That’s the changelog for #102.

Say you download version #100 and focus in another plugin for a week. In that time #101 comes out with a small tweak to the config, adding a new line you must manually do.
You see that #102 comes out a few days later and don’t realize there’s an update in the middle because of the length of #102.

My suggestion is to save the act of getting #100, then “merge” the logs of #101 and #102 into the same list. That way you can see the total changes instead of just the latest. And you can also, technically, use it to see what version all your plugins are.
