Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

Lightweight Installer:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

App Installer:

1. Open the App -> Click Settings -> Click Open Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Go back to the App -> Installation Menu -> Update Game

Afterwards, reopen the game.

Hey @shy reef! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

There is a glitch that lets your Pokémon get their hidden ability by transferring it from a different Pokémon

Since you need the regular ability, you might be able to do the same thing but in reverse

To transfer HA to different mon:

1. Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body.

2. Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion.

3. Unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA.

Do this with yanma and a Pokémon with its hidden ability, then do it again in reverse

Hey @low fulcrum! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

Hey I'm playing Remix with no randomizers. I got to cerulean city and fought my rival and now I'm getting question marks for every pokemon. Never had a missing sprite before this and pokemon that were fine, are now showing up as question marks. Anyone know what's going on?

Hey @worn rover! This game is developed ONLY for Windows. Joiplay is a workaround to get Android to work, but iOS will not work.

Check our Official Android guide HERE. If you didn't follow this guide, DELETE and UNINSTALL everything.

All Android bugs/workarounds are in the guide. If your issue isn't listed, there's no fix. No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.

Whatever you do, do not ignore the rocket members on Cinnabar Island!
Have to talk to them first and ignoring them to do the next part of the storyline will just result in the Sevi Isles ship getting softlocked, locking you out of some late game legends
