Are you in android mode for launching on android? Gotta download the android build tools from unity then, in the SDK, set the drop down for the build target to android mode without having windows ticked and you’ll swap your unity over to android mode

I personally remove some of the clothing of my avatar for quest, and use the quest fbx if my avatar comes with one.
You also have some limits on physbones and contacts.
