If your router is pretty old it will just get into a pattern where it tries to increase signal strength until it hits max then takes 15 seconds to restart and try again

Depends on the nature of the outage. Many times your downstream works fine but upstream clonks out, that tends to be what triggers the "Unusual Client Behavoir" kick, at least from what I've seen.

Typically when it comes to servers, VRChats main issue is the API, the communication link, nobody expected VRChat to have 40,000 concurrent players. Hell it wasn't even mean't to be what it is today at all
