I figured out the VRC+ purchase bug. Having existing funds in my Steam Wallet and adding more to complete the transaction breaks the purchase process. Spending those funds first then adding the exact amount for the VRC+ purchase was the only way to finalize the purchase.

VRChat was reporting in the logs that it was having a read error on the dictionary data given to it for processing. That usually means that either A.) It does not know how to handle the response Steam give it since that was never tested/handled.(Overlooked in implementation.) or that B.) Steam really returned something bad. - I would normally go with scenario A when it comes to payment systems.

As an aside, you must have a VRChat account to upload content. That means you can't use a Steam account, Oculus account, or Viveport account to upload content like worlds or avatars.

I work in CGI and usually deal with complex rigs in Maya for movies and feature animation but I'm not very familiar with game assets
I do have a model and joints hierarchy and I'm wondering if you know any good tutorials
to know:
- Requirements for how many joints there should be ?
- How add facial expressions and eye blinking ?
- How to work with materials and can it accept normal maps ?
And general workflow for the unity.
As I mentioned I got used to work in Maya/Houdini but as I understand most tutorials are for Blender and CATS plugin. Which is fine just need some good tutorials I guess

oh yeah that explains it. You need to play a bit more to rank up. Its possible to rank up in something like 2 hours, but it can also take multiple weeks. It really depends on how many friends you make, people you meet, etc.

@near glade I think that's because you don't have enough space for your Downloaded Content Cache. You can clear it in Advanced Settings, but you'll have to restart VRChat for it to clear all the way

You must obtain at least "New User" Trust Rank in our Trust and Safety system in order to upload content. You can get this by just spending a few hours in VRChat, hop some worlds, and make some friends. Give it some time and you'll be able to upload content in no time.
