This game isn't "made for kids" it's actually usually advertised as more for a mature audience

The only reason it has a 13+ rating is bc of the ESRB

By default the only thing that the ESRB checks for in this game is the base game without any UGC which means... You make an account

And any app that requires you to make an account is automatically T rated bc of COPPA laws

And since the ESRB doesn't rate UGC, well 99.9% of this game is invisible to them

Which means all the stuff that would max this game out at M rated isn't checked

@short atlas I think that a lot of people who downvote you seem to be thinking that you are either virtue signaling or taking enjoyment from reporting people so they get penalties rather than for the sake of protecting others but this construct on their mind could obviously be supported by their inherent beliefs that you are wrong (because they want their freedom of that type of expression and enjoyment)

The idea that we should allow minors to receive more exposure like that because they're already likely to have received it before is pretty wild and I sincerely hope and think that they aren't just downvoting you because they are actively thinking that they want minors to be exposed to that type of material

But I think many of them are rather taking the side of allowing their enjoyment rather than abandoning it and saving minors from the exposure which is a more self sacrifical path

I don't see anything that says no NSFW at all specifically i must missed that part on the TOS. The general rule is no nsfw the exception is in a private instance with consenting adults. This whole ban it must be because T&S treats reports as if it were done in a public instance i think this is the issue that's going on and that's just how the system works. This is why they talk about malicious actors and then the whole moderation just comes outcome based.
