'd likely be hard pressed to find such a site but obviously if for example a mod file is in the form of an .exe probably not a good idea to download or run that.
