It's not strictly time-based - friends, worlds visited, avatars uploaded (if the account has permission) and active hours all help your trust rank, alongside not getting kicked/muted/blocked/reported, etc

I trimmed out the NSFW part. That's the problem. Luckily, I do have a bit of recording of a previous match with the offending avatar in the bedroom where everyone expected only cuddles. I hope I could send those snippets. Best tip i can give is just keep trying and take small steps
Always remeber that if you 'mess up' (other people wont see it like that, but you at times might) there are plenty of other people to try it with again.
Talk about things you like also helps a lot, be it a show you watched, game you deeply enjoy, funny thing you saw ingame.
And the last tip, silence isnt a problem, you dont need a converstation to go on every second, waiting 10 seconds before saying another thing is totally fine.

it's called a hybrid setup, and it's also the same method you can use to use index controllers with any headset through steamvr
because the tracking systems are different, they will not be aligned relative to each other, which is why you need to use OVR Space calibrator to align them

there's a piece of software that allows the psvr to communicate with a pc like it would with a ps4. the downside being you can't move around since you don't have the camera. But now that Sony have released a usb adapter for the psvr camera I wonder if it will work??

Oh and I tried OwoTrack. Its "Okay" but full body VR is still the way to go.

Mocap could generate very accurate 6-point. It’s a bit overkill but you would see better fidelity.

If only steamVr allowed streaming actual mecanim data. Network IK means we could technically send whatever we want if it was exposed to SteamVR (but it isn’t)
I see that being the future though. Use whatever motion capture you want, just generate your own full body pose and send it along

proper safety settings mitigate 95%of crashes. visitor to trusted = off anim, off audio, off particle, off shader. only keep voice and avatar on and you will be more happy that way. if someone wants u to show u a cool animation or something u can then click on them and 'enable' their avatar for that time.
