I just joined becuase i got the same issue. I was fighting a trainer and their fused pokemon didn't show a sprite and when i am looking at some of my pokemon to fuse like mawhile and Tyroge its missing a spirte for its a big question mark in a circle.

make sure you turn off download sprites in the options, save the game, close the game, relaunch the game

if you still see ? sprites or invis ones, you didn't check the guide and follow its steps as it says to double check the properties so it matches against [within a margin for error] the pictures

Hey @past crow! Are you looking for a Necrozma? You can find them with this guide: ||To start the Necrozma quest, you need to find 4 strange prisms in Mt. Moon, Rock Tunnel, Cerulean Cave and Mt. Mortar. Then go to the top of the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town and place them on the pedestals. Everything will go dark. Head out of the tower to find Sabrina and start the Necrozma quest. At the end of the quest, you will find Necrozma in Mt. Moon.||

Change its form to Ultra Necrozma, have it hold Necrozium then use the move Photon Geyser in battle. This is a Battle Only form, so after it will turn revert back to normal.

Idk, maybe the game wanted to take the other fusion? This is happening with every mon that have this same condition. If it is a head+body or body+head fusion, the dual type would stay the same, get it? Like in the sylph.co I have to go agains a slaking+blissey, but the game get the one that doesnt have a sprite, while the other one have.

from the picture you showed, the fusion is Pidgeot/Seaking. which doesn't have a custom sprite

It will NOT take the sprite of Seaking/Pidgeot

since those are two different pokemon

with different stats and different types (if its not a regional bird)

It will only prioritize fusions IF you are on randomizer and you turned on that setting

well, thats sad... I was thinking that since classic+expert is a run planned by the creators of the game I would always fight againts mons that have sprite and since I was always seeing these sprite issues in the circumstances I mentioned, it reinforced even more the fear that it might be a bug...

Expert mode is in a bit of a funk right now

since the Creator (Solo) gave permission for people to work on a mode which is Classic+ but then the team went wildly out of his expectations so he put a pin on it

the team is waiting for the guidelines that the Creator wants but so far nothing

right now peopel are willing to work on it but the Game Dev has mixed feelings about it

lower priority than Sprite Repo and New Pokemon implimentation currently

due to this ambigious will it happen will it get scrapped, no one wants to make sprites for it

and that is in the 6.2.4v folder, there is a folder named customBaseSprites

but in the 6.3 beta, that folder is just named BaseSprites

so by merging the 2 custombattler folders, you dun goofed

Okay. So with Gift AND Fuse Everything on, it works fine now lol. Fuse everything seems to be the caveat. It says all wild pokemon, but that pool obvs includes gifted. So the Gifted category simply randomises it, and with the Fuse Everything on, you get a random fused starter. Well, we got there in the end. haha, ty for the help

Hey @pulsar marsh! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.57gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder so it is conflicting
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.57gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

Your game folder has a shortcut to this folder named: Savefile
Each save file represents the save slot you saved into. Example: If you saved into Slot A, your save is named File A.rxdata

If you want to transfer it, copy the save file into the same location above on the new computer.

Hey @brisk jolt! Are you looking for Rock Smash? The Rock Smash TM is given to you after you beat Brock. To get it, go into Mt. Moon. There, you'll overhear Team Rocket members talking. Head back out and talk to Brock, he will give Rock Smash! You can also get its replacement item, the Pickaxe, in Vermillion, in a green item ball behind the hotel and several Rock Smash rocks (see image above) (only once you have the HM already).

so im about in the home stretch of the game, im with cynthia and my rival about to enter mnt moon (i think) and im not quite sure what to do with the zoroark and empty slot. i've manly kept it open for big encounters like gyms to hold a major ace up my sleeve. zoroark is what i used to catch pokemon and prevent them from fleeing. any suggestions for this team?

You've got some decent defensive types. you seem to be a bit underleveled to take on mt moon with cynthia and the event that happens after. Perhaps a second fairy type would help fight the dragon types you'll be facing. a sylveon fusion could be good.

trubbish is unfortunately pure RNG. I found mine in the S.S Anne. but Sg. Surges gym has a lot of trash cans. so try checking there. But no guarentees. you just need to run around checking them till you get one.

1. I was enjoying doing the quests but I assume that Remix gives a different set of Pokémon. Is it hard to do quests in Remix?

Its based on the Fire red with extra content. There is a wiki page with guides that can help you. if you wish. to get to SS.Anne you first have to talk to Bill (building via the up route via cerulean city) and then have to get to Vermilion City (via tunnel).

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.57gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder so it is conflicting
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.57gb zip
