If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

Skill link is a hidden. Whether or not you can get the hidden back depends on how you fused the original mon.
It is suprisingly easy to get it back afterward, getting icicle spear back would be more of an issue.

Glaceon: Ice stone.
