Hey @barren raptor! Are you looking for the Exp All? You can get Exp. All in the East Gate of Fushia from a a Professor Aide once you've fused at least 20 Pokémon!

You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

My "main team" is just getting so overleveled cause I want to evolve stuff in my box to fuse it that it makes the game boring. So I'm at an impasse where I don't really want to level up my "main team" but I want to fuse cool new stuff. I know there is a level cap option but the rare candies save time and don't give redundant EXP

Hey @civic lodge! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
5. Redownload and re-extract the game in full.
