Fixing Randomized Trainers Always Staying the Same Type

1. Must be on 6.4.6+ for this to work. If you aren't on 6.4.6+, update your game and reshuffle your settings. If you don't know how to reshuffle, type: ?tag reshuffle

2. You need to go to the Pokémon center, talk to help man and select fix game. Must be done AFTER updating on 6.4.6+

3. You need to enter any gym and exit. Weird I know, but the dev put in a fix for that bug at entrances to gyms.

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

Should be, although I would advise against randomising items as it can cause many items to be very difficult to acquire (nothing for the main progression like key items and rock smash but everything else including ones required for legendary quests and such).

This can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

NOTE: Fusions encountered in the wild with a HA will lose that ability when they are unfused. Because of this, wild fusions will not work this.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn.

Hey @hexed kite! Are you looking for the Exp Share? You can get it in the Cerulean Pokémon Center from Professor Oak's Aide once you've fused at least 5 Pokémon. They can also be bought from the Silph Co. Lobby for 11,000$ if you saved 7 or more employees, or 8,000$ if you saved all the employees!

To use Exp Share, give it to a Pokémon to hold. That Pokémon will now gain XP without needing to participate in battle.

Exp Share will NOT stack with Exp All.

And if both have the exact same evolution condition (same item being used or same level), the game will ask you which to evolve first, you will have to use the item again or level up once more for the second.

Hey @sacred trout! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

This can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

NOTE: Fusions encountered in the wild with a HA will lose that ability when they are unfused. Because of this, wild fusions will not work this.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn.
