Hey @hollow kite! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

I just unfused a Duskull and Lairon mix to get them in the pokedex, but when trying to re-fuse the fusion went to level 44 somehow. According to the bot, Duskull evolves to Dusclops at level 37, so I'm not sure how I'd go about it now.

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

I`ve beaten giovanni in Mt Ember and collected the Seagallop Pass and Power Plant Key, but i didnt talk to boat captain before clearing the area. Not sure how best to word it, but you talk to team rocket outside the cinnabar dock. Follow them inside. They steal the boat. Then you surf through the moving currents until you get to mt ember.

Hey @brittle patrol! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM!
You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

Yeah. If you don't interact with team rocket before they steal the boat, it never comes back. The only thing it prevents is getting deoxys later.
