There are PC users that flat out cant show because of the hardware being different then PC hardware. So they cant do that part.
There are also avatars blocked because they are unoptimized, those users would just need to optimize there avatar to show by default.
The team cant do a lot about that because its all people created content.

yeah, someone's using an exploit which let them change your avatar and crash your game

all you can do to fix it is by going to the vrchat website and reset your avatar from there
