Anyone else getting shit performance since the last update? I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and RTX 3070 and I'm getting like 30-50fps no matter the settings. Gpu usage only shows 20-40% in missions but in the precinct I'm getting 80-90% gpu usage and 150+ fps.

VRAM usage is like 7-7.8gb no matter if in mission or precinct and doesn't change when I change texture settings.

Why there is not any map that requires the night vision?

NV is plenty helpful on a lot of the maps, a lot of the interiors are pretty dark like on Carriers of the Vine

I would tend to agree, though I would also agree there's not necessarily any map where you truly need the NVGs, but they are helpful in darker areas of certain maps for sure, especially when one chooses not to run a flashlight. I would say some of the older legacy maps from early access had more of a requirement for NVGs than current maps do.

Mods will work anywhere including multiplayer though some mods may require others to install them as well if playing multiplayer. I suggest you play without mods first to make your own judgements about AI and as such as it's really subjective. Yes AI will automatically secure suspects and pick up evidence for you if they're nearby it and see it.
