Mod's are allowed in any game as long as it's not "Cheating" it's fine. Cheating would be being able to dee enemy's through walls, ETC. But every mod I came across you can use.

It changes recoil for all weapons, makes it so attachments like foregrips, suppressors don't change weapons stats. Also improves your weapon compression capability, so you can retract your weapon more when walking through doors.

Attachments like grips and muzzle devices have no effect on handling, recoil is changed to be more forgiving

and also, you can retract your weapon more when going through doorways, enabling you to get back on target faster

There's two different ways to edit it. The top section of the AI Config is the Global Setting and then there's Local Settings you can edit for each map. Check the RoN_Club_Core_BarricadedSuspects section and check that the BombVest Suspects are not edited there too. This would override the global setting

If you play in singleplayer, you have put the voice lines into Judge's folder as, no matter what character you selected, you'll play as Judge

If i have the right mod open, the description even mentions how to install it
*Installation:

All SWAT folders such as SWATEli, SWATJudge etc. should be placed in the following folder:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO

If for some reasion you only want certain members of the team to sound like a combine and you don't want the others to. Just make sure you only use the folder for that specific character.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to backup and delete the original SWAT[name] folders first before putting the modded ones in. Otherwise you will have a mix of normal and combine lines

The "Global Amb.bank" and "SWAT.bank" need to be placed in the following folder:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\FMOD

You can simply replace these files but always ensure you have a backup.*

Skin mods are client side, only you will see them. If the host runs certain mods, they'll apply to all (AI mods). Modded maps everyone needs to have them installed.
