it was alright, i put bunch of broth, salt, pepper,
it turned out pretty good, but i think i can do even better 🤔
i wish olive oil wasnt so expensive

it wasn't that spicy :V i think next time ill put a lot of pepper

not exactly spicy, but i'd highly recommend putting in some ground paprika to get more of that vibe

yeah if you cut up a pepper fine and bloom it in a fat before putting in the rice it'd go amazingly tbh

that's specifically how i'd make a spicy rice, although with a red chilli rather than jalapeno
