One of my favorites is Bulbasaur/Dratini (I think. It's Bulbatini). Talks about how it absorbs sunlight. And does this to uncontrollable levels.

just select the correct update and all pokemon IDs will update correctly
(or you can calculate it yourself, choose the wrong update and get legendaries with illegal moves cause thats fun)

If you want, you could fuse Parasect with a pokemon with the Scrappy Ability (such as Kangaskhan) so that it can hit ghost types with False Swipe.

The head gives their primary (or only) type and the body gives their secondary type, only giving their primary if the head gave that same type. Probably the best way to explain would be to use Grimer and Zubatas an example. If you fused it so Grimer was the Head and Zubat was the Body, it would be Poison/Flying (Poison from Grimer, Flying from Zubat). If you reversed it, it would be a pure Poison type (Zubat gives Poison, then Grimer also only gives Poison). Another way to look at it would be with your fusion that if Butterfree was the head, it contributes the Bug type (its primary type). If Zubat is the head, it contributes its Poison type (its primary type). In both cases, Zubat and Butterfree as bodies contribute the Flying type (their secondary type).
