Guys what's wrong with the game? It's experiencing servers lags and no one is speaking about it

For the fourth time in two days, the whole server lags where all players log out and become AFK, it really ruined the game and it seems PUBG developers don't give a damn about it.

They only give a damn when there is money in it, no pass, no skins, no care. If there is a pass, everything is fine.

COMPLETE A CLEAN INSTALLATION
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.
Uninstall PUBG
Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame
Note: You may have to look for the TslGame folder in the AppData\Local folder too.
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam
Reinstall PUBG

Hey there, I was told to post her after making a post on reddit about my issue. During a match, members of my squad ran and stood on C4 after I threw it, then reported me for team killing, which resulted in a temp ban for team killing. Hoping someone can help me out. I'm not sure how to access the replay of the match since I can't launch PUBG, but the replay would show they very obviously intentionally stood on it. They were a group of friends and did this to to troll me 😦

Hihi, basically i tried playing 1440x1080 and to do so i had to change some program settings with windows run (win+R) and now i dont like that resolution and i'm going back to 1920x1080 but i just dont know anymore what were the base settings that i changed. I was reported for this. It’s definitely a bug. The player from my pov looks to be in the tunnel exit. From their pov on PUBG report it shows them by the basement stairs.

So they basically got shot through a wall that’s bugged/not rendered for me

I have an issue where I keep getting stuck loading out of a match just as the game stats/ compliment teammates screen is about to appear.

All I get is a black screen with the faint wisps of smoke. I have to close and reload the game to get back to the lobby.

I have tried uninstall and reinstall, I have tried clearing the software cache and rebuilding the drive and nothing seems to work. I'm on PS5.
None of my other teammates on the same console have similar issues.

This has been going on for months now. Also it's not my internet/ISP because I have the same issue when I take the console to another house and use the connection there. I don't know if this makes a difference but I use a patch cable rather than WiFi. I have contacted support through the website but they didn't have any solutions.

Has anyone here had similar issues and/or knows of a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

With the issue you're describing, many players conclude that it's a network issue... traffic isn't getting through, so the game doesn't advance to the next state. This has happened for people both on PC and console.

People usually report that that's a network issue, and they often resolve it by changing DNS, or using a VPN, or other similar workarounds. I need some advice because I'm out of options. My PUBG account was permanently banned on January 10, 2025, even though I didn’t cheat or use any hacks. My Steam account was compromised, but I managed to recover it and provided PUBG Support with all the requested proof, including:

✅ My Steam ID
✅ Steam Guard Authenticator screenshot
✅ Timeline of when my account was hacked and recovered

Despite this, PUBG Support keeps denying my appeal without giving any clear reason. Their replies just repeat the same generic response, and they refuse to reconsider. They even admitted that my account was compromised but still won’t unban me.

I’ve tried contacting Steam Support, but they say PUBG is responsible. I also emailed [e-mail], but no response so far.

This isn’t a free account—I’ve spent money on it, and now it’s just gone with no real explanation. Has anyone else been in this situation? Is there any way to escalate this further?

Recently, I've encountered an issue where the game security program does not run properly, causing the game to shut down after 10 seconds. I'm looking for any advice on resolving this error.

This issue mostly occurs on Windows 11. The solutions I've tried so far include:

Turning off all software except for Windows' built-in programs
Disabling Windows Firewall and Memory Integrity
Reinstalling BattlEye
However, there are cases where these solutions do not resolve the issue. In such cases, the only solution I've found is to switch to Windows 10.

Does anyone know of any other possible solutions besides these?

I have confirmed that this error occurs in certain versions of Windows 11.
If you are using Windows 11, I recommend updating your system.

i excluded the steam proccess related

after that when i end/terminate the prossess of BEService, ExecPubg, zksvc and then i still on the game (lobby) normally

only running TslGame (2 procces with same name) is still normally on the game (lobby)

and i can access training room normally

after couple of minutes and then

and auto going to lobby again normally after click OK

after that still while with only 2 TslGame proccess only enter the training again

and its accessing and playing normally (training )

like thats again

thats occur if no activity or just stay still with no input from keyboard or mouse but when active with inputs its normal
