depends on a person, but most of the people dip them in cream 18%, i think the sourness of 18% cream fits the cabbage the most, but some prefer 32% cream as well

2 cups of milk, bacon bits

Heat the milk to medium
Pour in the 32oz of cheese and stir until your cheese sauce is ready, then pour over noodles and add bacon to taste

Bake in the oven with additional cheese topped if you prefer in a bit more crispy

When i have this much i let them sun-dry. Then extract the seeds and save it. then Separate them by color and or spiciness and grind them* into poweder and put it in my cabinet
And then forget that i have the seeds and the powder altogether

sometimes i save leftover peppers to dry and grind into breading for chicken or spice for stew/chili... but sometimes instead of drying out, the pepper turns into a wet, moldy mess

weather fluctuates wildly here. I put them in ziplock bags and keep them at room temperature in the open. Most of the time they dry out and are fine. The ones that turn into mush do so instead of drying out

If its thick walled peppers cut them into smaller rings or pieces or make lots of cuts and incision on them to help with airflow
If its thin just leave them whole.

Zip lock bag or platic bags are not the best here because moisture can penetrate into them over time.
Put it in a jar or small plastic container with lid.

And when you dry them make sure they are fully dry. When they are completely dry they shouldnt bend or flex and they will snap like a dry twig.
