That tends to cut off the last word of your sentences though
There is a bit of a voice delay and when you mute your mic the mute signal gets transmitted instantly, cutting yourself off

Rift S requires the least PC specs but Quest 2 is slightly more demanding put also doesn’t need a pc. It’s usually the best choice for people without gaming PCs

Quest 2 has the best resolution of any out there (even beating the 1000 usd index in terms of resolution)
The only downsides of quest 2 are it can’t track your hands when they go behind you, and the fact that on pc you will get some video compression since it isn’t being used as a native display device but actually streaming the video feed to you

I have a Rift S it's perfectly fine for me. Common issues with the Rift S are the usb power issue, robot mic, or sensor not detected. I'm lucky I got mine with no bad issues.

@noble depot i have a 1050(not ti) which has 1 HDMI and 1 displayport. then my motherboard is a b450 gaming plus max and the specs say this for the motherboard:
usb 3.2 ports (front): 2(gen 1, type a)
usb 3.2 ports (rear): 2(gen 2, type a), 2(gen 1, type a)
and then it has a few 2.0 on front and rear
But I'm sure apple isn't focused on games. Their vr device would be marketed as a laptop replacement

It is better to use USB-C if at all possible. USB-C to USB-A converters go against USB spec and can often be questionably wired, sometimes not carrying power (battery will die on quest quickly), or not being reversible on the USB-C end, allowing reversed polarity. Be careful.

They don’t have finger tracking but when you connect the quest 2 to your pc through virtual desktop you can use the hand tracking inside of Vr chat itself, it’s buggy but not bad
