I guess your comment has good intentions, but I didnt understand half of your tips to be honest. Are all this ideas on PUBG website? How is the process? Regarding CPU, intel Core i7

R click sound icon near clock in windows > open sound settings > device properties of Mic > additional device properties > advance tab > Uncheck " allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" check box
any application like say discord who can use mic sometimes fail to share it if this is checked any apps which launches first may be able to use the mic other may not unless sharing is allowed.

They are things you can do on your end that might help resolve the crashing. Maybe something on your end got messed up that PUBG is interacting with and crashing because of.

I had crashing all the time back in early April. I did a bunch of troubleshooting on my end and resolved it.

1. Clear crash logs from the game.
2. Go to command prompt, run DISM and then SFC scannow. When I did this it found a problem with a couple framework.net files. Was that the issue? I don't know, but definitely didn't hurt.
3. DDU your graphics drivers and reinstall (if you haven't already).
4. Remove any overclocking.
5. Some people have had success by deleting the AC folder and then having it downloaded again. I'm sure the instructions and locations are provided somewhere here.
6. You could also ensure you have power settings applied appropriately in your settings, especially for in relation to your GPU.
7. Maybe run the game as Admin, see what happens.

1 Uninstall PUBG
Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A windows will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
2 Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame and WELLBIA
Navigate to Program C:\Program Files AntiCheatExpert folder delete it
Navigate to Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam
3 Reinstall PUBG
But when it down loaded, it said Corrupt. Once downloaded, I verified my install and some files were missing. Now that the game was all downloaded, I pressed play. And still that above notice comes up.

Incidentally, when I was looking for the files to remove, I couldn't find the;
AntiCheatExpert folder
or the Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder.

Any help or suggestions would be most welcome. Why when I downloaded from Steam did it tell me that the download was corrupt?

Hey guys, i didnt try PUBG today but during last 2 months I got crashes ALL games, now is fixed. 0 crashes in 1 week.
How?
Go BIOS and turn off XMP
Once you do that, check if Memory speed changed, if so, go again BIOS and put it on the correct speed (when I turned off XMP, my memory changed to 2.200mhz instead of 3.600mhz)
Again, 0 crashes in 1 week

Recently, i started to experience crashes and Network Lag while in the match, since the latest PUBG update.

I tried to :

reset my whole pc

reinstalling steam and PUBG for 3 times

Verifying Integrity of the game files

Setting Affinity for TSLgame.exe process

Enabling 2 Windows services (Security Center + Windows Management Instrumentation)

Disabling HPET ...

while i keep receiving troubleshooting solutions from PUBG Support for 3 days and still occuring, i have many friends that told me its not my fault and its because of the game and the update and they are experiencing the same sometimes.

I also suspect that it may have degraded the IOD and at least one of the cores on a 5800x I was benching using pubg, although it's also possible that the degradation I'm seeing was caused by BIOS updates.

Basically an IOD that held 2000fclk with reasonable voltages and that could do a -10 CO across the board now can't do better than 1700fclk without whea 23s and has a core that needs a +5 CO to even be stable on PBO with both SSE and A X workloads. It used to do 4.725 all core at 1.35v but now needs 1.425 to do 4.7 stable (at 1.35 it won't even do 4.6 stable) which is obviously a non-starter for degradation reasons. That chip was never taken to FIT voltage or tjmax, so degradation from normal use before it was uninstalled seems very unlikely.

My default assumption was new bios on the board, but other chips have demonstrated concerning behaviour that you'd normally associate with IOD or bus instability (audio popping, hardware faults/resets/bluescreens on known safe settings, weird dpc latencies, extreme in game stutters etc) that seem to relate to ace and not to the agesa version I installed.

And since there's been a bunch of reports on it on the pubg Reddit and discords but no where else, it seems pretty certain that it's pubg related, not BIOS related.

Glad you were able to fix it. Sometimes I'll be ALT+TABbed into another window while waiting for a match to start, and then when I go back into PUBG, I can only rotate so far in either direction - it's like the mouse is hitting the edges of my desktop space. I found that ALT+TAB back out and back in again seems to fix that issue (not that you were having that, but if something similar happens, you'll know what to do). :)

Recently I helped a person run Pubg on windows 11 few things that helped him may be you can try as well.

1. remove/ uninstall Nvidia Geforce experience. this has helped my friend fix crashes in windows 10 as well.
2. try to disable any overlays xbox game bar in windows , steam overlays , Discord overlay.
3. If you have not tried already try DX 12 on windows 11 . I faced a bit of stutter sometimes but felt the game was more reliable with DX 12 on windows 11.

Ryzen's version is actually Simultaneous Multi Threading (SMT) which I have disabled via the BIOS. Will report back if that resolves the issue, otherwise this game is going 🚮

Edit: Disabling SMT in BIOS fixed the issue of the game not launching for me. 👍

ah, i used the 3 day trial too; brought it down to 30ms for 3 days. but i aint buying it just for pubg.

That's the problem. Some BIOS, e.g. on my ASUS or MSI, tend not to accept the settings correctly, even if you select XMP once -> not visible semi-bug
Most Board's make too much/less voltage by Default

My recommendation to disable SMT/HT was for response and performance, not fix Game Launch XD

I'm having this crashing issue, that's been going on for several months. With each update it crashes at different frequencess; in some update version it crashes 1/40 games, and in others, like the last one, it crashes almost in every game
The type of crash is: I enter a match, and after the countdown starts, my screen and sound freezes. I can still hit Esc, and exit to lobby, and then I have to click continue, to get back in the match

After I get back in the match, while flying in the plane (or soon after jumping), the game crashes again, this time, always saying "Network lag detected", and then I have to exit again, and continue again to get back in the match.

The freezing type of crash ONLY happens in the pre-match, (99% of the time, only after the countdown starts), but never after I enter the match via airplane. If this type of crash does not occur, then I will not get the second one either

The "Network lag" crash appears ONLY if I previously crashed during the count down, and in only 80% of the cases after I crash (Meaning, that sometimes I crash once during countdown, and I dont get a second crash)

If I manage to enter a match, and jump, and land, without either of these 2 types of crashes, then the game continues normally without any more crashes. Meaning that these 2 always and only occur between the 60s countdown-Landing

1: it's not a problem with my internet, I have a very stable and very fast internet connection (So the " Network lag detected" crash is absolute nonsense)
2: it's not my drivers, they are always up to date (And also reinstalled them a few times over), with no impact
3: I have verified files, many times, with no impact
4: I have completely deleted the game and all it's files, several times, reinstalled, with no impact

@lofty briar Sorry for the ping, but do you have any idea if there's anything I can do about this (other than the things that I've already tried and failed to work)? (or this is not your area of expertise?)
