@regal furnace the thing is disabling cloning is more of a social thing than a protection thing. Anyone can slap a public avatar blueprint on a pedestals and then use it, so I don’t see much of a point disabling cloning.

@lone scroll MMD worlds don't work out of the box. They require a new setup. The old method used button UI event and FinalIK hacky methods which we can't (and don't) support. The new method is much simpler-- use an animator with the logic set up for all the motions, sit in the station, trigger the animation events somehow (easiest way is with Udon)
As long as you're using the new stations (and whoever made the animator accounted for avatar versions as the docs lay out), AV2 and AV3 both work fine

Is it nice? No.
Rollbacks are a whole different level, and some bug's dont even get discovered before they go live due to more uniqueness and you can fix them better with the broad dataset.

Do most people hide "very poor" avatars? My avatar only just barely goes over the requirements for it and the only way I'm really able to fix it is by removing dynamic bones that I'm not keen to remove.

I've noticed since the latency update with visemes, that despite the MIC picking up sound or not (lighting up), the visemes seem to be reacting to every little sound in the room--including the sound coming from the headset itself; very noticeable on the Index with any audio above 50%, especially world audio. Not sure if it's local or serverside.

We run plenty of internal tests, group tests with closed testers, engineers tests on their side, we something makes it out to live, it means we didn't run into it.

Open Betas are generally always available for you to test out, however, you won't be able to play with friends. Lots of testing absolutely does happen. I totally understand the frustration though, but please don't undermine the work of the team that works really hard on QAing.
It's much more complicated than it might seem at an initial glance. If you do end up testing out the Open Beta though, it will always be appreciated. We're always open to feedback and very much appreciate the people that help us test.

This isn't like some war against creators or something. Everyone loves supporting the creators in every way possible which is why new features are released to help support that. Marsy is generally right about their points. At the end of the day, VRChat is free. Getting access to upload content is quite easy and doesn't require much effort besides getting on and socializing.

And now it's my favorite game and most played. And I spent so much on VR I don't regret it

I kinda played at the start after a few months after i got my vr i tried it i think it was around December 2017 then i just stopped played as i didn't really have anything keeping me there, then a few months later I set up my vr again and first thing I meet in the pug was this awesome dude who invited me into his smol group of 7 pll and we r still hanging out, and i kinda felt a need to log on
