Well hear me out in this for Legends Z-A:

Sylveon is the only Eeveelution that doesn't have a weakness counterpart in its game or in general not counting Umbreon. With this in mind, Legends Z-A could introduce the "missing piece" of Sylveon by giving a new Eeveelution or Eeveelutions that only existed in that period of Kalos. There are a total of 4 types it could be that would work with Sylveon; Dragon, Poison, Steel, and Fighting but I think it'll be a Fighting or Dragon Eeveelution that went extinct in modern Kalos because of their severe Fairy type weakness out in the wild or just from the modernized culture.

otherwise uh it is organized by species head, so you would see all bulbasaur heads then ivysaur, ETC
