Sounds like something is funky if you have that many chunks loaded.
I'd audit your plugins.
Start removing stuff until the chunk issues stop.
You likely have a plugin that's keeping chunks loaded for some reason.

If it's JUST you online you should only have as many chunks loaded as your config is setup to load.

It's gonna be like, a dozen.
Not 3000.
So do a binary search on the plugins.
Stop server, disable half, start server, check loaded chunks.
Run it for a bit. If it's still super high, stop server, disable half again, run start server.
Keep chopping in half until it's normal.
If it's working properly the first time, disable the other half and keep doing that.
Eventually you'll find the plugin or plugins that are the cause.

I can recommend k3s, but you'll have some issues.
There's some resources which are not available by default because they rely on infrastructure. Like LoadBalancer.
If you go with using lets say GKE, everything is done for you and you can play with more services.
With k3s you can't get complete picture, but should be good enough ig.

And then automate deployment using Terraform to get new hardware ready fast

Issue with chlorine is that it doesn't fully removes shit, it forms molecules or smth with stuff, which then is what hurts your skin. The hard part with chlorine is to get these combinations out of the pool
So what many do is pair ozone with small amounts of chlorine, since ozone breaks apart this combinations in the filtering system, so you don't get any of the dum side effects of chlorine and can use way lower doses

My gf's computer had an issue that it very rarely would turn it self off, and also could turn it self on randomly in the middle of the night.
However, now It won't stay on for more than a few seconds, up to a minute before it restarts, or turn off. Any clue? Something online said that it could be the ram, but they seemed fine when testing them.
