I don't have any Speedrun.com admissions but I do speedrun games, occasionaly, and decided to do a Godhome Glitch Speedrun, since there are none, and upload it to be funny, like oh I have a World Record XD. I setup the Glitch. I Put on Joni's Blessing plus Fury of the fallen, enter the first Pantheon, and take damage down to one mask. I warp out (Dreamgating) bringing me to full Joni's Blessing masks and keeping the effect. I then go into Pantheon one, and die in it. I then go on to do all the Pantheon's normally, using no glitches of any kind...
And I beat World Record. And now, because I did the glitch, I have to rerun the Godhome and beat it all. Again. And do a flawless P5. Again.. 🙃

run it through in the light a few times and try to commit rooms to memory. where you're uncertain, you can stutter-step forward to slowly get close to the edge of spike pits

taking hazard damage in the dark spawns you all the way back at the last room transition, so you want to avoid this as much as possible

Low% pain points are 1) queens station fireball skip, 2) dark deepnest, 3) watcher knights, 4) crystal peak cdash room. Even THK is rough tbh but if you get through those 4 things you should be fine to complete the run

Don't underestimate the cdash room btw, imo it's the hardest part of low% except maybe watchers

Inventory dropping is when you fall with the inventory open to uncap your fall speed or cancel a hard fall. On older patches you can do this at any time, but from Lifeblood DLC (1.3 patches) onward can only be done from collapsible floors or ledges. The ledge inventory drop is physics frame perfect, or 1/50th of a second. It is not required to get on any current patch main category, as it is just a minor time save.

Much like Tei mentioned I need to learn Vengefly quick kill too and I could probably get it down to like 13-14 mins.

My Hornet fight isn't the worst.

I had to learn how to do her quick because I tried some Pantheon speedrunning.

Not having quickslash sucks tho. That charm becomes such a crutch when you get it.
