open the door by pressing F on the handle and then crouch near the opening to get a prompt to disarm it

or you can also pen the door to hit the trap with most rifles, trap explodes in a save distance
but that takes more practise, c2 is the easy and fast way
you used to be able to open doors with the breach shotgun from quiet far away, but the range got nerved and I'm unsure if it still has enough distance to be save from the blast
