After I did the Celadon rocket stuff, I got the undercover police mission in Goldenrod. But I couldn't find any police there until after the pinkan rocket side mission

The only way to get to goldenrod is to take the train at that point in the game (before Mt Ember), so idk what other way you're trying

But again, if you want the police to spawn in Goldenrod, report to them before going to Goldenrod.
Idk if you are locked out of doing the police side if you go to goldenrod first before doing the police report, but that's how you get them to initially spawn

I know about those thing, you don't need to repeat the same answer, that wasn't even my question. If you're on team rocket side you could trigger the pinkan island quest by going to goldenrod tunnel right. I was wondering how to trigger the police side.

After you've done report team rocket to the police twice, do I just go to golden rod and it trigger the quest or do I need to go to specific place like team rocket?.

If they spawn anywhere specific, i'm not aware.
They are normally just all around the town when you get there.
If they weren't, and a trigger broke somewhere either due to a bug or user error, then I am not aware of another way to start it with police side.
Although im pretty sure there's still the npc inside pinkan island that lets you change sides?

You can change sides after the quest, I can either talk to the police near dock in front of radio show building or go outside from goldenrod mall basement for the team rocket side.

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

From the Secret Forest, you can then enter the Viridian River where depending which tile you enter from, you will find different sets of starters as an overworld encounter. You'll hear a sound cue if an overworld encounter spawns when you enter the area.

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.
4. If your save slot was A, double click the File A folder
5. Rename whichever save file you want to revert back to "File A.rxdata"
6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed
   Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter instead. So you can rename to File B.rxdata for example in step 5.

To use Exp Share, give it to a Pokémon to hold. That Pokémon will now gain XP without needing to participate in battle.

If you defeat, run away, or get defeated by a Legendary Pokemon, you have two options:

1. Revert your main save to a backup autosave the game creates for you. For info, type ?tag backups in #ask-a-bot
2. You can beat the Elite 4 again to get it to respawn for another shot.
